Score from 2394 reviews Excellent
Every thing was great
Modern Well equipped Wi Fi Innovative decoration
Somewhat "cold" Air Co system in the room impossible to switch off
We suffered a robbery on the way in to Milan where we lost all our documents and credit cards, the staff were excellent and made this horrible incident significantly easier to manage
Expensive room service menu. Had no water for 2 hours Had no air con in my room so they had to move move. Very inconvenient especially as I just unpacked.
Cool architecture and interior decor Great breakfast Well-equipped gym for a city hotel
No wardrobe/drawers in the room
- Parking and congestion charge (could be a problem if you have a car) - I've left behind something in the hotel, and altough many contacts and emails, I could never get it back. I wish they could be more flexible
While we stayed there was a power cut - which happens. It took out the hot water. Nobody explained the problem and it took a trip to the manager to get things resolved.
We loved everything about this Hotel, from the extremely friendly and welcoming staff, the facilities, the perfect location, you feel so special, and it was the best valued Hotel we have ever stayed in. Definitely a 10/10 experience for us. We loved our two nights there.
The Cleanness of rooms The creative design of the hotel Good Breakfast with lots of options
The location of the hotel
The cleanliness and the room furiture and th hotel is all showing art pieaces which was awesome.
In the last day from 7;43am until check out at 4;39pm , the air consition broke down they didnt have alternative generator, our room was like sauna, i complained and they say we can do anything to that. At least they should not make oay for that day i paid for extra time in the room to rest before night flight. And the offores nothing in return nothing at all not even a voucher for the bar. For me to sit were ac was acceptable. All hotels offer kind of compensation, if u make your customer stay 6 hours+ without AC, and say sorry nothing we can do it means absolutely i saw other hotel paying the last night if it was a like this, i saw them giving free nights and more and for sillier reason just to keep that customer.
Modern and fashionable, cozy and reasonable price, great staffs.
Staff very nice and helpful
Air conditioning quite loud. Ask for help from reception if you want to stop it during your night.
Good Value Good Location Nice Bars and Restaurants Really High Speed WIFI Clean Nice Breakfast
we loved the whole zany theme, the bedroom was good and breakfast was top class.
We were a little diappointed in the position of the hotel, I wouldn't describe it as a dynamic area.
A modern, interesting and unusual hotel, courteous and helpful, staff, and good value for money. Breakfast excellent. Enjoyed our stay.
Probably slightly further from the centre of Milan than we would have liked - but we knew the distance when we booked it!!
Service & environment
Very modern boutique hotel. More a business hotel. Good location (not in the centre of Milan) but close to nice restaurants. A bit off the beaten track. Not touristy. Near the Navigli district of Milan.
You need to take a cab or public transport to get to the centre of town.
everything. lovely breakfast !
the fact that the terrace was closed for my entire stay. that the restaurant was closed on fri, sat and sunday nights. you could eat in the bar but a very limited menu.
Room was spacious for European standard and equipped with all the essentials including hairdryer. Having a big bath tub and a sizeable bed is a big plus when travelling with a baby. Breakfast spread, although predictable, offers good value and quality food. There is also a supermarket called Esselunga which is 10 min walk away that sells almost everything that a traveller needs.
After staying at the one in Berlin , I thought of trying the Milan one. Still interesting and more crazy and creative ideas but Berlin win in general . Loved the orange amenities and the restaurant.
The plastic furniture looked great but not comfortable and was always in a mess was very difficult to take nice photos. The bad quality of the safe deposit box was not functioning well.
Funny furniture / overall interior design Staff very pleasent 5 stars breakfast
Room was very small (4th floor) Despite the earplugs (available) air conditioner was very noisy; no way for closing the window in order to avoid light to enter
Ambience, breakfast, art installations
Location is perfect and hotel is beautifully made
The staff is very unprofessional and they charge my credit card in expenses that I never made
