Spent 3 nights there, fully satisfied, firendly staff, clean, nice rooms, good connection to the city center.

There is no airport shuttle (web site says there is). Wi-Fi is unreliable. There was also a lot of noise - both from inside the hotel and from outside (lots of large groups leaving and arriving on coaches), which was surprising given that we were on the 5th floor.

-room service was amazing. we got salmon and steak dinners delivered to room and it was well worth it. -The fitness center was the best I've seen offered in a 4 star hotel. -Drinks were good at the bar but a little expensive but it's expected at a hotel bar. -free underground, secure parking garage.

-The location is about 10 min bus ride from downtown Florence. We chose this place on purpose to not be downtown but expected there to be places to walk around the hotel and eat at. Not much is around the hotel. Some food places and what not but they looked lower end. Have explored downtown Florence before so it wasn't to big of an issue.

The staff was very friendly both at the reception as well as in the restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel has excellent parking possibilities. The hotel is just outside the city centrum which makes that the prices are lower.

The area around the hotel is not of any interest. But who cares....there is a lot to see in the city centre.

Great new hotel, gives a perfect holiday feeling. Very attentive staff, both at the reception and in the breakfast restaurant. The area looks dodgy at first, but it's just around the corner of the residential area with shop and restaurants. There is a direct bus into the city centre, you can buy tickets at the reception without any surcharge.

Ample free parking. Helpful and courteous staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good selection of various food at breakfast. Fast wi-fi throught the hotel.

It's an excellent place to stay if you have a car. The bus stop isn't exactly near and the service is somewhat confusing. Watch for the bus number (23, 23a, 23b) when you're returning from the city. We, by mistake, boarded 23a and ended up at the opposite part of the city.

Very Clean, Great Staff, and conveniently located close to Airport

The place was very calm and tidy, you will enjoy your privacy in the area and the most important thing is that the services 5 minutes surrounding it.

Most of staff were friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was nice and comfortable. Laundry service was excellent. Breakfast was very good. Cleanliness and room service is up to standard.

It is a decent hotel as an institution but...

But the staff aren't so professional as they must ,you need to be rough sometimes because some hotel staff are rude ,for example one of the breakfast lounge staff was yelling and shouting because we entered the wrong lounge! She could tell us politely, I even wanted to write a complaint to the manager but her collage pegged me not to do .. The hotel's website provides an email to contact so I sent a message but no reply

Large bedroom and bathroom, excellent breakfast and dinner, proximity to airport. We enjoyed the large lounge and bar. Easy parking.

Absence of nearby eating options within walking distance, thankfully the hotel's restaurant was very good.

The location was good for my purposes - but it is not easy to reach the city centre and the neighbourhood is grey and sad, definetly not what we expect from Florence.

The rooms were very modern and clean. Good service. Our stay for 3 nights was very pleasant and comfortable.

The location.it is far from the city centre and not very accessible. Good for those wishing to drive.

Hotel was great, with nice room and professional staff. The restaraunt was also great. The location was not so closed to the center of city. Taxi between hotel and central train station was not very stable. We had three times of taxi, first time 13 euros, 2nd time 15 and last time 17. We're really confused. But other than that, there're no more to complain.

Great hotel. Friendly staff, very helpful. Busstop only 10 minutes away and within 15 minutes you will be in the center of the town ( bus 23 ). Breakfast was excellent, clean room. We satayed two nights and it was great value for money. Without doubt you will enjoy your stay in this hotel.
