the helpfulness of staff access to beach

the pool being right on the road was a shame - but not really a problem

On the beach Voucher for the local "zodiaco" restaurant which were great value for money €16 for a 3 course meal including wine and limoncello. It's quite a way from Rimini town centre, but there is a bus that stops outside for €1.20 one way.

It appears as though some of the facilities are free, but when we used them (like the billiards table) they later tried to charge us. To be fair, as we weren't made aware of the charge, they did waive it.

Nice new hotel just on the beach. Nice staff, clean room with new comfortable furniture. Great price

Parking is not free

The receptionist was very friendly and upgraded our room to a better view and a exellent view over the ocean, truely serviceminded!

Location, as the beach stroll wasn`t really what we expected but then most of the hotels in the area are on the beach and shouldnt be held against the hotel.

Service, personell was very helpful and kind, clean rooms

When booking out a day early, even if hotel only had 30 guests, they insisted on payment for no 24 hrs notice as well as payment for taxes and Parking!

Excelent rate for low season. Hospitale and attentive staff. Parking facilities. Close to numerous places in Rimini riiera. Perfect breakfast.

Swimming pool an jacouise were closed however were anounced in ads.

Friendly and helpful staff, modern clean room with a 'sea-view' (across a restaurant roof), small heated outdoor pool, ample range of good food at the buffet breakfast.

The room was on the small side, but they had made optimal use of the space so it was livable for the few days we were there. The sea view balcony was small, and the main aspect was the neighbouring restaurant roof and waste bins - which were a bit smelly. The hotel is on the beach in a strip of several hundred hotels, and is about 15 minutes by bus from the town centre. The pool is adjacent to the main road so is very noisy and not at all private or secluded - however it was very clean and warm -but the hot tub area was in disrepair and out of use.

Internet connection bad. Out of Hotels has noise and windows dont sount proof.

Great value! First of all, reception desk and bar have like the most helpful and nice people ever. Very friendly. Second comes all the rest: clean pool, bikes, guide books in English and Russian, plenty of room and towels. We even had a seaview room with no extra cost. Will be back.

Excellent friendly service - Reception staff very helpful and charming nothing too much bother. Rooms very good with sea-view kept very clean by hiusekeeping. The breakfast was great too. Would recommend !

As mentioned - 4th floor ! not good - two "overflow" rooms. Not very well kept - cigarette butts and not very welcoming.

Location. Extremly helpfull staff. Hotel is Ok, nothing special, but the people from hotel makes you feeling special. Once again, thanks for everything, towels, recomendation for dinner, phonecalls to other restoran to wait for us (it was almoust midnight)....

It is clean, bright and modern. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast were terrific! The variety of the food offered was huge and varied. We especially liked the closeness to the beach, literally right on it. No need to get out the car or go for a long walk to get there. The price of the room was very easy on the pocket book! We paid half the price we paid anywhere else in Italy. I was a little concerned about what I would be getting for our money, but was very pleasantly surprised by what the hotel had to offer. We will most definitely recommend this hotel t friends that plan to visit Italy next summer.

The staff should probably point out to the guest how the airconditioning works. It took us a while to figure out that if you opened the balcony door the air went off.
