Location is very good. The room as well. Very quite. Romantic. The breakfast room is too small. The girl serving the breakfast behaves like she's a prisoner and not a employee, very arrogant. |

We found the location of the hotel to be fantastic. The rooms were very regal so it was a great escape from the bustling streets! |

The bed was a nice sized king bed. The room was kept pretty clean. The front desk staff was generally helpful although it took one of the men a long time to release the front door for entry. He appeared to be wrapped up in a tv show. The breakfast coffee service tended to be slow, although the staff were friendly. The maid was fairly tight with the bathroom supplies, for example she failed to provide an extra roll of toilet tissue which required us to go to the front desk. Also, she did not give new soap on any occasion. |

La situación, a un minuto de la Piazza San Marco, esta rodeado de tiendas, justo enfrente hay un pizzeria, y la habitación estaba bien, decoración tipica veneciana, osea rococo a muerte, pero es lo que hay alli. El desayuno es escaso pero suficiente. La verdad es que no tengo ninguna queja sobre el hotel, volveria. Por cierto, el personal casi todo habla algo de español y son muy agradables. La calefacción va cuando quiere, nosotros llegamos empapados porque no dejaba de llover y estaba la ciudad inundada, y no teniamos los radiadores calientes para poner la ropa. |

La posizione centralissima (un minuto a piedi e siete in piazza San Marco) e l'arredamento della camera "deluxe" (arredamento oro e pareti tappezzate), veramente di buon gusto. La camera era pulitissima così come il bagno, con sanitari e doccia nuovissimi e lucidissimi. Complimenti! Nessuno, a parte il leggero scricchiolìo improvviso e ripetuto più volte in un giorno del battiscopa dietro il letto, ma è un particolare praticamente irrilevante. |

La chambre102 très belle, dans un style vénitien romantique. La situation centrale et très proche de la place St marc, mais au calme. L'amabilité et la disponibilité du personnel de l'hôtel. La douche est vraiment trop petite pour les grands gabarits. |

Das Hotel lag sehr zentral, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Markusplatz entfernt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, zwar klein, aber das wußten wir vorher und wenn man die ganze Zeit unterwegs ist, spielt dies keine Rolle. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war ok, es gab leider keinen frischen Aufschnitt (Käse, Wurst) |

Su ubicacion es quiza lo mejor del hotel, la decoracion es muy agradable, el desayuno sencllo pero muy fresco y bien preparado los alimentos. La ducha demasiado pequeña. Por otra parte al llegar al hotel encontramos que algunas condiciones de la reserva tales como servicio gratis de wi fi y hora de chequeo para ingreso no correspondian a lo ofrecido atraves de booking, segun nos informaron fueron cambios recientes no avisados oportunamente, sinembargo esto no causo ningun inconveniente como para no recomendar a este agradable hotel ideal para estancias cortas. |

La proximité immédiate avec la place St Marc et les ruelles voisines commerçantes (boutiques de luxe - restaurants - boulangerie) Suggestions pour le petit déjeuner : jus de fruit naturel et/ou fruits,proposer divers pains (pain complet ou céréales) ; en ce qui me concerne le petit déjeuner était copieux mais produits trop sucrés. Les gâteaux étaient délicieux |

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, a dos cuadras de la plaza de San Marcos, las habitaciones bien decoradas, el baño muy amplio, aunque la regadera es increíblemente pequeña. El desayuno es muy malo, realmente no te dan mas que jugo, pan y café, super pequeño, no hay elevador y por lo menos son dos pisos los que tienes que subir con maletas, el precio es muy elevado aunque para Venecia esta bien, ya que todo es muy caro. |
