They were really helpful during our stay

The safety box wasn't working in our room and the breakfast wasn't so good

Location and wonderful breakfast. Room renovated and very clean and confortable.

Unprofessional staff, but friendly. It's far away of being a five-star hotel. It should be clarified. Too expensive for what really offers.

Serene charm with some very tasteful antiques around. Very friendly staff.

Unfortunately all the rooms are doubles, no twins available.

Cortesia e disponibilità del personale. Ottima la posizione nel centro storico. Dimensioni ridotte e quiete.

Un po' rumoroso l'impianto di climatizzazione, con qualche difficoltà a scegliere la temperatura desiderata. Ottimo il servizio di garage, ma piuttosto dispendioso.

Joli bâtiment, trés bien situé en plein centre de Lucca et dans un environnement trés calme. Ambiance chaleureuse, personnel trés accueillant. Excellente literie.

Boone décoration de charme avec beaucoup d'originalité, beaux tableaux. Chambre un peu froide, chauffage insuffisant

Tudo! O hotel é lindo, os quartos são exelentes e espaçosos. O restaurante tb é muito bom - um ambiente muito gostoso. Os donos fazem questão de estar sempre presentes para garantir o bom serviço. Todos sao muito atenciosos e prestativos.é, Com certeza, o melhor hotel da cidade e o melhor local para ficar em Lucca.

La posizione centrale dentro le mura.

Per un albergo 5 stelle mi sarei atteso ben di più avevo soggiornato in 4 stelle ben migliori in città. Inoltre la nostra stanza non aveva la vista sulla città che veniva descritta nella prenotazione.

Das Abendessen war bzgl. Küche,Service und Ambiente gut. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte.

Ausstattung, Service und das Frühstück entsprechen eher einem 3-Sterne-Haus. Das Auto sollte man besser nicht in der Garage unterbringen lassen, denn um das sehr enge Herausfahren in rückwärtiger Richtung muß man sich am nächsten Morgen selber kümmern. 40,00 Euro pro Tag für einen Garagenplatz sind selbst in Großstädten nicht immer üblich.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good for exploring the town and the hotel itself was clean and well kept. Dinner was good, although not presented in the style of a 5* restaurant. Room for improvement!

The breakfast was poor and quite unappetising. No hot option, no toast option, only one type of bread, poor selection of jams and fresh fruit. Not what we are used to for 5*. In the rooms the toiletries were poor, and no bath or shower wash, or if there was, not clearly labelled. The mini bar only stocked drinks, no nibbles. No pen or pencil in room, no room service menu in our room. Possibly all these things were available, but we would not expect to have to ask for them, we would expect them to be provided as the norm. So for us it has been the little things that let this hotel down. We would recommend it, but with reservations attached.
