The restaurant served very good food.

I knew it was in the boonies but I hadn't realized how isolated it was - it's even gated. It was so difficult to find that I was a few blocks from it but told by the hotel operator to take a cab because it was too confusing to explain.

Excellent hotel. All great: staff, bed, internet, shower, breakfast. Parking is awesome with a covered garage inside the hotel. Very comfortable and secure.

I liked everything. Just be aware that to sightseeing Florence you will have to take the bus and do the 20 minute trip each way. The bus system in Florence is good and fast but Italy is very disorganized so take directions with the hotel friendly English speaking staff.

I liked plenty of secured indoor and outdoor parking place of this Hotel and free WiFi in the room. Breakfast was ok, modern furniture and bathroom.

1. If you dont have a car, I dont recommend you to stay in this Hotel. It's 10 Km from center 2. The Hotel is not in a nice neighbourhood, in the night there are plenty of hookers waiting along the streets which are very close to the Hotel. 3. If you look for an old and art-nouveau style building to feel the renaissance ambiance in Florence, this hotel is not for you. It is an apartment like block.

The staff and the service are excellence, they are friendly and courtesy, the room very clean. We would recommend you stay in nilhotel when you visit Florence. Wifi and breakfast also provided. The hotel is quite new, close to big supermarket and the bus stop, it takes you to downtown about 20 minutes.

Good facilities, large room, reasonable price, less than 100 Euro per night

amanity goods are poor, but allowable level compared to the price. The location may be not so convenient for city tourist. It should take 20-30 minutes by taxi to the historical area.

No nonsense, new hotel, with huge free parking lot, completely gated, safe, great service, free internet, very clean and comfortable rooms, quite, away from major streets and traffic. Florence is a unique city, staying there can be very expensive and inconvenient, unless you are prepared to pay top money for room. Its not uncommon for hotels to ask +600 Euro per night for a room and more. Nilhotel was amazing - affordable yet nice, only 3 miles away from the center by car or taxi.

Pillows were not that good :(

Hotel is new, very clean, with free wifi, and room was large and fine.

Would be good to have tea/coffee facilities in room, otherwise very good

Superb localization allowing bus visits in the old town. Very friendly personnel.

It was ok and very good price for the service level. The bus stop was not that too far, and the the bus took us in 10 minutes to the central railway station that is just next to the city center.

There was no air changing in the bathroom.

The room is clean and large, and the decoration is nice too.

The staff was not supportable, eg: we needed twin beds but the staff could not do so until the next day.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, good parking (possibility to leave car in front of hotel, but there is a garage also). Room was large, clean. Internet worked good. Breakfast good. Lift from garage. Can recommend this hotel.

Nothing to do witht he hotel, but... we were there on 30td of april; seems to be White Night in Florence. The musea are open during the evening and night with free entrance. That is nice to know, not nice is that the bus doesnt drive from the centre anymore after 20.00 o'clock on White Night. We had some problems coming back to the hotel, because the hotel is in an industrial area. It is just that u know!
