I think this one was the cheapest one around Rimini with acceptable comfort. People were okay. We stayed 2 person for 30 euro, so it was cool. We were almost missing breakfast, but they waited a little bit more.
breakfast hour was posted for 10 on online page. when we arrived they said 9.30. it was ok. we were late for 9.30 but they allowed to get breakfast.
Free wifi means you can use the wifi for 1 hour each day. The A/C does not work after august, even if the temperature is well over 25 even in september. Felt like I was being cooked in my bed.
Staff were amazingly friendly and welcoming. The cleaners cleaned your room whilst you were eating breakfast in the morning so fresh clean towels every day! The location was excellent a short 2 minute walk from the main strip. Quiet hotel with no noise. Aircon in the room which made the whole time in the hotel comfortable.
Rooms were very small and the bathroom very small. However saying this the shower was very powerful. Pillows were like 50 cottonwool buds shoved in to a pillow case, very lumpy but there were extra ones just in case you needed them. The breakfast had a good selection but the tea and coffee were awful, tasting like hand soap. All together there were more positives than negatives, but don't think I will stay here again.
Friendly man at front desk. Good location if you are there for the beach. The wifi worked well.
The designated seating for breakfast causes more problems than it solves. The walls are thin and I could hear everything that was happening next door.
location, room, staff
I had an extremely enjoyable 11-day respite at Hotel Niagara. The Hotel itself is run by three brothers and several staff members whom were all friendly, hospitable and available at all hours. They went out of their way to answer each and every question I had, gave insight of the city, and even helped out on my Italian. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it is situated five minutes walking distance to the beach, but not visible from the main roads so you do not hear the city traffic even with the balcony door open. The hotel is also a minute walk to a park which eventually leads into the old city. As far as the room and comfort is concerned, I found my room to be quite spacious, equipped with a balcony, tv, free WiFi, mini-fridge, air conditioning, a large wardrobe and wall safe large enough to fit an iPad inside. The bed was firm, as to my preference and quality pillows. The cleaning staff came daily to change towels and linens even when it did not seem necessary. There was also breakfast being served daily with fresh coffee, orange juice and pastries as well as a continental breakfast which was included in the hotel booking price which I found very reasonable. I had such a pleasant time that I will book again at Niagara next year.
Nice, silent surrounding. Good communication with helpful staff. Tasty espresso offered to every breakfast.
small uncomfortable bathroom, rather untidy.
friendly staff was very helpful. breakfast is very good. value for the price. we'll come back if any.
Great location, near the train station, the beach and the city centre. The only issue with it is that it is in a park, which at night was dark and deserted. As it was raining on one of the days, the hotel lent me an umbrella, which was very useful. Staff were nice, although a bit too much at times.
The shower was in the middle of the bathroom, and I wasn't happy with the cleanliness of it. Breakfast had a funny tasting coffee, a disappointment in Italy for a coffee lover like me.
Clean room and helpful staff
Instant coffee for breakfast
This Hotel is the best one in this Italy trip, including the location, the staffs, the room, the city, the breakfast and the price. It is closed to the rail station, only 15min by foot, and very quiet at night. Because it is close to a park the air is fresh. If you like go swimming it is convenient too. If i have the chance for Italy in the future, I would like to contact this hotel.
very good location, very good value for money. Comfortable rooms with a decent breakfast.
there were ants in the room, but this was quickly fixed by the staff the next day.
There were ants in the room and no spare rooms to move in to so we had to wait until the next mornig for it to be clean. However once this was resolved it was a pleasent stay
Don't know why this hotel got so low rating as it has everything one can need and even more. The only thing that I didn't like was instant coffee because it's quite odd and, I guess, even disappointing having instant coffee at breakfast when you're in Italy, the country famous for its delicious coffee. Hope there will be at least a coffeemaker next time we stay here. But that was the only flaw. Everything else was just perfect.
location breakfast is fine good value for money
we didn't have balcony, however expected to have a bit old decoration
Kindness of the staff
The staff were pleasant and attentive; nice location; comfortable room; good buffet breakfast included in my rate (even if the self-service coffee was the strangest i have ever tasted, i think...) overall, excellent value for money...
i hated that the wifi would work for the first 45 minutes maybe and then stop working (luckily i had brought my own mobile internet, as i don't always trust the wifi will work, but if i hadn't, this would have been a big problem), but i didn't mention this to the staff...(as i had my own); no maps available and staff should know where the san marino bus goes from (not just say the train station) as most tourists in rimini will want to go to san marino...there are a few stops in the city...
The front desk clerk was very amiable.
There was nothing to like about the place aside from the front desk clerk. It was an absolute worn rundown pit.
Location was very good. You can reach everywhere by transportation. Staff also were very kindly and helpfull.
The room was so small. Also bathroom and toilet were together and close to each other. I didnt like this type of situation. You can not take a shower comfortably.
