The staff were excellent, always going the extra mile to help us and helping us to enjoy our holiday. The location was really good for us, really close to the train station and main central area, as we travelled here by train. The room was comfortable and breakfast was good, and represented good value for money. Would certainly stay here again.

Good position to visit the city (10 minutes walking distance from the centre), friendly staff, in-room satellite TV. The hotel is old, definitely not a 3 starts, eventually 1 or 2... The bathroom (especially the shower) did not look very clean, while the breakfast was just sufficient, while the coffee was terrible, especially for italian standards! There is no "toll-free" parking nearby the hotel, but prices are cheap: 2.5€ for half a day. For 70€ (what we paid for the room) you may find something better...

The hotel staff are incredibly helpful and very welcoming to foreigners. They were willing and able to help me with a range of different requests including finding the appropriate charger for my laptop and good restaurants in the area. It is incredibly close to the Political Science department of Catania University and was the perfect location for my conference stay. The bed was a little hard, but that is my only complaint and is trivial in comparison to the excellent service I received from Hotel Novecento.

Location, room view, extremely friendly staff, breakfast. I would strongly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Catania. It is close to the center, but also close to all the train station.

Accueil efficace et agréable, facilité pour trouver une place de parking, lit confortable, chambre calme (sur cour), salle de bain bien équipée. Décoration vieillissante, moquette tâchée et usée, murs défraîchis, bref, à revoir.

Un vrai 3 etoiles au prix d'un 2 etoiles. attention au parking en face de l'hotel il est marque P bleu mais en fait la majorite des places est reservee au policiers. PV garanti meme si vous payez une journee de parcmetre entiere. Mais cela n'est pas lie a l'hotel bien sur. 100 m plus loin en descendant la rue il y a un vrai parking bleu 2.4euros la demi journee. Ne vous garez que sur les bandes blanches ou bleues,jamais les jaunes.
