Friendly people working there, beautiful design in old building, breakfast with local foods, wonderful situation, receptionist fetched and parked our car, properly heated rooms in winter, quiet, palm and orange tree in courtyard, good suggestions as to walks and eating places wifi did not reach into our room, but could be used in a nice sofa space on the landing

Location, room view, extremely friendly staff, breakfast. I would strongly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Catania. It is close to the center, but also close to all the train station.

Good position to visit the city (10 minutes walking distance from the centre), friendly staff, in-room satellite TV. The hotel is old, definitely not a 3 starts, eventually 1 or 2... The bathroom (especially the shower) did not look very clean, while the breakfast was just sufficient, while the coffee was terrible, especially for italian standards! There is no "toll-free" parking nearby the hotel, but prices are cheap: 2.5€ for half a day. For 70€ (what we paid for the room) you may find something better...

Helpful and friendly staff, good position for city visit, 5 mins. Walk from Teatro bellini and 15 mins. From Via Etnea. Free internet. No free hotel car parking.

In booking.com it was said that athe bus to airioport was nearby, however it was not true. No bus passed near the hotel.

The staff were excellent, always going the extra mile to help us and helping us to enjoy our holiday. The location was really good for us, really close to the train station and main central area, as we travelled here by train. The room was comfortable and breakfast was good, and represented good value for money. Would certainly stay here again.

The hotel staff are incredibly helpful and very welcoming to foreigners. They were willing and able to help me with a range of different requests including finding the appropriate charger for my laptop and good restaurants in the area. It is incredibly close to the Political Science department of Catania University and was the perfect location for my conference stay. The bed was a little hard, but that is my only complaint and is trivial in comparison to the excellent service I received from Hotel Novecento.

J ai beaucoup aime l'acceuil du personnel et les conseils. La réception 24/24 est un plus incontestable. La possibilité de prendre un bref petit déjeuner avant l'heure d'ouverture du service petit-déjeuner. Le veilleur de nuit et l'honnêteté du personnel (débit carte de crédit non effectue a distance a nécessite uneseconde opération avec la carte de crédit et le ticket initial "opération non effectuée" m'a été remis) Félicitations

Gillade det centrala läget, även om det inte är i något direkt trevligt kvarter. Inte otrevligt heller, bara inget särskilt. Trevlig personal. Wifi funkade utan problem, men kom ihåg att be om ett konto per wifipryl du har. Lite slitet kanske, men helt ok.

Hotel très bien situé à deux pas du centre. Personnel acceuillant, et donnant tous les renseignements dont on a besoin. Excellent petit déjeuner, varié avec fruits, du salé et du sucré. chambre confortable mais un peu bruyante(la notre donnant sur la rue). Très pratique pour se rendre à l'aéroport, le bus passant à quelques mêtres de l'hotel. bon rapport qualité-prix. hotel à recommander
