The hotel overcame our expectations!! Everything was exactly more than we expected. Amazing room, very comfortable, excellent breakfast, kind and helpful staff and great location, on a charming neigborhood full of nice pubs, restaurants and shops and workshops. We definitely had a great time at Art Hotel Navigli and surely will stay there again the next time we visit Milan. Truely recomend it!! No complaints at all !!!

Great room for family of four. Staff were helpful. Really enjoyed the location - could just step outside for lovely meal along the canal. Best breakfast we have ever come across in our travels !!

The hotel corridors looked nice. The breakfast service was quite good.. Fresh boiled eggs and coffee and tea very good. Fresh fruits etc. The housekeeping was rather poor. Under the plug riser in my bath which fell off was disgustingly dirty. Used dirty coffee cups from the in room coffee service were left in my room for 2 days .....The hotel needs refreshing - its quite dated - and the hotel's photography was rather misleading.

Did not look pictures really- was rather tired and dated. Staff were helpful though. They changed my bed from twin to double in 24 hours which I appreciated.the breakfast was quite good. The 'free' wifi consisted of a repeated hourly log into a site with a new code each time, which was annoying, although it did work.

Nice, neat hotel and very modern. The room was very generous in size and very clean. Close to restaurants and about a 10 euro cab ride from the main train station. Wi-fi worked well in room. Would definitely stay here again!

I did not like this hotel at all. The front desk is very poor, it looks like it belogns to a motel more than a hotel. Persons at the front desk are not kind at all, they are not helpful at all. Internet service is crap, it does not work at all and front desk perons just say they do not provide teh service, it is a third party...

I loved the whole experience, The staff were very friendly and most helpful. The rooms were very clean and modern, and breakfast was superb. The location is perfect in the Navigli area as there are plenty of restaurants within a short stroll along the canal. The bar on the ground floor was a good way to meet other travellers at the end of the day as a friendly, safe and very pleasant environment.

The hotel is located right in the middle of the place, where the nicests bars and restaurants of Milano are (however: Milano has nothing to offer in this regard, but the little it has to offer is here). The room is big, very comfortable, has a nice, big bathroom, large TV with cinema channels. Nothing really important, but some small points that don't match with a 4-star hotel: - the breakfast buffet isn't maintained well, if something gets fisnished it wouldn't be replaced (cheese, fruits...). The women working there obiously don't like there work and want you to knof that. - one day we left at 11:30 am, came back at 4 pm and the room wasn't made up yet and we had to go out again and wait until they finished. Ok, no problem, but the next day the cleaning woman called at the door at 11:15, came back 10 minutes later to call again and insisted that she wants to make up the room right now. So in this hotel you have to adjust your timetable to the needs of the personel and not vice versa... - the minibar wasn't refilled during the whole stay

The hotel staff is very friendly and considerate, we were traveling four people booking one room and the hotel just offered us two double room and this is so much better for us. The bed is very comfortable and and facilities are working very well during our stay. The location is ok, although it is just nearby the metro, but it takes us quite a long time to find and really far away from the city center. The lobby needs renovation, the sofa looks already broken and there isn't really anything surprise us. Comparing the quality of the hotel and the stay, the price is a little bit too high but since we booked for new year's eve so maybe it is ok.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel, even for one night...The staff were all accomodating and very friendly...The rooms were spacious and tidy, very refreshing after a long walk around the city...the next time we return to Milan, we will stay at Art Hotel Navigli again,...we've got our money's worth...

Very friendly staff, pieces of art around the hotel. Room next to staff room, so was a bit noisy at times. We booked a twin room, but actually got a double, though the bed was very large.

Location is convenient for going out The wifi internet connection drove me crazy. This swisswom service got interrupted each minute. So, I was frustrated every evening as I wanted to check my emails. I couldn't also cancel the last night; they said, if you made a reservation through booking.com, you have to stay all three days :(

I stayed in a standard twin room previously and was very happy with the standard of the room and everything at the hotel. This time I took a junior suite, and was disappointed to find it was a much lower quality than the standard room I had previously stayed in!

Space of the room and the free parking Terrible cleaniness of the room. There were lot of bugs living in the wood of the sofa bed and they were stinging all night. Really a painful experience.

Nearby many nice restaurants, 10 min walk to mrt station, nice price for morden application and nice size room/bathroom, very good service for breakfast, flea market is reaaaally awesome nearby(the last Sunday morning each Month). People in reception is not very friendly, awful soundproof room, carpet is a little dirty, the last date there I even saw a small cockroach on my bed.

Nous avons aimé l'hotel.Très bel endroit, calme, propre, moderne.Les chambres sont spacieuses.Le personnel y est très accueillant.L'emplacement également.Pas l'impression d'etre dans une très grande ville.En tramway nous rejoignons le centre en 10 mn.Possibilité de garer la voiture à coté de l'hotel gratuitement. Copieux petit déjeuner.Vraiment excellent etablissement. Juste un petit bémole pour la salle de bains.Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas, dans aucune des 2 chambres.

Sa situation geographique, l'accueil en général, chambre spacieuse et confortable. Notre chambre était situé en face de la salle de rangement des femmes de chambre et tôt le matin (8h) ainsi que tard le soir (23-24h) elles parlaient fort et fesaient beaucoup de bruit sans aucun écart envers les clients. Dommage
