The staff are quite helpful and the room was very clean. However, the staff do not speak English (mainly Italian) and they provided us with the wrong information upon looking for an outlet. So, we spent about 3 hours going from here and there trying to find the correct way. The hotel price was really expensive. The hotel was not worth that money. The breakfast was really poor. |

The hotel is very nice with perfect quiet location not very far from the city center, very clean and comfortable. The maids are not very nice. There was no change of towels/ linen during 4 days stay. |

Location relative to tourist attractions. Roof garden comes in handy. Situated on quiet street. Staff helpful. Requesting a parking spot at the time of booking is a must ( max. 4 cars can be parked at the hotel ). Do not expect large size rooms. Or large size shower stall. Everything is tiny but clean. The hotel shuts off the air conditioning system at night! Temp in Rome during the day was 35 grds C. Got realy hot and uncomfortable around 2 am. For one night that was acceptable but for a longer stay this can become an issue. At time of booking I did not see a note advising that one must pay the bill at check in ! Found that at the hotel. |

Staff are friendly, especially that young receptionist, Amando. Close to Metro station. Nearby shops and supermarkets are economic. It has internet access. |

The roof garden, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. A pity no-one played the piano! The airconditioning system was very noisy. |

It was close to some of the major landmarks and the Stazioni Termini. Staff had good knowledge of the area. Breakfast was pretty average. Need a toaster & fresh bread. The neighbourhood seemed a little rough. We would recommend it for a short stay. |

The staff were friendly. Though the rooms did not have individual balconies, as I'd expected from the listing, we enjoyed drinking wine on the pleasant rooftop terrace in the evening. Breakfast was basic but adequate. The room was small and clean in most respects. The shower was very nice and the plumbing all was fine. The location is great -- pleasant walk to/from the metro or Coliseum. Totally adequate for a great sightseeing vacation in Rome. |

The hotel is situated in the center of Rome, 2 minutes from metro station (Manzoni), 25 minutes from Coliseum and close (2 metro stations) to Termini railway station. The stuff is very friendly and speaks English. The cost is very good. The breakfast is very poor and the same every day. The room is rather small, but it is not big problem for those who spend little time (only to sleep) in the hotel. You can hear noise from the neighbor rooms very well (bad noise insulation). |

The hotel was in a quiet area which was within a couple minutes walk of the metro and 20 -30 min walk to the colosseum. We walked around Rome but caught the metro to get to the Vatican early. The staff were friendly and helpful. The double room we were given was large and had a small balcony. The reserved parking was a driveway next to the hotel which seemed to only have 2 spaces. The beds were a little uncomfortable and it wouldve been good if the breakfast included something savoury - like ham or cheese. We requested a parking space when we booked but when we phoned them they said they had not received this information. |
