Great location, very near the Train station, only 5-10mins walk on the main road. Can access to bus station in 5mins. The room is quite large, clean and room cleaning service is good. Everything is fine. An old lady in reception is very helpful and friendly, with good English and cheerful welcome to us; the handsome guy in reception at night is also helpful and friendly. You are required to put down your key to reception when you leave the hotel, and get back it when you come back. However, the staffs have never checked customer's identify before they give back the keys. i am wondering is it easy for strangers to get our key by simply saying our room number to the reception. The air-conditioning is weak. Some of the staffs are not friendly, you can find this on their face.

Receptionist lady on May 17 2013 who checked me in with a smile at 8:20 a.m. well before advertised check-in time. Breakfast lady equally smiling & friendly. Great location for one who relies on public transport to get about. ROOM! No window. No night-table. No light to read by. About 60cms between bed and wall.... My room was N° 113 so I foolishly took the astonishinly small lift to 1st. floor. No room 113. had to confess to reception lady that I was LOST!!!

The hotel was clean and that staff was really helpful and friendly. They provided me with great advice of nearby eateries. The keys to the rooms were required to be left at the front desk and did not allow for you to lock your valuables. Also I checked out early and was not refunded.

Close to Termini. The room was extremely small and the shower was useless - the water dribbled out. There is a special price for under 30's but not for over 60's which I found very strange and would suggest they offer.Until they fix the shower, I would not recommend the hotel. Breakfast should be included in the price as it was at every other hotel we stayed in during our trip around Italy.

I liked that Hotel Nizza was very close to the Termini station. Since we spent our last night in Italy here, we needed to catch a bus in the morning to the airport, so it was very convenient. I also liked the price. I knew it wouldn't be the nicest hotel, but we only stayed here for one night, so I didn't feel like spending a lot on a hotel. It was also close to a city bus stop, so it was easy getting around the town and finding our way back. I wasn't expecting a really nice hotel when I booked this place, but it really wasn't nice at all. It looked old and dirty. Our room had dirty curtains and holes in the walls. My husband and I were glad we were only spending one night there. I would recommend this hotel for a quick stay, but not for more than 2 nights.

The room was very spacious and the hotel was very close to the main train station. I liked the Italian wc, since restroom is one of my biggest problems on abroad. The room was one floor below the entrance and there was no elevator to that floor. When you have a huge luggage, it becomes a problem. The covers of the beds were dusty. Moreover, even tough they charge extra for the breakfast the options were very limited. There was not even cheese on the menu.

The staff were very friendly and were happy to give us advise on how to get to our site seeing destinations and made excellent surgestions. All the staffs English was excellent also and their were no language barriers. The hotel is extremely Central the train station and bus station is only a two minuet walk away and only takes half an hour to reach the airport via train. Rooms are very clean, enough space to be practical but not spacious, bathrooms are nice and an excellent power shower. Always had hot water and the air con worked fine as well. Will defiantly be going back. The mattresses were too hard personally for my own comfort

The Hotel staff were very kind and polite. Besides, hotel is very conveniently located reasonably near the Termini station, meaning that bus stop for transfer from and to Fiumicino airport by Shuttlebus is easily reachable by foot, under 10 min, assuming that one is carrying one average suitcase.

We had an early train the next morning, so we just needed a place to crash. We got exactly what we were expecting from this hotel. A cheap place that was close to Termini. It was not very comfortable or restive. If I was staying in Rome for more than just a quick night, I would have been very disappointed to have stayed here. In fact, we stayed elsewhere when we came back at the end of the trip and had a great visit. This hotel was fine for a cheap stay, which is what I wanted.

Location is really convenient! Old city is only 10 min walk away and major transportations hub is around the corner. Santa Maria Maggiore church is down the street so you can go there more than once (it is a unique experience). Rooms are small but very clean and functional. Bathroom is with the bide and hairdrier. Tv has only 10-15 Italian channels. WiFi Internet connection is a bit slower but acceptable quality. Aircondition was ok too. Plenty of good quality towels every day. Don't forget to ask where is the supermarket (only 5 min away) since prices there are much lower and selecton much better than in corner stores. Overall ==> Very good value for the money. I'll book it again. As everybody else says -- shower booth could be larger. However keep in mind that I'm 6'5" 270 lbs guy ... and I survived taking the shower :-)

Room fresh and clean. Everything worked. Staff very friendly. An effort was made to find a power adaptor . Although our " double" was 2 singles together they were very comfortable. Very good towels. Shutters were cute and when windows shut, sound stayed out. Very convenient to transport and area well serviced by restaurants. Staff seemed genuinely sad to see us go. Good value for money in what ca be an expensive city. Strange that there was no compendium or effort to recommend what the hotel could offer. There could have been extra pillows in the room as many people like 2. We arrived late owing to aircraft delay and could not get extra pillows till next morning.

It was spotlessly clean, the staff were charming and helpful and it was about a 2 minute walk from Rome Termini station. The accommodation is basic but the beds were comfortable and the linen and towels where all brand new. The rooms were worn and could do with a freshen up. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom and the air conditioning unit was cover with newspaper.

Hotel staff were very helpful and the price was extremely good in comparison to other hotels in Rome. Room was tiny, couldn't open the door the whole way as it hit the bed when opened. Very noisy, walls were thin and could hear noise from other guests, taps running, phone ringing in reception and doors slamming at all hours

Located near Termini Station, nice trattoria nearby. Accomodation is a bad, sad nightmare. Rooms are dirty, ugly outfit, expensive and horrible. Hotel was full of screaming morons that should be Staff is absentminded and I felt like I was a person that can be fouled and money drained. Keep away of this horrible place !
