Staff were friendly and obliging. Room clean with good bathroom (but the carpet was stained). Room was a bit small. Breakfast bland. |

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We loved the room though a little small--the bathroom was elegant and very comfortable. Breakfast was great with many tasty selections. We had an early morning departure flight and were so pleased that our driver, arranged by the staff, was ready at 4:30 AM. We would definately stay and visit lovely Catania again. |

La gentilezza del personale, la pulizia dell'hotel, la tranquillita' dell'hotel e la squisitezza del personale addetto alla prima colazione. La mancanza del bagno schiuma e di qualche asciugamano nel bagno. |

personnel très serviable. Hotel situé en plein centre ville à deux pas du centre historique. Petit déjeuné complet et très bon. Chambre agréable. Hotel accessible rapidement depuis l'aéroport de Catane. Du fait de sa situation, un peu bruyant la nuit, surtout le week-end. |

l'albergo a due passi dal teatro bellini e da via etnea. Davanti all'Hotel è situata la questura Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera che da sul davanti. La strada è molto trafficata. Anche a finestre chiuse sentivamo il rumore proveniente dalla strada. |

La atención del personal fue muy agradable. en cuanto la ubicación para poder acceder a la zona monumental no está mal y el desayuno nos parecio bien Está situado en una semiesquina y por las mañanas se nota mucho el ruido de los muchos autobuses que giran allí mismo. El ascensor en un poco estrecho, pero creo que es que no tienen mas espacio. |
