The reception desk was very helpful. They made several calls for us to locate our next stop and car return options. The room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was difficult to locate. Italian streets are not well marked so we just kept driving toward the sea. |

Comfortable bed and the air conditioning worked. Too far out of the centre of town. Horrible coffee at breakfast. Difficult to get into carpark. |

Clean, accurate, attentive personnel. Impove working conditioning in end-of-corridor rooms in the night. Problem appeares only in thу night. It seems that this ia a result of someone swithing on conditioner and opening window at the same time in rooms before 'you'. Should also warn people that finding taxi in the city is a serious problem. |

Comfort, cleanliness and layout of very spacious accommodation. Excellent buffet breakfast. Pleasant hotel staff. Secure parking. View from first floor terrace. Only 2 night stay - we came to Barletta for a family wedding, wish it could have been longer. |

This is a good hotel. Clean friendly, secure parking, The rooms have plenty of space and the beds are are really comfortable. The breakfast was lovely with a good range of continental options. I would definitely stay here again. |

Ein sehr gepflegtes Haus, schön eingerichtete Zimmer, ruhig gelegen mit gutem Service. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielfältig, beispielsweise mit Obstsalat von frischen Früchten. Verunreinigter Teppichbodenim Zimmer, der jedoch auf Reklamation hin umgehend gereinigt wurde. |
