We asked staff to make rservations for clubs and restaurants and book taxis for us which they did without any problem. The kettle in the room could not get the water to boiling point for making tea. The replacement one didn't work either. |

The hotel staff went out of their way to make our dogs welcome, and were generally very helpful and friendly. Lovely room, great location and parking next door. |

O hotel está muito bem localizado, mesmo no centro da cidade, mas numa praça muito calma ! É um hotel pequeno, muito agradável, com uma decoração bonita, moderna e com muito bom gosto. Os quartos onde ficámos no 4º piso, são muito simpáticos, muito acolhedores e com um aproveitamento da estrutura pré-existente ( em mansarda ) espectacular. Achei-os muito bonitos e extremamente agradáveis. |

Gedienstig personeel dat goed Engels sprak, kleinschalig hotel, familiaal geleid, de eigenaar, iemand van Bologna samen met zijn 2 zussen) van het hotel heeft 4 hotels in Bologna, hij komt elke dag ter plaatse eens controleren. Rustige ligging en toch midden in de stad, alles goed bereikbaar te voet. Niet iedereen kan gelijktijdig ontbijten |
