Occupying a beautiful 19th-century building, the hotel is in the center of the Eternal City, just a few steps from Piazza di Spagna and the wonderful Fori of Imperial Rome.

Just a 3-minute walk from Roma Termini Station, B&B Casa Vicenza offers classic accommodation in Rome. The property is 400 metres from Castro Pretorio Metro stop which takes you to the Colosseum.

Score from 60 reviews Very good
Its a decent place to stay, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Perfect for layover for early morning flights or trains as the hotel is at a few minutes' walking distance from Termini Good choice for someone with very low budget
Small rooms, some without windows (kind of dodgy for me), on the 5th floor which means either you are ready to enter what wife called a old-fashioned time capsule and hope it doesn't get stuck in a limbo or take the stairs! Breakfast is very minimal, do not rely on it Not suited for leisure travels, unless budget is really really low.
Andrea is very nice. He explains all you need
The lift is old and complex to use. You have to leave 15 € as a deposit in order to use the lift. The bathroom smells very badly. The shower wet all the ground. The TV didn't work. Barbara smokes in the hall and it's very unpleasant.
It was very clean.
This B&B should make it clear on its website that it is on the 5th floor of the building with a very difficult access, a tiny lift with complicated security processes before the lift will work. Lift will not take big suitcases. The breakfast was quite frankly a rip-off. The fire by-laws prevent the B&B from cooking or heating anything on the premises. The coffee is made in a machine (awful) so the criossants are 'off the shelf' in a packet and inedible The propriator does not sleep on the premises so if there had been any trouble, I, as a single woman, would have been vulnerable.
The hosts Simona and Andrea were absolutely fantastic. they helped me . advised me . Brilliant in all respects . Perfect location. Close to everything. Clean spacious room. warm inviting staff. will highly recommend Nights In Rome to all my friends and associates.
its location is a few minutes' walk from the train station. a super market is nearby. the room has enough space.
the reception can't speak english at all. all the lagage can only be kept until 14:00 after check-out, which is quite inconvenient as our plane is 20:45. the room is cold. After complaining the heating was turned on in the evening, but turned off again in the midnight, to save energe??? People in roma is not as nice as other cities in Italy...
people are genuinely concern with their guests but since this business is run by a family i hope that their next generation will be better in speaking English
Location is very close to Termini station.
I stayed there 4 nights and I had been moved from the room to room 3 times, it is uncomfortable, like moving from one place to another. Breakfast is poor and the same all days, same biscuits, coffe and orange juice, nutella and honey. no ham, cheese, eggs or jogurt. in the room 101 in toilet is ugly smell. You should be ready to deposit 15 euro for card for elevator. In the evening I hardly ever seen the staff, so to get my money bak and I used to returned card for elevator in the morning, so I went by foot 5 floors, which is uncomfrtable.
Very near to Termini Station and great as a base for short visit in Rome for sightseeing. Though Staff do not speak English well but they are trying very hard to make me understand, they even use the smartphone translation apps to do so.
Using the old Lift needs special procedure for such an old design Lift. When checkin, you will first need to use the com outside the building to get the staff to enable the lift for you.
Very friendly & helpful management!
Central location, staff helpfull, No problems..
It was right at the termini so was convenient for us travelling to the airport early in the morning. Also short walks to all nightlife.
It was on the top floor of a hostel and was a bit confusing.
Location can't be better and awesome, friendly and very helpful staff.
low hot water flow, and weak soundproofing.
Close to the train station, MRT, shuttle bus to airport.
Staff are so funny and friendly. He recommended many restaurants and places to us, and how to save money as well.
Facilities are old and bad. Poor breakfast. Tiny TV.
the central location close to Termini station
the shower water pressure was very very low and took me a lot to have a complete shower; breakfast very poor; the price of the room is a bit expensive taking into consideration facilities are bit poor; rooms are noisy when breakfast starts at 8am as the room doors are in front of the reception and bar.
Breakfast tipical italian, meaning minimal
It was in a good location and quiet. Barbara was so nice to us and helpful
Televisions were of poor standard and breakfast was poor for the money.. Had booked two double beds which only happened for one of the guests who had to move during her stay.we spent three days in another hotel for half the price with far better facilities. Minor issues which will be mentioned in reviews
nice, clean room
5th floor (6th is USA). Must have a card to use elevator. Get card when you check-in provided you cough up a 15 Euro deposit. Electricity went off at 2am and never came back on until I returned around 1pm next day. Bed fell apart during the night. No breakfast as promised. The staff was SORRY. Will not be back
The location is very close to Termini.
The lift system that requires you to deposit €14.
