The staff were friendly. Though the rooms did not have individual balconies, as I'd expected from the listing, we enjoyed drinking wine on the pleasant rooftop terrace in the evening. Breakfast was basic but adequate. The room was small and clean in most respects. The shower was very nice and the plumbing all was fine. The location is great -- pleasant walk to/from the metro or Coliseum. Totally adequate for a great sightseeing vacation in Rome. |

The hotel is situated in the center of Rome, 2 minutes from metro station (Manzoni), 25 minutes from Coliseum and close (2 metro stations) to Termini railway station. The stuff is very friendly and speaks English. The cost is very good. The breakfast is very poor and the same every day. The room is rather small, but it is not big problem for those who spend little time (only to sleep) in the hotel. You can hear noise from the neighbor rooms very well (bad noise insulation). |

very clean room! Nice neibourhood and close to the bus (3 stops to the Colloseo) and metro station. Very good place to discover Rome and Vatican. Very helpful staff. No drinks in the refrigerator but you can buy water in the reception desk. |

The hotel was in a quiet area which was within a couple minutes walk of the metro and 20 -30 min walk to the colosseum. We walked around Rome but caught the metro to get to the Vatican early. The staff were friendly and helpful. The double room we were given was large and had a small balcony. The reserved parking was a driveway next to the hotel which seemed to only have 2 spaces. The beds were a little uncomfortable and it wouldve been good if the breakfast included something savoury - like ham or cheese. We requested a parking space when we booked but when we phoned them they said they had not received this information. |

The hotel is located in a very quiet location, but close to metro and bus stations and the coliseum. The breakfast could be better. In the website it's announced that parking reservation is possible and costs 15€ per day, but then they said there's was no parking places available. We had to leave the car in a park nearby by 22 €. |

Our balcony was twice as big as the room, it was great. The room was tiny and we were beside a buildindg site for the 2nd time on our trip! It's close to the Metro and a Pam supermarket, coffee bar and shops. Sante Croce a 5 min walk away.Breakfast very limited, terrible, terrible coffee. At the entrance there are steps straight down to reception which is very awkward with luggage and dangerous. The area isn't great for restaurants, some were too touristy and overpriced. One hotel member of staff was ignorant and constantly on the phone. On checking in I asked if there was a need to pay in advance and was told no.Then I was asked how I was going to pay on our way out one night after 5 nights stay! Our Metro line stopped at 10p.m. so we were restricted to times.Metro line goes to Spanish Steps |

Hotel Medici is located in the historic and shopping area of the city, just a short walk away from the famous Via Veneto, the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. |
Located just 50 metres from the Castro Pretorio Metro Station (line B), Hotel Villafranca is a newly renovated establishment in the centre of Rome. |
Principessa Tea is an affordable little hotel in a great location just a short walk from the Spanish Steps and the exclusive Via Veneto. |
When in Rome, being close to Termini is a great help in finding your way around. Madison Hotel is one of the first things you'll see outside the Railway Station. |
