Our room had a high vaulted ceiling with putto fresco - like staying in a palazzo
Wi-fi signal was weak
no wifi. breakfast was extra, and pretty lame anyway
I liked the personal attention received, breakfast and location
The room was quite dark, had no natural light and WI-FI just did not work quite right
Location, quiet road, bed
Location very good
Should have a bigger sign outside took 1 hour driving around
Great location next to pisa tower, great staff. We recommend it to everyone..
Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were modern/updated and very clean. Location is ideally located close to the Leaning Tower and main square with many nearby restaurants. Only a 15 minute walk for the Pisa bus terminal/train station.
Hotel is located on a noisy street. Our room was on the street side. The windows offered little to no noise buffer from cars and vespas going down the street. Also we could easily hear our neighbors in the next room as well as passerbys in the hallway.
Staff were helpful, room was comfy. Very quiet part of city but close to main sights.
Breakfast was limited , unsure on arrival if might be disturbed by proximity to reception but in the end not an issue. Wifi weak.
Walking distance to leaning tower not far from main shopiping center and 10 min walk to the train station.
Close to Pisa, friendly staff, lovely room
The hotel is located close to the sights in Pisa and we managed to get parking just outside without any problems. The room was basic but clean and spacious and in a nice garden setting.
There was only one blanket in the room so we were a little cold. The shower was at best tepid, the hair dryer was broken and despite having 1000 TV channels, none were in english. The wifi just didn't work. One of the beds had insects in it. There were no drinking glasses provided.
The position of the hotel was perfect to visit all attractions and perfect for bars and restaurants during the evening. The room was quiet leading to an excellent nights sleep. It is a small hotel, so facilities limited, but the hotel garden was a lovely feature.
Location was excellent for a one night stopover in Pisa. We arrived late but the hotel were very accommodating.
Location was excellent, walkable from the train station (approx. 15minutes). Very clean and well presented, very helpful staff. Ideal for a city break. Breakfast is offered once you arrive, it is simple but very good value. The owners have made a great effort to make it a really nice place to stay and are very helpful.
Students walking past in the early hours making noise, but that's no fault of the Hotel.
Very good location in the centre of Pisa.
Our room had a very disagreable smell which I could not work out why. Perhaps the cleaning products they use.
the staff were very helpful, the room was very nice and comfortable
Location was great and hotel had bags of character
Location and price
fairly basic Breakfast
very clean and large room.Good location.Very nice and helpful staff.Comfy beds.
Shower very good but very difficult to get into due to door opening inwards.
I took the room in the garden on the ground flour. The air in a room had a feeling that no windows were ever opened- and it stayed like that during my whole stay. Bathroom hooks were falling off the wall. The bed was like in a cheap hotel
A great location within easy waliking distance from the leaning tower.
Wonderful staff Very comfortable, updated rooms and bathrooms with air conditioning Good location - walkable to all of the sites of Pisa
Location, helpfulness of staff, garden, breakfast,
Nothing really apart from the pillows being a bit hard, maybe that's because we're soft Brits!
It was good for what we paid. Clean, pretty comfy, pretty cheap. All in all it served as a one night stop.
Really close to the tower & restaurants, but far enough away from the busyness & noise making for restful sleep. Excellent price especially including breakfast. Lovely & clean and modern.
Only downfall is that the air conditioning in our room - although very new looking - didn't work & because the hotel was completely full, we couldn't move rooms.
