Location with very easy access to airport.

Location and staff at reception is helpful

The air con is not working well and need the weather to be colder to make the room cool...

Big parking, near to BUS station to city center, good pizzeria near is open until midnight, nice stuff. Good wifi. Good breakfast.

In a very bad neighbourhood. Very noisy hotel, you could here the people above turning in their beds and peolple walking in the hallway. Staff plays loud music/tv in the common rooms. Beds are quite hard. Breakfast was ok, but not great. Overall, not recommended, but possible for a first/last night before/after you go further into Tuscany.

My room was a glum cell but all i needed was a clean bed before an early flight. Bathroom and closets very nice.

Before booking this hotel I read various reviews some good, some bad. I would like to say the staff were very helpful and friendly as our Italian is very basic. The location was perfect just a bus trip into the city costing just 2.20 euros purchase these from reception. There are quite afew restaurants in the area which was a suprise as most reviews said there wasnt any, I can recomment Pizzaman always very very busy great staff and the food reasonably priced and lovely. :) We would stay here again <3

- the room that we were given was placed next to the elevator shaft and every time the elevator moved we heard it in the room. In addition the windows were very old and let the street noise in. All in all, due to the noise we couldn't sleep. - filthy towels - no fridge or tee/cofee service in the room - the restaurant was closed outside breakfast time - the breakfast was rather untasty and coffee was the worst.

It's like 2 stars hotel.Very old,not clean enough,even in april was too hot in the room.No good working air conditioning,no fan in the bathroom,the window opens only 15 sm and we have to open the door to breath.

The continental breakfast was decent and we appreciated the free parking.

Staff was really unfriendly and not helpful. Our non-smoking room stunk of smokers past.

good value for money , good breakfast, easy to find and acces by car, private free parking. I recommand it to everybody who comes by car in Firence for a few days

The location is quite convenient, one bus ride away from Stazione SMN.

Table at the breakfast table were all reserved for holiday group, hence on our first morning, we were not able to have breakfast as we had ot leave early for a day trip to Siena etc. Common sense that there were people in the hotel who came on their own!

Very good value for money, in fact at the time of booking it was the cheapest hotel near Florence. Free parking and free wifi are very positive as well. Staff is polite and nice, we even got a free bottle of water upon check-out, which might not sound like much but I really appreciated the gesture.

It is definitely not a 4-star hotel anymore, breakfast is rather mediocre and it is not very close to the city center at all but for the price it is more than ok...

The room was really not up to the star rating advertised by the hotel. The mattress was so thin, and squeaked every time one turned over. The pillows were awful, and the bathroom was very old. Unfortunately there was an awful,musty smell in the room, but because we had only 1night there, I took a sleeping tablet to get through the uncomfortable bed ans smelly room .also, the walls were so thin, one heard the next door guests, going to the bathroom, talking, coughing, and whatever else they did in the room. It felt like we were sleeping with others in our room

Good location - the bus stop with 3 bus lines leading to the city centre, is some 5 min walk away. The value for money is good. Good choice for people who only have to spend the night in a hotel while wandering all day long.

The room was clean, but the windows were dirty and we had to deal with them several times as it is very hot in the hotel. The corridors are packed with some furniture - very unpleasant, difficult to move with the luggage, would be hard to move out if something happens.
