heat did not function
The room was fabulous: clean and comfortable and spacious. I could not ask for a more comfortable bed nor a more convenient location. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The WiFi was so slow and difficult to access to the point of being unusable. The breakfast left much to be desired: the coffee from the machine was tasteless and when we tried to get real espresso at the bar, the bar was deserted. My boyfriend is Italian and I have lived in Italy for nearly seven years, so we are very serious about our espresso. Also, my boyfriend complained for an hour about the tasse di soggiorno: he feels it will discourage tourism.
Several staff members were friendly and welcoming. The location was very good, within walking distance to everything, about 20 minutes to the Colosseum, and about an hour to the Vatican.
We had no wifi for the duration of the trip. After 5 requests to have this fixed, they spent two hours in our room only to have them tell us there was nothing they could do about it. We asked for compensation, as we were travelling with another couple and found it very difficult to contact them without wifi, however none was offered. The toilet dripped constantly, the bath and sink had no plugs, and the lady at reception was very rude.
Large rooms, clean
very bad wi-fi
The old man and young woman there are not fridendly. They are not patient with questions and serve poorly. The heater in the room is not strong enough in winter so you may feel cold. The problem didn't solve even you ask reception to fix it. The only good news is the location where near the Roma termini but still not recommended.
Excellent location. Helpful staff and one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in . Minutes from the rail station.
No wifi when we arrived and still none in the morning. A kettle but noting to either make coffee or drink it out of.
The friendly staff. Taking the time to give me good advice on where to go.. the room design and decorations. The room windows, curtains and lighting. The bath.
The lounge area was too hot. Breakfast wasn't what I am used to. No brown bread or muesli. So many cakes.
comfortable and familiar ... great for business trips
business trip ... recommend to all to consider this hotel. Great value for money
I HAVE TRAVELLED TO WORK TOGETHER TO MY COLLEAGUES, ALL GOOD ... CENTRAL, CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE AS HOME. NEAR TO TRAIN STATION.
A noisy room (#248) with generator heard all night and dog barking intermittently. This is off peak period and a quiet room could have easily been allocated to fulfil my request. Lady at reception did not know how to cancel my 9am alarm wake call !
Quality for money, one gets what he pays for. Good breakfast. The hotel is clean.
Woman, working at Reception, ( she is the only woman there) extremely rude and unprofessional. Didn't face such rudeness before! Very poor internet connection.
Location near the rail station.
I felt like I was imposing on the staff. One individual carried on with a personal cell phone conversation while I was waiting for service! Breakfast was poor. No fruit, just buns and yogurt. Only place in Italy where I had a bad cup of coffee!
The staff are rude ,aggressive. ....the wi-fi is disconnected 30 times per minutes, the lift is out of use... i don't recommend this bad hotel for any one
Very close to Roma Termini Station and City Center.
They give me room which has low quality materials and it was cold.
Location Front desk was always helpful in giving me the travel guidance Breakfast was good
The room was very uncomfortable The staff at times acted weired
Location is good.
Wi-fi is among the worst I have ever seen at hotels. It is so slow and connection is lost frequently on iOS devices after sleep mode. Many times I had problem to open TrenItalia web site and decided to buy ticket via machine at Termini station after 5 minutes walk. Also bathroom is nice but shower is so small.
The room door did not lock. The TV did not work. When I was talking to reception upon check out, his mobile phone went, and he totally ignored me or the fact I was a talking to him, shocking service
Location 2 blocks from the train station and walking distance to 80% of the important sites
The breakfast did not have much protein and the coffee was poor. The Wi-Fi was terrible.
i didnt like the staff , i was saying good morning they were not answering, and the bed was very uncomfortable
Spacious room with a great location.
This was my second stay at this Hotel - 1 night only on both occasions. The Staff are welcoming , helpful and professional.
5 min walk to Termini and tour bus stops. Good places to eat in the vicinity ! Good breakfast !
The staff were very helpful during a crisis of airline strike and high stress. The location was perfect since we were coming and going from Termini. We walked to all the sites we were interested in.
The bathroom could have been cleaner and functional. The drain didn't work and overall the condition was less than ideal. Otherwise everything else was fine.
