Hotel very convenient. Breakfast good Hot water good for shower etc Quiet at night

Room exceptionally small and would not change us as I believe booked through lowcostholiday. Heard other guests after our arrival complaining about exactly the same thing and told as we were to wait and see what may come up next day. Obviously having to move rooms after one night when only staying for a few days is just not on. Other room for our friends was larger but unable to open window for any air as staff stand right outside room for their breaks which is obviously unsafe if out of room or worrying when in room. Neither us or our friends who go on many holidays per year have ever complained about any of our rooms before but I do feel we were let down this time and whether this was the fault of lowcostholiday or the hotel I am not sure but it was a disappointment as I booked this holiday for us and therefore feel responsible for the mistake of choosing this hotel.

Friendly staff and the perfect location made our stay perfect.

The breakfast-staff could have been more friendly and waited for the guests to finish before they started cleaning, but this was i minor problem.

Perfectly located very close to St Peters, shopping, restaurants and the Grand Canal. A good value and a very friendly staff. We would highly recommend it.

The toilet sucks. Difficult time to shower with the little supply of water flowing out.

Hotel Noemi was so central, we had no problem in finding it. Staff were very helpful. Our room was fab, lovely decor. Great choice for breakfast, food was so fresh. I would highly recommend this hotel!!

My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The decor was great, the staff were super friendly, and the location was perfect.

Location, location, location!! right behind st marcs square. The gentlemen at the desk, were very friendly and helpful with recommending restaurants etc. The decore was very nice also - you can tell the owners put in the time, effort & expenses to make their motel look wonderful.

The breakfast room is very small and not really enough room to cope with the amount of guests, so simply get in early for the table. The rooms are also small, and there is no lift, just stairs, so pack light!

Location of hotel was a copule of minutes walk from St. Marks square - very central. Venetian in style. Friendly & accommodating staff. Would recommend this hotel.

Room was stiflingly warm on arrival, although staff could not turn it down in our room, he did turn the whole heating off in the hotel for us.

Very small room

It was close to St marks square about a 1 minute walk away very clean and the staff where excellent in advising us where to go and best routes to take.

First off all, it's really very close to the main square. Rooms and hotel is nicely decorated.

Nothing negative. The room is not big but no problem, it's common in Europe.

It was great, but the restaurant on Friday night was EXTREMELY noisy and our room was right above it. I could not sleep and had to get up very early for my flight. Something needs to be done - that was awful and the room above mine had an occupant that opened his window and screamed profanity at the noisy drinkers in the middle of the night - feeling the same way I did about being kept awake. Guests should be kept indoors at the hotel restaurant.

The location was perfect and our room was very lovely. It was slightly small and slightly dark but from what I hear this is the norm in Venice and if you want the Venetian style furniture and romantic atmosphere then the room is going to be slightly dark! This didn't bother us at all. The staff were great and very accommodating. This was a great little hotel and provided an excellent base!

Rubbish thin pillows but house keeping were more than happy to provide me with more!

On arrival at Hotel Noemi we were given the room leading onto the breakfast area, it was nicely decorated but on the small side... If we were staying for the weekend it would have been fine but we were going to be there a whole week. In the morning, when mentioned, the staff had prepared another room for us upstairs... It was a much better size than the 1st one offered. We found the staff to be very friendly, the room was always clean and breakfast was a normal continental... The location of the hotel was perfect... a stone throw from anywhere of our interest.

The size of the 1st room we were offered... Breakfast... Toast should be offered or a toaster in place, not essential but i am sure it would be a welcome addition.

Very close to Piazza San Marco for an affordable price. OK breakfast compared with many other Venice hotels (but don't expect a big continental reakfast). Nice room (102, superior room) with a fridge, aircondition and a good double bed.

Only a thin sheet to cover you in bed, which is a bit cold during the nigth (in October). No floor vakuum cleaning or washing during our stay (three nigths). Dark room, to weak ligth bulbs in the lamps.

The nice rooms were quite nice, the not nice rooms were rather poor (like I wished I had stayed somewhere else at any price poor). Location was very good to St Marks Square and Rialto

The showers were just unacceptably small, like 2 square feet. You could not turn around, bend down.... basically all you could do was get wet. Even the nice room had a seriously too small shower, even for Europe.

we booked a large room (Extra Space) overlooking the famous street, but the room was small, but the window was visible to the building opposite, which is being renovated. Meager breakfast, a very small breakfast area - had to wait for a table. Air conditioning in the room is there, but he did not handle the cooling of even such a small space.
