i didnt like the staff , i was saying good morning they were not answering, and the bed was very uncomfortable
Spacious room with a great location.
This was my second stay at this Hotel - 1 night only on both occasions. The Staff are welcoming , helpful and professional.
5 min walk to Termini and tour bus stops. Good places to eat in the vicinity ! Good breakfast !
The staff were very helpful during a crisis of airline strike and high stress. The location was perfect since we were coming and going from Termini. We walked to all the sites we were interested in.
The bathroom could have been cleaner and functional. The drain didn't work and overall the condition was less than ideal. Otherwise everything else was fine.
location is good, just 5 minutes walk from Termini station. when we asked to change the room at 2nd day, staffs were very kind and find better room at 3rd floor for us.
1st day when we just arrived late night, ground floor was not good, can not take a good sleep.
the fact that this hotel is very close to Roma Termini is a major plus, i might consider revisit this hotel for this reason only
wifi connection room space staff
The hotel was not bad, but I was very unsatisfied with the staff. One of the guys on the reception desk was very unkind. Futhermore, the lady, who also worked with on the reception tried to lie to us about the money. We had to pay the city tax for 4 of us, which was 16 euro. I had only 50 euro, а whole note and she did not have any change. I asked her to pay the tax later during the day and she refused. She gave me 30 euro back and told me that the rest (4 euro) she would give back to me when I come back. Later, when I went to take my money she said she only owed me 1 euro and that she wrote it down on a note! It is not that important to me because of the money, which was nothing. It was her whole behaviour, which drove me angry and the fact that she tried to lie to me about 3 euro. I would not recommend this hotel, because the stuff was very unkind in general and because my opinion is that for the same amound of money it is possible to find a better hotel!
Clean, neat room with very clean bathroom, clean towels daily and powerful shower.
The luggage storage area for the last day was a corner of the hotel that was being decorated and I had paint on my suitcase when we went back to collect. Our room was directly above reception so we could hear the phone ringing in the morning. Tv didn't work.
Only the Location
the behavior of staff only reception
Location is good. hotel staff is good and helpful. Hotel has nice lounge, but no air conditioning on.
Need improvements on breakfast. Airconditioning was not functioning property, so had to open the window which resulted in early morning noise from delivery vans and collection trucks. Complaint about it, but nothing materialised. overall ok.
The room was dirty. I've found hairs on a pillow, towels, in a bath and on the floor. Only after long and not nice discussion I got another room (I've been told they don't have any). WiFi is very weak, you can really use it only in a hall. Breakfast is poor also.
Good placement. Close to Termini or Republica from which you can go anywhere in Rome. Room looked verry nice. A bit bigger than expected.
The wi-fi was working awfull. The large bed was in fact a bed made out from two matrecess. Weird way of closing the doors
Tea and coffee in the room
Air conditioning didn't work properly
Location, price , almost perfect clean
The bathroom was not so clean . The glass doors from the shower were dirty with nasal discharge from old guests... Water couldt go away from the shower.. It was clogged shower drain. They fixed it next day but i had to had a. Shower while my foots were completly dirty with that dirty water from the tubs.
The rooms were large with a wonderful bathroom. The breakfast area was really nice and well stocked. There were two female staff members, one at reception and one checking rooms/ breakfast area who were also really lovely.
Wi Fi wasn't very strong.
Location, location, location Staff was congenial. Hotel recently renovated . Room size was good for 2 people. Bathroom was Very nice, and towels soft. Lots of towels available. It was Quiet- little street noise and very little noise from other guests good value- inexpensive and great location. near Termini station- easy to hop on metro and buses to get around. 10 minute walk to colosseum. Most staff were very pleasant and helpful.
WiFi was spotty at best Breakfast items were ok, but a bit limited Bed was a bit hard. Renovation made hotel look nice, but looking closely you could see it was cheaply done and a bit shoddy.
Loved the hotel. Clean, great location and great value. 2 minutes from the metro and train station..! Loved our stay here...
Bathroom was functional if not a little tired...however, we didn't go to Roma to sit in a bathroom...!
Room was larger than expected, the bathroom was clean and decent, had elevator, gladly held our luggage for us, location was good if you need to use the train station, good value for money for what we paid
Wifi set up is very bad, breakfast not included
Handy location to main train station and transfer to the airport.
Very unfriendly staff, room is ok if you only stay for one night.
We only stayed one night, it was quite comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Very near the train station, that was very helpful.
Comfort, location, quiet was all good.
Wifi didn't exist. You could log on but only for a minute or 2. Very poor. So terrible if you needed it. The price when I got to location was 3euros more than booking.com gave me. I showed them my print out, they didn't care.
Value for money, best location. 1 of the receptionist was very polite and attentive.
Wi-Fi connection very slow. 1 of the receptionist was rude.
An ordinary hotel which is located very centrally in Rome, very close to the Termini railway station and within walking distance to some of Rome's best sights. The hotel has a good but simple standard and is clean and tidy. The reception staff are very nice and helpful.
The breakfast room is located in the basement and it looks like a hostel and the offer is not the best Wifi network is not of the best quality and availability vary greatly
location is good
wifi is bad
