Great breakfast compared to other places in Italy. Very nice and big rooms. Quiet.
staff , room size , coffee kit , balcony . alot of resturant around ..
shower bath is too small
Good for Value
Little small rooms compared to GCC hotels
Friendly, helpful staff, lovely breakfast, very comfortable beds, location. Trustworthy maids - My sister left some diamond earrings on her bedside table and remembered when we were flying home. The maid had handed them in and they are now on their way back to her. Definately will stay here again whilst visiting my neice again soon.
Clean comfortable room
Location, emptiness of the lobby area
Location and staff
Poor furniture's room, smell from kitchen
Good location with choice of restaurants nearby and a reasonable breakfast selection.
The hotel's air conditioning was switched off by the management after two nights (4 October 2014) despite our room being advertised as an air conditioned room (and still shown as such on booking.com). The temperature showing in the room was still between 25 and 29 degrees. Complaints were totally disregarded by the hotel who said this was a matter of policy - it was actually tantamount to fraud.
location, location, location! Great breakfast buffet! Very nicely redone hotel.
A bit pricey for what you get. Wifi stinks. Have to put in a different password for different devices and they are only active for 24 hrs so you have to reenter a new password 24 hours later.
A really nice hotel in a good location. All in all a bargain for Milan.
restaurants, wine bars.
Great location, excellent staff, would definitely use this hotel again
Comfortable room that was well-appointed. Great breakfast buffet and welcome cocktail. Friendly, helpful staff. Convenient to the metro and close to many restaurants. Good value.
Service, amiability, tranquility, very good week end.
This hotel is truly unique, it is very very close to metro station, the area is very lively with many many wonderful restaurants, bars, the hotel has excellent facilities , the staff is very helpful , i felt like home. Είναι μαγική η περιοχή , καθώς δεν αισθάνεσαι ποτέ μόνος , πολύ ασφαλείς. Οταν φθάνεις σε καλωσορίζουν με ποτό και μπουφέ !
I loved the room - it was very spacious and beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was perfect. Everything I expected and more.
People do party in this area so if you are there on the weekend, be prepared for some late night room parties which I did hear. This is not a fault of the beautiful hotel however - just mentioning it for future guests to be aware of.
Front Office Staff very Helpful. Good room size. Very comfortable. Enjoyed Welcome Drinks & Nibbles. Good Location to Restraurants & easy walking to site see the area. We were lucky enough to be here on a Sunday, when the markets were open along the river banks.
We stayed 3 days and would recommend this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and the room we had was with a balcony. So when booking ask for one as they don;t have many. Every night they have happy hour from 6.30pm don't miss this as they put on a good selection of food. Many side walk cafes nearby worth a visit to experience the local culture and food.
Close to everything...
Navigli is the 'hot' spot of Milan - great places to eat along the canals. Buzzing every night. The hotel is just far enough aw ay that noise was not an issue.
Great location Very good breakfast Very nice staff
Maybe a slight renovation should be done
I liked the location. It was spacious and well kept.
I thought the price was higher than what I expected. I would have liked to see some god quality toiletries.
The Art Hotel building layout is extremely spacious, both in terms of rooms but also hall corridors, reception areas, breakfast room and other common areas. Many city-centre hotels are usually a bit cramped or inconvenient: the layout here is really excellent. The art itself is fascinating. Breakfast was superb. The rooms are quiet, well-insulated and well-equipped. The bed is very comfortable. Staff was attentive and very helpful during my stay. Excellent performance in every respect.
The decor in some areas (bathroom tiles) reminds me of the 1970s or early 1980s, which I understand is coming back into style. This is only a minor detail, and I can't quite understand if it is deliberate or not.
breakfast was ok
we had a room for 3 people. The room they offered us was big but the sofa bed wasn't function well we had to ask the staff to fix it. It took a while for them to understand the sofa bed can't be fixed and eventually they gave us another room much smaller than the first one. The shower space was extremely small. Wasn't very good experience.
