The staff were very friendly and helpful, a family atmosphere No. Only thing was that you, booking.com, did not pass onto the hotel my request about wheelchair facilities - this caused a last-minute flurry and much panic. |

Hotel is situated on the beach and has a great pool. The service at the hotel is adequate to its price and location. Lot of families with children make the pool area a bit noisy during certain hours. Breakfast offers very basic choice and is generally not at the level I would expect in this category of hotels. |

The close proximity to bach and high street. They did not cater for children at meal times. This needs to be looked at, so that they can cater for children , possible burger and chips or pizzas. |

Very good vegetable dish for dinner with typical italian grilled vegatables (aubergine, paprika, squash, onion...) High value for money when half board included Noice from flushing water in neighbouring room. |

La situation de l'hôtel étant au bord de la mer et en même temps à proximité du centre ville et des magasins, restaurants, etc... Nous n'avons pas eu besoin de prendre la voiture pour s'y rendre à quelque part. Nous avons bien aimé la piscine (petite piscine pour les enfants également) de l'hôtel que nous avons utilisé quand nous n'avions plus envie d'être dans le sable. Mauvaise isolation entre les chambres, surtout en ce qui concerne la salle de bain. Un jour les voisins ont mal tiré la chasse d'eau et donc on a eu droit de l'écouter pendant plus de 2 heures, pendant la sieste de notre fille qui faisait des sursauts tellement le bruit était fort ! La douche est mal installée car elle est seulement à moitié fermée ce qui veut dire que l'eau se répartit partout dans la salle de bain. Il n'y a également pas de tapis anti-glissant dans la douche ce qui est très dangereux pour les enfants. Le premier jour notre fille a glissé et a tapé la tête contre le mur, pour les fois suivantes nous étions obligés de couvrir le sol de la douche avec des linges de bain. |

Uns hat besonders gut die ruhige Lage gefallen, direkt am Meer, die höfliche Art und Zuvorkommenheit des Personals gefallen, man konnte jederzeit auf Hilfe zurückgreifen. Ja, die sehr lauten Wasser- und Toilettengeräusche, die Betten waren für uns etwas schmal, aber sonst in Ordnung. Die Gästebewertung kennen wir nicht, (2 Fragen weiter unten) |

Que la plage soit accessible depuis l'hôtel et la rue principale toute proche évitant ainsi l'utilisation de la voiture. Le mauvais aménagement du parking (sol en gravier et par conséquent emplacement non délimité) Impossible de faire rouler une valise !!! |

sehr nettes familiäres Hotel, relativ ruhig gelegen jedoch auch perfekt gelegen zum shoppen, direkt am Strand, Liegen und Schirm inclusive, Fahrräder inclusive, Hotelbar direkt am Strand, sauberer Pool mit Liegen, gepflegte Anlage, gutes Frühstück, Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, Blick vom Balkon (schräg angeordnet) auf´s Meer, Venedig ist mit öffentlichen Mitteln in 60-90 Minuten erreichbar, großer bewachter Parkplatz, super Strand, *** nächstes Jahr wieder ... Leider kam öfters gegen 07:30 die Müllabfuhr und lärmte etwas, ist aber nicht vermeidbar, dauerte aber nur ein paar Minuten, kaum eine Beeinträchtigung |

Das Meer mit Sandstrand, die Nähe der Fußgängerzone und der kurze ca. 25 km Weg nach Punta Sabioni um mit dem Schiff Burano, Murano und Venedig anzuschauen. Der Nachtportier war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Kleine, teure Zimmer. Bar und Servicleistung. |

Unser Zimmer im 4. Stock hatte direkten Meerblick, sogar vom Bett aus, einfach toll. Das Zimmer war schön und das Essen war gut. Es wurde deutsch gesprochen. Die Lage des Hotels ist wunderbar, direkt am Strand für den Tag und nur wenige Schritte in die Einkaufsstraße für den abendlichen Bummel. Die ältere Dame an der Reception, nehme an das war die Chefin, die ist sehr lieb und freundlich, zu Mensch und Tier. Wir hatten nämlich unser Hündchen dabei. Ich musste 3 Tage warten bis ich endlich einen Wäscheständer bekam, um die Handtücher und Badesachen trocknen zu können. Aber ich bekam ja einen. Weniger gut fand ich als leidenschaftliche Kaffeetrinkerin, dass es in der Bar ab 22.00Uhr keinen Kaffee mehr gab, weil die Maschine schon geputzt war. Ausserdem bin ich nicht sicher, ob die Angestellten wirklich alle die Nummern der Zimmer verstehen, denn zu Hause ist mir aufgefallen, dass auf unserer Rechnung ein Betrag über einen Getränkekonsum in der Bar verrechnet war. Wir haben aber dort immer alles bezahlt. Mit den Getränken aus dem Speisesaal lief auch nicht alles glatt - konnten wir vor Ort klären. Der Gast sollte seine Getränke täglich gegenzeichnen, wäre besser und sicherer für Seiten. |

Die Mitarbeiter sind total bemüht dem Gast einen wunderschönen Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Von der Rezeption, über Zimmerservice und Restaurant passt einfach alles. Die Parkplätze sind in der Hauptsaison ein wenig knapp bemessen |
