The art is fantastic in the lobby - that is all I can say about this hotel!! After arriving at 2am to find No towels, No soap, No phone, No safe ,No minibar at 35 degrees and humid was so appalling and to top it off the man at the desk could not find a towel for us - pathetic! After 3 nights I couldn't wait to get out of that place. Also after my confirmation with Booking.com early in the week to find out at the end of my stay I had to pay extra because of the incompetence of the night staff has made my stay at this hotel the worst in all my years of travel.

Location The price charged was not the one advertised in Booking. And we are not talking about the city's fees! They charged plus 30% and city taxes what almost doubled the price. They took advantage of the fact that the reservation couldn't be cancelled without loosing the total amount paid.

the location was good the photos of this hotel aren't releveant at all. the rooms are very small, they smell funny, aren't verry clean, are poorly decorated, the furniture is very old, there's no air conditioning and no minibar. it isn't a 3 stars hotel room at all. if you don't ask for the towels to be changed you will probably end up with using them for your whole holiday. if you are "lucky" enough to get the room with a back view, you will end up waking up at 7 am, because of the noise of cars(there's a parking place) and of the garbage being picked-up.

location. Everything is just out of my expectationa, i don't think it's worth to rate as a 3 star hotel. It was real exhausted after all the travelling to the hotel, the check in time supposed to be after 2pm, however, the hotel staff told us to wait around half an hour because the room was not yet ready. I was really annoyed because I have waited for nearly an hour and it was 3:30 pm at last. Our journey has been delayed because of this!! The room was old and too basic, not even a small fridge. There are no shower curtain in the toilet and the windows are all locked. Not recommended.

the location was great - just a few minutes walk from roma termini. the hotel was not worth what i paid for it: 170 euro for two nights! the walls were very thin so you could hear everything people were saying in the halls. the bathroom door was rotting at the bottom. the air conditioner was nice to have, but it made an awful wheezing noise all night. the shower head was not connected so you had to hold it the entire time and on the second day after our room was cleaned the shower clogged, making it impossible to shower because it would have overflowed onto the bathroom floor. definitely not worth the price.

The best thing if I had to pick one was the location if your keen to see the city. The bed had a single base with a double matress. The smoke alarm went off 4 times in the night and the view from the room was the ally with bins. The bathroom was clean but tiny.If your on a budget a last resort this will do.

The location is convenient, many restaurants and shops around. There is ac in room which is a must in summer of Rome. The bathroom is big, bright with window. One of a middle age male staff at reception is the rudest I ever met. When I first checked in and asked for the internet password, he told me to come back in half an hour because "I am very busy today". Then I went to the room to have a shower, found that the shower sink was totally clogged, and the water start to fell on the floor, I ended the shower quickly and talked to him about the problem. He told me the maintenance person won't be on site till 10pm, which was 6 hours away and he added, "you had a shower already, right? Why rush?", I tried to say in a nice way that if I can get another room instead, he gave me this angry face as I was robbing him "That's impossible!" He said. After I returned from dinner, which was 2 hours after I checked in, he then started to input my information into computer and setup the wifi password. Despite there were several other guests standing between he and me, he yielded to me and asked loudly all the personal questions, including "what is your home address? Phone number? Residence of country? What? I cannot hear you/ I cannot read your handwriting, I told you to fill in the information, right?" I felt I was ongoing an interrogation in a public place. At the end I was given a login password with a wrong name on it, for which I had to ask the front desk person the next day to fix it. Just when I thought the interaction with him would be over, around 1030pm in the night, he called me and saying, a man will come to fix the clogging problem, and at the same time, that person was showing up at the door. I had to get up from my bed and put on clothes to let him in. The maintenance guy is polite and fixed the pipe quickly, but as a woman staying in hotel room alone, I still felt a bit uncomfortable to have a stranger in my room in this late time.

My room was very clean and the air conditioning worked excellent. Comfortable room. The Internet service was extremely slow and not working at all 90% of the time. It is very misleading to advertise free wi-fi when it does not work most of the time. There should be an improvement to Internet service or you should not offer it at all.

They made early check-in for me as rooms were available. A lot of insects in room (thousands of small ants). Rooms are too small. Beds are too small. Overall looking is like not having renovation in the last 40 years. One of the staff (Monica) is awful: impolite, demonstrates aggressive attitude to guests.

A bit disappointed! The single room was like a storeroom and smelled stuffy. The decoration was old and not so clean.

The only best thing to say about the hotel is its location. I could hardly sleep at nights because of noise and the light coming from the bottom of the door. Although I asked the lady to change the room and complained about those they really did not care about it all. In the morning at 7 o'clock I woke up with a very bad call of a man. They really don't have a respect to people. All the furniture were very old and the bed was awful. The walls of the room were not even painted.

Very good location - near to Termini railroad station, places of interest and shopping streets; nice friendly stuff. Poor furniture, if you like comfort it's not the place you enjoy =)

They clean the room at 2 pm, so you can sleep as much as you like. There are a few rooms at the first level that are recently renovated, they don't have wifi, fridge or power. Be careful not to take those.

Well, The location is probably the best feature of the hotel, about a minute walk from Termini and Santa Maria Majore. the room was clean and well maintained. the hotel Staff were incredibly helpful and kind. be careful to see if your price is breakfast inclusive, we caught a bad deal there. the breakfast was 6 euro's a person and was realy poor in veriaty and food quality. the bathroom, though very clean, were very poorly lightened, and the ventelator was awefully noisy. the streets are noisy as well, but the airconditioning is good enough to sleep with the windows closed.
