The art is fantastic in the lobby - that is all I can say about this hotel!! After arriving at 2am to find No towels, No soap, No phone, No safe ,No minibar at 35 degrees and humid was so appalling and to top it off the man at the desk could not find a towel for us - pathetic! After 3 nights I couldn't wait to get out of that place. Also after my confirmation with Booking.com early in the week to find out at the end of my stay I had to pay extra because of the incompetence of the night staff has made my stay at this hotel the worst in all my years of travel.

It's a very convenient location for exproring the city. There are so many nice shops near from this hotel as well. Breakfast wasn't good, but we found lots and lots nice places for eating out in that area.

Located near Termini Station, nice trattoria nearby. Accomodation is a bad, sad nightmare. Rooms are dirty, ugly outfit, expensive and horrible. Hotel was full of screaming morons that should be Staff is absentminded and I felt like I was a person that can be fouled and money drained. Keep away of this horrible place !

The staff at the front desk are very nice and their English is perfect. Alexandra is a gem. My husband and I had stayed there 6 months ago and were happy with our stay and so I decided to bring some more family back. Access to all types of transportation is within 2 blocks of the hotel. Trains, taxis, buses, subway, hop on hop off buses are all steps away and we used them all. I loved the street musicians below our window in the evenings. The rooms were clean and spacious.

First of all well done to the staff at Booking.com (Leanne Evans ) who found us the Hotel Nizza as an alternative to another hotel we had problems with. It is a hidden gem in Rome , close to everything , friendly , clean and inviting , we travelled with another couple and would return there again and would recommend it to others travelling to Rome. Thank you Leanne .

The hotel is in a good location. My television doesn't work the first day, and steel doesn't work after two days when I left. Nobody helps at the reception, staff only asks you to pay your bill before. My room was not so confortable. Noisy in the toilette when you switch on the light.

Well, The location is probably the best feature of the hotel, about a minute walk from Termini and Santa Maria Majore. the room was clean and well maintained. the hotel Staff were incredibly helpful and kind. be careful to see if your price is breakfast inclusive, we caught a bad deal there. the breakfast was 6 euro's a person and was realy poor in veriaty and food quality. the bathroom, though very clean, were very poorly lightened, and the ventelator was awefully noisy. the streets are noisy as well, but the airconditioning is good enough to sleep with the windows closed.

The breakfast was good value at 6 Euros! The bed in the room was old, 2 singles joined together with a lumpy matress, the bed sheets old and didnt fit. The bathroom needed things fixed liked the shower holder, no shower screen or curtain, water ended up all over the floor!

This was my return trip back to Rome before heading to London and I am glad this was not my first experience of hotels in Rome. The room I had was very dark and very noisy as it overlooked the alley. The smell from the toilet was the worst and the cistern had some type of tape holding it together. The safe in the room did not work and I was told that they lost all combination of codes for safes. I got bug bites while I using the internet at the desk and breakfast was not included in the high price of this hotel. No I did not complain but instead went else where and found a fantastic hotel, better rates and service. No I would never go back to this hotel or recommend to my family or friends.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the women could speak multiple languages. She helped us figure out transportation to the Vatican and later to Civitavecchia. Our room was spacious. Great location that is within walking distance to the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum. Internet connection wasn't the best and our shower didn't drain very well. Stayed in a room in the basement that you had to take a strange route (including going outside) to get to it.

I liked the excellent location, the staff was grate, and the rooms were big and quite. The tallows and the trash were changed every day. It is a very good option for people who are not planing to spend a big amount of money but will be satisfied with the service provided by the hotel. The bed was separated in the midlle, and the two parts moved all the time.

The night clerk and some of the breakfast staff. I had accidently double booked and the hotel refused to refund my money. I spent an extra $900 that I couldn't afford. After making several phone calls, as I feared, I was placed in the worst room I have ever been in. I took photos of the room and would like to share them with booking.com. My door looked to have been broken into, walls dirty and in bad condition. Bathroom had mold all over the shower and floor. Shower door would not close and the floor was chipped and cracked. The armior had a large crack and hole in it. I was placed as far away from my daughter as possible at the other end of the hall. The safe was not working and I was only allowed to use the hotel safe for 24 hours. The location was good but hotel management was horrible.

The hotel location and price were what we needed - one night not too far from the central train station. Internet connection didn't work and the aircondition made noises but did not actually cool.

Very good hotel for the money. This is the correct place to stay instead of saving 50 euro for a room and stay in a bb. Stronly suggested.... Internet was a bit slow.
