The garden, the personnel...
Matter of Internet ...
Location to conference centre and Metro
no free wifi & paid wifi expensive & poor/slow! Toilet paper very cheap and rough. Too hot rooms with very inadequate air conditioning
the size of the rooms and the view
- Location, close to a good shopping mall and to Eataly - Selection of food for breakfast - Sensation of being in the first Fiat plant, amazing testing track at the top
- Room furniture was not new or conserved enough for the price of hotel - Toiletries was cheap for hotel price - Staff in general did not want to please the consumer
light bright rooms, large windows modern design interesting history of the building
shower didn't drain well nor did the sink. if you wanted to be picky you would say that the carpets were a bit tired and the blind in our room was partly broken.
Wonderful interesting hotel. We didn't realise the history. Fantastic stay!
Wifi too expensive!
Great history Nice size rooms Nice design over all hotel and rooms specially the old track on the roof Nice location with the mall and restaurants around the place Nice bathroom I had the standard room and the size and facilities were nice The breakfast is great The staff in the breakfast area were great very nice service
The air condition was not working ( they did offer to change the room) the fact that they still think people would pay for wifi I had a sim card for 1 month for less than half the amount they were offering
Room and bathroom size very good Large bed and good shower Style and decors very good Meal at hotel was good Breakfast was excellent
The staff we dealt with at reception was a bit unfriendly. All other staff were excellent
The staff were welcoming and helpful and the Fiat Factory conversion to a hotel is such a cool venue to stay if you own a Fiat! We walked around the circuit on the hotel roof .... great fun! Our room had a nice view and the room was sound-proofed from outside noise. We only stayed one night and ate at the restaurant. The food was good, reasonably priced and staff very courteous.
No dislikes or complaints.
The staff are most courteous and helpful. In particular the front of house team could not have done more to help us out of a difficult situation with a major problem we developed with our car on Friday evening before we were due to leave early on Saturday morning. True hospitality at its best.
Only the weather on arrival!!
Great location. Only a short subway ride to the centre of Turin, with frequent trains. Eataly is just next door. Really liked the decor.
Having to pay for internet. It would be better just to factor this into the price of the hotel.
Location at Metro , perfect. Breakfast and Breakfast staff, perfect. View of Alps, access to Fiat roof top track, wow. Courtyard garden lovely, automated window coverings unique, all furniture in the room was by "important" designers. Rooms were huge and AC worked well enough. Would stay again but would probably try the Lingotto Tech next time.
Ok, it was August, but: Only one front desk staff member to help travellers. NO a/c in hallways and lobby- so muggy it was hard to breathe. No a/c in breakfast room, kind of unpleasant. Wish there was some touristic magazine or something i the room
Location is great, right on the subway line into the centre with the rooms spacious and comfortable. Would definitely be a good hotel for business travel too. Loved the access to the old FIAT test track too!
We had a problem with the air conditioning that meant a restless night in a hot room, but it was fixed the next day.
Very helpful staff. Attractive conversion of the old Fiat car factory. Large comfortable room. Great breakfast. Free parking. Good location for the Automobile Museum and "Eatily".
A bit out of the centre of town but the Metro is cheap and efficient. Small niggles with housekeeping.
HOTEL FACTORY LOCATION AND BREAKFAST IS GREAT.
No air Conditioning in the room.
Great breakfast selection, large rooms, easy to get there on the Metro
Air con not quite as effective as it might be, room could do with a little renovation (dents in doors etc. have developed over the years).
Understated chic, fabulous breakfast in the iconic Fiat factory in Lingotto. Free entrance to the Agnelli picture collection and the cantilevered test track on top of the building.
Not enough secure parking
unique location in old FIAT factory, Metro station across the street, free private parking, best breakfast ever included in price
WIFI was not complementary
The hotel was in a good location with a metro stop outside and the shopping mall next door in part of the converted Fiat factory. Great rooms and fantastic buffet breakfast which us and our 3 teenage daughters thoroughly enjoyed.
We didn't have any dislikes about this hotel.
Just a bit different from the usual 'corporate' style hotels. Loved sitting in the tropical garden at the end of the evening with a drink. Metro station right next to hotel - 5 mins into Turin - metro station closes at 9.30pm.
Booked this hotel because it had advertised leisure facilities. These were not available to us. There is a running track on the roof which is good but you have to walk through the shopping mall to get to it.
Rooms very nice. Plug in bath wouldn't work so upgraded us to a deluxe room free of charge for the inconvenience. Staff were helpful. Lovely outside bar area for a quiet drink at night.
No wifi. The price to buy wifi is extortionate! The hotel is couple of miles out of the city centre but no problem as the Metro is right outside. However the Metro does stop running at around 9.30pm so not ideal if you fancy a few drinks in town at night.
Design of the hotel. Amazing tropical garden. Clean, large and comfortable rooms. Very helpful personnel. The hotel is located very close to the metro station, which will take you to the city center in minutes
WiFi should be free in such kind of hotel
Everything, this is a very good hotel, very close to shopping center (lingotto), to Eataly, metro station, great! Very confortable room, large space, great table to work or read... Breakfast is wonderful. Even parking is free!
Unfortunately we disagree with the wifi policy (it's not free). Wifi is mainstream and mandatory for a tourist nowadays, it should be considered like having a shower or light or air conditioning - it should be provided free and in any case included in the price. Free parking is somewhat scarce.
