It's just a few steps away from the termini; rooms are big. There was no hot water in the afternoon, but the hotel worked on it as soon as we reported it. The early morning front desk staff was not very friendly and took 15 minutes just to do our check out. |

I liked the fact that I had a bed to sleep in. The bathroom was different. There was an open tub with no shower curtain and only a hand held shower. Water got everywhere. It was a little annoying. Breakfast was sub-par in my opinion. Dry bread, ham that did not look and taste fresh, pastries, and the regular juice and coffee. There was plenty to eat but in poor quality. |

the location only, it was near the train station and few minutes from the heart of Rome. The staff!!! They did not care much. My toilet was not working for 2 days out of 4 and I had to keep asking them over and over again. I wasnt very pleased. |

It is a nice hotel in the center of Roma. Confortable and easy stay. If they can provide WIFI connection, it will be better. |

The staff was very friendly and very helpful especially when navigating around Rome. Room was clean, beds (comfort wise) weren't the worst, and weren't the best. I saw some tiny ants in the room but wasn't too freaked about it, considering the size of spiders that manage to get into our home in Ohio. I really can't complain. |

location, aircon breakfast was atrocious, room was clean but all the furnishings really old, the hotel could do with some maintenance - the carpets were vile and falling apart. |

Price and location were the primary selection criteria. Short distance to Roma Termini for an arrival in train late in the evening and departure early the next morning The facilities show evident signs of wear - not quite run down but almost, Breakfast starts at 7.30 so it was not possible for me to eat before leaving the hotel (had to catch a train) |
