The great design of our room, the cleaniness of our room and the freindly and helpful staff. Everyday we were provided with maps and directions for anywhere we wanted to go, staff went out of their way to be helpful to us. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, we were spoilt for choice! I wish there had been more choice in the Restaurant, but that's not really too important as the food we had was very nice. |

It is modern, clean and crisp. However, we were not warned that we would have to walk 15 minutes to the nearest restaurant outside the hotel as the hotel's restaurant was fully booked for both nights of our stay there. we are happy to recommend the hotel provided the restaurant matter is addressed by the management. |

The hotel is well located in a quiet place and near the centre. They only have wi-fi at the lobby and don't have enough cables for the rooms so i couldn't access the internet. |

Staff was very helpful and accomodating. Very clean hotel, possibly because it is new. Getting to underground parking is confusing and no clear signs for the elevators in the garage. |

Quality of room appontments, especially bath. We stayed here because we had an early morning flight and it is close to the airport. Gated setting in neighborhood 'under construction,' coupled with windows that were uniformly storefront style grated (although these could be automatically lifted) was somewhat eerie. Lobby bar did not open until 7:00. |

Superb parking, clean rooms, free wifi internet access. Staff are super friendly, breakfasts superb - and the hotel does go out of its way to separate you from the many coach tours which use the hotel This is not a sound proofed hotel, the room walls are paper thin and should not be advertised as sound proof. The bus service to Florence is very good - but finishes at 21:30 - beware. €15 taxi ride back from town - also hotel closed up with iron gates etc - a bit foreboding!! |

Very clean and quiet, the two most important criteria in a hotel for me. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. At breakfast, I could not find glasses for juice that are clean enough. A pity, because otherwise the hotel is impeccable. The breakfast menu is not the greatest. |
