That wifi was not included. Difficult to have to call down and get code. Should be for Free
You have ta pay a lot of money for internet and tourist tax.
too old rooms / wifi not for free / bed too soft
Large comfortabele quiet room. Great buffet breakfast.
Charge for WiFi
Location and huge room.
No soundproofing between rooms very noisy to the point of hearing a tissue pulled from a box next door. Wifi should be including in cost.
loved the place in the old factory FIAT. Big rooms and kind staff . Good breakfast. Parking ok.
Not many pauper view channels, Internet wi fi way OVER priced 15 euro per day .
Breakfast, Shopping Mall nearby which was convenient to buy shoes we forgot for the meeting.
The TV didn't work. When I am on a business trip I keep myself informed on Bloomberg. In a 4* hotel the TV should work! One reason to book this hotel was the Gym. However, it was closed most of the day and due to scheduled we could only manage to got to the gym once!
Good location close to the metro, rather calm, spacious rooms, at a walking distance from the shopping centre and Eataly store.
In 2014, free Wifi should be the same kind of basic facility in a (business) hotel as a bed, a pillow or a towel. It's one thing that you have to pay for it. It's another one that it costs as much as 15 euros per day. This would have been enough for us to choose another hotel, if we had booked earlier than a couple of days before and had any alternatives. Soundproofing could also be improved. The elevator was bumpy.
Size of rooms Location Staff Breakfast
Nothing to dislike
Friendly hotel only 200 metres from the Fiere Lingotto and about the same from Eataly. Can get very busy when there is an exhibition on. Handy for the Gallery 8 shopping centre which is in the same building, the old Fiat HQ with the famous test track on the roof, which you can visit when staying at the hotel.
Bedroom could have done with carpet or rugs instead of the laminate floor. Breakfast on the Saturday and Sunday of our stay was total chaos!
Lovely room, very light, very comfortable bed, lovely bathroom and toiletries, slept very well, very quiet and relaxing, very good breakfast, location good by the tube. Helpful staff and very good hotel.
Wifi was about 15 euros a day!!!! I think considering how much the room costs, it should include free wifi, as almost all hotels do
The facility was great! The staff were excellent, well trained, friendly, courteous, engaging and quick to respond! The Wi-Fi should be included in the room. I was also of the understanding I purchased 24 hours of usage; but it expired in 24 hours. I could no make business banking transfers quickly , the morning of my departure. Great Stay!
Light in every room: Included. Warm water: included. Current: included. Heating: included. Air condition: included. Elevator: included. Internet: let them pay for it! Why? What year are we living in? 1984? Let the room rate rise for 10 €, but internet has to be free!
Old FIAT factory, designed by Matté Trucco (opening 1923) and rebuilt by Renzo Piano in the eighties: a very Interesting and inspiring place to stay. Not close to the center of Torino, but the metro takes one there in a very short time.
Incredibly, there's no internet, unless one's willing to pay an outrageously high amount of money for what should be a free service - like it's still 2005!
spacious room, good towels
Large room and great bathroom. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast. The art gallery and test track on the roof.
Impersonal staff, polite but not interested. Can't see how they can possibly justify 15 euros a day for wi-fi! Woken up 2 nights running by the snorer next door. Offers Sky tv but very few unencrypted channels and not able to change the language. Lighting stylish but inadequate to read by. Ceiling lights flickered. Bathroom door didn't shut properly after recent re-painting. Not enough power sockets for devices.
The garden, the personnel...
Matter of Internet ...
Location to conference centre and Metro
no free wifi & paid wifi expensive & poor/slow! Toilet paper very cheap and rough. Too hot rooms with very inadequate air conditioning
Excellent staff , excellent design of the hotel
the size of the rooms and the view
- Location, close to a good shopping mall and to Eataly - Selection of food for breakfast - Sensation of being in the first Fiat plant, amazing testing track at the top
- Room furniture was not new or conserved enough for the price of hotel - Toiletries was cheap for hotel price - Staff in general did not want to please the consumer
light bright rooms, large windows modern design interesting history of the building
shower didn't drain well nor did the sink. if you wanted to be picky you would say that the carpets were a bit tired and the blind in our room was partly broken.
Wonderful interesting hotel. We didn't realise the history. Fantastic stay!
Wifi too expensive!
Great history Nice size rooms Nice design over all hotel and rooms specially the old track on the roof Nice location with the mall and restaurants around the place Nice bathroom I had the standard room and the size and facilities were nice The breakfast is great The staff in the breakfast area were great very nice service
The air condition was not working ( they did offer to change the room) the fact that they still think people would pay for wifi I had a sim card for 1 month for less than half the amount they were offering
