Location is very good, and quite nice hotel overall. For me not really a 4 star hotel (no facilities), and the website gives the impression that the design is better than it is. Small TV and poor selection of channels. |

The staff were helpful and effecient but a bit cold, not as welcoming and friendly as we would have liked. Our shower was very smelly, as if it had not been used in quite a while. We had to run the tap for a few minutes to get rid of the smell. Room 201 |

Beautifully presented rooms, huge bathroom and shower, luxury, great wide breakfast selection and fantastic location. Wonderfully friendly and helpful reception staff! |

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Room AND bathroom were very spacious. Loved the decor. Great location. Nice breakfast buffet. There were dirt (?) marks on the walls in several places. Nothing a good sponging could not fix. It took away from an otherwise spotless appearance. The mirror was placed on a side wall in front of a chair, so it was difficult to get a full-length view without hitting the chair or going across the room. |

Since we arrived the atmosphere, including both, hotel staff and design was great. Very nice, quiet and comfortable room and bathroom, placed right in the center of the city and with a non expensive parking lot right across the hotel. We just spent one night there, but if I ever travel again to Bologna, this will be my choice. |

I liked coming back to the comfort of the hotel room and in particular its beautiful bathroom and shower facilities. The room decor was gorgeous and the bed very comfortable and spacious. Total chill out zone. |

Because the hotel is in the centre of Bologna it was very easy to reach everything quickly. Staff was very friendly with bookings in restaurants. It is very noisy around the hotel. Mainly because of the bin collection every night. |

Location was excellent. Extremely quiet place just in the center of Bologna. Walking distance to everything (3 minutes to Piazza Maggiore). Breakfast was included and its quality was good. I was in a single room and the bed was against the wall. This makes it a little bit narrow. This was a minor inconvenience, though. |

We finally stayed at Hotel Corona d'Oro, from the same hotel chain, because Novecento was closed for works. We liked the central location, the small size of the hotel, the staff, the quality of the service (great idea to lend bicycles to client) etc... The only thing which was not of the same level than the rest was breakfast. It was still of very acceptable quality. |

We asked staff to make rservations for clubs and restaurants and book taxis for us which they did without any problem. The kettle in the room could not get the water to boiling point for making tea. The replacement one didn't work either. |
