Very comfortable bed and overall spacious room. Excellent location near restaurants and nightlife. Hotel is in the midst of renovation, so some kinks still need to be worked out. Public bathroom area on the first floor needs to be spruced up. But considering parts of the hotel that are already renovated, it will look fantastic when completed. |

Good value for money, clean, good breakfast, quiet rooms. The private parking was great (charge of course). The hotel was undergoing reconstruction (that is temporary of course). |

Staff was very friendly. We liked the happy hour. Location of hotel was good. Easy walking to public transportation and restaurants. Trattoria across the canal is very good! Breakfast appearance and quality could be improved to suit a 4 star hotel. |

The hotel was very old and wasn't clean at all. 10 years ago could be a nice place, today is horrible. |

The location is excellent. The service was very good. The breakfast was great. The change to an art hotel from an ordinary hotel was still underway. The style was a bit mish mash. |

The Art Hotel Navigli is very conveniently located in a wonderful area of Milan. Being so close to the DaVinci designed canal was wonderful with all of the adjacent cafes, restaurants, shops and a grocery just across the street. It's a great area for walking. There is a very nice breakfast buffet and the happy hour in the beautiful lobby was a nice way to start the evening. |

the hotel was excellent, the room was very spacious with all amenities. Decorated and furnished very tastefully. A stones through from the Navigli. Would thoroughly recommend it. |

The rooms were big, comfortable and not too noisy. The bathroom was clean and in good condition. Everything we needed was there - hairdryer, safe, extra bedding The reception and lounge areas were very dated and the lifts wouldn't take more than 3 people without the alarm going off (but I appreciate that the hotel was being modernised while we were there). |

nice spacious rooms Among the many hotels in which I stayed during my life, this has been, thus far, the only one in which the hotel staff neglected the sign ' non disturbare' (do NOT disturb) five (!) times during three days, thereby creating rather embarassing situations. |

Hotel position, Room was clean and spacious (including bathroom), breakfast, courtesy of personnel (except the same clerk at check-in and check-out: if you can't really be nice with visitors change job!), public transportation quite near. Clerk at check-in (and check-out the morning after). Elevator in the hall which did not work and when noticed it just brought the same clerk to yell from reception desk "It's overloaded, you need to get down": we had just checked in with him and were just two plus baggage ! Hall still with works ongoing but accessible to customers. |

The room was very spacious and location is good! The hotel made a mistake with my reservation and wanted to put me in a hotel at the other end of Milan. I had to fight with them a lot when I arrived - at 11pm!!!! I didnt like their attitude and the unwillingness with which they solved my problem. In the end, they did find a room all of a sudden! Still the hotel was nice. |

I liked most the room and the position on Milano's Navigli. Breakfast was good. Too hot and we didn't manage to bring down the room temperature. I think parking is too expensive. It's right to pay it but less. |

the price, the hotel is under renuvation and I have got a very old room, not per the 4 stars standard at all. When I have requested to change thje room, they did not want even if they had available rooms. the hotel is under renuvation and I have got a very old room, not per the 4 stars standard at all.
