Had a room with private roof terrace, which was wonderful! Breakfast was good, staff pleasant. It was a short walk to metro. Would definitely stay there again.
Nothing we didn't like.
- Location - Helpful and polite receptionists
- Poor Breakfast (worst coffee ever!!!) - We threw the dirty towels on the floor so as to change them but instead of changing them with clean ones, they put the same dirty towels back. - No extra soap or toilet paper so we had to ask for more. - We had to ask for clean glasses too.
Staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from Collosseum. We had been there 21-25 July. It is a very peaceful and pleasant street. Breakfast is very nice. Accommodation and price are in a relation.
Ventilation in the elelevator is not on a very high level.
close to the city
not a 3 stars.....traveling all over Europe and north America and this is not a 3 star
Location wifi rooms
Price, the bedroom and bathroom, service, location (near subway)
Breakfast is only made of bread, croissants, etc. No warm food (eggs) or fruit salad or muesli.
Close to Metro station
the air-con kept going off at night and it was really hot
Great clean place, great staff and service, super location. Very silent and still in the center of Rome. Not a spacious room, but excellent and outstanding! price ratio. I enjoyed my stay. Will recommend to friends.
Location, comfortable bed
Metro is near.
No Bar No Iron Limited selection on fresh breakfast No printer to print boarding card
Location was good. Breakfast was alright. Room was clean. Not a lot of extras but it was better than i expected for the price
A/c turned off at night all 3 nights. Moved our room after the first night
Metro and bus stations within easy walk. Could get anywhere in town easily. Accommodations are comfortable and the staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome.
Nothing to dislike.
Nice rooms and interior, staff quite good and helpful. Good breakfast
Tried to charge us for clean towels on check out, which we stated we would not pay for! Quite far away from colleseum and not in a great area....but good choice for Rome on a budget.
We booked for my for my French in-laws to stay at this hotel in Rome. The staff spoke French fluently and were incredibly helpful for every request. The hotel was clean, breakfast good and kept them going for the day, and it was a great location. We'd definitely recommend this hotel. Don't take notice of any bad comments on this hotel, they were very nice!
We heard a few guests complain about wifi in the rooms, but they also had a computer in a reception room to use which was great.
nice, clean hotel with good view on the roof terrace, friendly staff. Like it very much
Great location, only short walk from nearby Metro station and 15-20 mins walk from the Colosseum. Room was clean with double bed and a single bed for our 3 year old. Nice roof top seating area to relax in. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Breakfast could be improved. Basic selection of ham, cheese, croissants, breads, cereals, yogurts.
Good location, great staff, very clean. We thought breakfast was better than many we had at hotels that cost over 2x more. There isn't much to do in, or directly around the hotel, but it is very comfortable to sleep, wash and have breakfast. Nice comfortable beds and solid sleep too.
Quite close to the metro station and within (15min) walking distance of colosseum
Everything was fine, nice place with convenient location. Place is quiet, but about 3 minutes on foot from the Metro station. Rooms isn't big, but it's enough for some days.
very close to the metro station, which is good when you are a tourist visiting rome. quiet and safe neighborhood. the rooms are small but clean and the bed is perfect, so we slept like babies. the terrace on the roof is a big plus.
breakfast is terrible. but this is breakfast everywhere in italy.
Good enough for one night
worst coffee in the world, the hotel located in Chinatown, small rooms
Central location, Tidy environment. Helpful staff and friendly.
Small rooms, Buffet Breakfast - monotonous and poor selection, No English Speaking TV Channels. The WI-fi didn't work in my room.
