デザインに引かれ宿泊しましたが大満足。朝食もおいしくスタッフも皆感じが良く、英語も良く通じました。市- 中心部へは１４番のトラム（ちょっと歩く）で一本なので、便利。駐車場は敷地内にあり、安全。 シャワーが使いづらかった。 |

One thing was perfect - the bed. Other was the cleanliness and nice smell of rooms. And the breakfast was very good. The bathroom is something that they must work on. In bathroom you have everything only for one person, they dont have shaving set, teeth brush, shower caps what you can find in hundreds of hotel with much lower category and price,...Notice, that the location is not good if you are without car. |

Reception/front desk staff, should be trained much better and learn that they represent the hotel, they need to be polite and nice in all situations. |

location, room very clean, great beds and sheets. normaly all the rooms have body cream and bath salt for the bath-tub but now is not anymore. You must ask for it before get it. |

Design of the facilities, the location in the middle of major exhibit events, satisfactory room. Restaurant and bar facilities and service at these facilities were poor. Reception was staffed with inexperienced people. |

Very comfortable rooms with great attention to the detail. Very nice bathroom. Very quiet -- I was able to sleep with open windows in the center of Milano, although I am very sensitive to noise (I had a room facing towards an inside courtyard). This, although some very hip crowd was partying in the lobby (I joined them to a great "aperitivo"). Excellent breakfast, attentive staff. My room was most adequate for a single traveler, would had been a bit small if I had come with wife and child. |

The style, the room, breakfast, atmosphere. Staff very helpful and efficient. Room very clean. Terrific shower, easy parking and (a rarity) free of charge. Many points in favour and I shall stay there again. Would like to see organic cereal rather than industrial CornFlakes. Room was a little noisy. Hotel allowed people to party outside playing bongos and screaming until 1am. Toilette in lobby surprisingly dirty in the evening. Internet connection through Swisscom way overpriced. I've stayed in hotels in which access is free of charge. The internet should be free of charge. |

Modern, stylish, good facilities, parking, excellent breakfast, small but interesting menu for dinner. Parking cost 25 euros a night! |

design spazi comuni, colazione discreta mancanza biancheria da bagno per la seconda persona; cura della manutenzione lampadine bruciate, frigobar con champagne pessimo, ore 9.30 della domenica mattina staff per verifica frigo bar.abbiamo notato una notevole differenza in peggio della gestione dell'hotel. |
