liegt wunderbar zentral, sehr schön zwischen San Marco und Rialto, ideal zum shoppen, gondel fahren, essen. Danke für den insider Tipp mit dem Ristorante Valigia, ein echter Genuss. Im Frühstücksbereich könnte die Organisation im Service (Kaffee und Brötchen) besser organisiert sein. Sonst war das Frühstück reichlich und bot viel Auswahlmöglichkeiten und wunderbaren Kuchen. |

sehr zentral gelegen. kleines ruhiges Hotel. Sehr netter,zuvorkommender und hilfsbereiter Concierge, der uns mit Tipps für Essen beraten hat. Die Zimmer sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück könnte etwas reichhaltiger sein. |

We found the location of the hotel to be fantastic. The rooms were very regal so it was a great escape from the bustling streets! |

The bed was a nice sized king bed. The room was kept pretty clean. The front desk staff was generally helpful although it took one of the men a long time to release the front door for entry. He appeared to be wrapped up in a tv show. The breakfast coffee service tended to be slow, although the staff were friendly. The maid was fairly tight with the bathroom supplies, for example she failed to provide an extra roll of toilet tissue which required us to go to the front desk. Also, she did not give new soap on any occasion. |

Location was perfect No aircondition (it was broken for my whole visit) - this was very bad in the hot Venetian nights. It almost ruined my stay since I could not sleep at night due to the heat. I asked for a ventilator but was answered that it will add 100 euro !!! to the accomodation. After 2 sleepless nights I got a 30 euro price reduction (which was offerd without being asked by me). Aircondition is a must. |

Location is impressive ! Few steps to San Marco square ! It is absolutely amazing ! Room was sweet, so pretty ! But small. Bathroom only for dwarfs ! :) For me 10 / 10 ! Best regards for staff ! Very poor breakfast ! Only two rolls for person. No cheese or ham, only jams. You have to eat something for early lunch for your own. A little bit loudly in the room because of lane which is under windows and you hear people walking and talking. |

The hotel was comfortable and friendly, and the rooms was an adequate size for two people with clean facilities. the hotel was in a good location to access the shopping and cafe's The only critisim was the lack of a lift to take heavy luggage up to the rooms on the various floors |

Closeness to San Marco (30 seconds walk). Like everything in Venice, it's small and expensive. By Venice standards (small, expensive) it was a good hotel. |

Sijainti oli mitä parhain. Ihan Markuksen torin vieressä, joten huilimaan ja siistiytymään oli todella lyhyt matka. Myöskin sisustus oli todella kaunis ja viihtyisä. Olo oli kuin ois oltu häämatkalla.. Ilmastointi olisi ollut mukava lisä. Meille sattui melko kuumat kelit Venetsiassa ja jos ikkunaa piti auki illalla sieltä tuli itikoita sisälle.. Ja poikakaverini olisi toivonut jotain suolaista aamiaiselle. Nyt tarjolla oli ainoastaan makeita herkkuja maan tapaan (mikä ei tosin minua haitannut). |
