The hotel is very near to the main station & the tram is also very near.The hotel is really near to lot of beautiful places which you can reach by feet very easily. The breakfast was very poor especially the taste of coffee & capucino was not up to the Italian standards. The rest was Okay. |

Excellent staff! Very helpful, very friendly, giving a lot of useful information about the tourists attractions, transport, restaurants. Great location - next to the metro Reppublica and the historical center. Nice rooms adequate to the price. Small shower cabins. |

The location was great, easy access to all major attractions Do not book your transport from the airport to the hotel with them, 15km ride took over and hour and ahlf as the driver got lost and when he was speaking to his boss on the phone, he was told not to go inside the centre. |

The staff were helpful and efficient. They were happy to advise on tourist attractions, bus routes ,etc. The bathroom was very small and had no ventilation. May be a real problem during the hotter months. |

Great location. Nice room, clean and up-to-date furnishings. A/C present (didn't use). Reaonably quiet room, despite busy neighbourhood. Ran out of hot water for shower in the mornings (repeatedly; common hot-water system for appartment building). Breakfast so-so. |

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Quirky hotel but true Italian feel to it- we loved it because of this. Clean and functional. Very central for the main sites and Termini station, we managed to walk most places, and Metro was also handy for the Vatican trip. Breakfast room was a little small, but mostly had it to ourselves, depended what time you went for breakfast. |

The cleanliness of the room was a high standard Our room and several others were directly off the dining area and did not feel very private hearing people making breakfast etc right outside your door. Having said this the hotel was only 5 miniutes walk to start sightseeing and was a good price compared to others. There was a certain charm about the lift,having seen similar in many old movies. |

A friendly B&B, staff went out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast was ok considering it was free. In a good position for Termini and it was possible to walk to all the sites which we wanted to see, even The Vatican was only a 30 minute stroll. The hotel provided a tray breakfast on our last morning as we had to leave very early. The things that we didn't like were minor and didn't affect our enjoyment. Bathroom was a bit small. We were in a triple room and the third bed's mattress was a little hard and didn't have a bedside table. |

The staff was great. We had to arrange a taxi to take us to the airport early in the morning, and they took care of it and made sure that we had all of the driver's information so that we didn't get ripped off. They were friendly and helpful. The hotel was also in a good location. |

Location was great, very very close Repubblica metro. If you don't like the metro, you can walk everywhere from this hotel. There is a McDonald's right across the street. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The air conditiong didn't circulate that well inside the room. |

Great location, walking distance to all major attractions, with the exception of the Vatican but the hotel is beside a metro stop which will take you to the Vatican anyway. Good selection of restaurants within 5 mins of the hotel and around the hotel. Friendly staff. The breakfast wasn't fantastic and there was a leak in our sink, which to be fair was promptly repaired. |

In this hotel the most friendly staff I ever met. Free internet, very tasty cakes for the breakfast. From my point of view the only problem was the view from my window - in my room I saw the wall). |
