No free wi-fi; no tea or coffee making facilities; expected more Fiat related decorations in the room as promoted on booking.com; as a vintage Fiat owner, booked the hotel based upon its connection to Fiat and was disappointed.
Quite spacious for a hotel room; close to the Lingotto metro station and Museo Automobilia
3 May 2015
The modern classic design furniture is fantastic. Spacious rooms and high ceilings. Visiting the Fiat factory rooftop was fun.
28 April 2015
Drinks at the hotel bar where more expensive than the mini-bar.
25 April 2015
Not a great deal to do in the area
Lovely hotel and really enjoyed the gallery too, race track is amazing
23 April 2015
Whilst the hotel itself was pleasant, it was somewhat clinical and lacking in atmosphere. Having to pay for wifi and bottled water in the room was a shock given the price paid. Staff at reception were very attentive and helpful but waiting staff at the bar and restaurant were not so attentive, having to be prompted to even take our order.
Good location for the purpose of the trip - client meeting
22 April 2015
- Staff is rather unfriendly - You have to pay for internet (5 euro for 50 minutes); we live in 2015 where internet should be free in hotels. - 6 euro for one small beer (birra)?
- Location near Metro Lingotto, but when the metro stops drivin' (00u30), you're needed to reserve a taxi. 3 km away from city center - Great breakfast: a lot of choice, fresh food, ... - Room is big and very nice beds!

poco parcheggio per le auto
9 April 2015
Paid WiFi and you can use ONLY 1 gadget!! So I can not use my lap top and smart phone same time! This is so ridiculous!!
9 April 2015
Very good, huge and light rooms. Excellent breakfast. Historic building just next to the metro. 10 minutes from Turin. You can get on top of the roof. Mostly friendly staff. 8.4
It's absurd that you have to pay for wire fire in 2015. In the morning you had to stand in line waiting 10-15 minutes to get a table for breakfast.
8 April 2015
The internet price policy is ridiculous.
7 April 2015
Over 30 min wait in queue to be seated for breakfast. Rooms cold. Very noisy iroom.
Staff makes an extra effort. Bathroom well equiped. Tram in front and within minutes in center of town
7 April 2015
Charging fees for internet connection is shameful, and any class, to put it mildly
Space, breakfast, locatio
5 April 2015
Breakfast badly organised with long queue, paying for wifi unacceptable in this class of hotel
Venue,room,ambience,food,visit to roof top track
15 March 2015
The elevator is old and kind of scary... WIFI - I found that ridiculous to pay such high internet rates... NOT FOR THIS HOTEL LEVEL
The location is perfectly situated. Staff members are great and very helpful!
12 March 2015
Almost nothing, but capuccino served with cold cup in the breakfeast was not nice.
location, clean big room
3 March 2015
15 Euros for a day of Internet. This is oldfashioned in a digital world
the Jogging on the Roof, the size of the Suite
10 January 2015
Paid WiFi Expensive laundry
Good location Excellent breakfast Quiet and comfortable Close to Eataly
6 January 2015
Location out of town. Wifi, complicated and expensive. Breakfast service not very good. Curtains in room didn't work. I booked two identical rooms, one was big with leather chairs, one small with scruffy fabric chairs. Shower over bath.
Racetrack on roof.
5 January 2015
I was really unhappily surprised that we still had to pay euro 15,- for wifi. I found the price quality for a 4-star hotel not good enough. Complete staff was friendly but you can see that this is a business hotel. Not the little extra we have faced so often at other Italian hotels. A bit too far from the city center.
Size of the room Good breakfast Professional Gym Good quality of the beds
5 January 2015
15 euros for 24h WiFi!
26 December 2014
The smell from fast food restaurants from lower floor is awful. Stuff at the front-desk is just simply rude. Hotel is overpriced for the service. Room, service, interior is at the level of much cheaper hotels.
13 December 2014
That wifi was not included. Difficult to have to call down and get code. Should be for Free
19 November 2014
You have ta pay a lot of money for internet and tourist tax.
