I would recommend this hotel to anyone who would not be bothered about the below negative. The staff were absolutely wonderful, and more helpful than a 5 star concierge staff. The rooms are small, but good value for money. The location is not far enough from the center to hinder walking, and the bicycle ride is short and with bike paths. Verona is a wonderful town to explore by bike. The prostitutes in the quarter in front of the hotel (non-aggressive so that I had to ask if they were in fact prostitutes),

Novo Hotel Rossi was very clean, comfortable and pleasant. The staff was very helpful. The room was spacious, with high seelings, new bathroom, big beds. Very close to the city station so convenient to get to the airport; a bit of a walk to Old Town, but not too long. I travelled with my 9-year-old son, and we both enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again.

Close to station and bus terminal but can walk to city. Door to Door bus for Opera. Checkout 12noon. My room was very cramped; double bed but 2 people would be falling over each other. Also right outside lift which is quiet but has an access door that bangs closed everytime it is used.

The room was very small but with a French bed. It had a big bathroom and air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable. The location is not good for going there by foot and it can be somewhat upsetting to reach at night. It is on a side road from the train station with the train shipping warehouse on one side and low income housing on the other one without any shop and some north-african youngster hanging out.

The staff were incredibly helpful in making restaurant recommendations and reservations. We stayed over the Christmas holidays and they made sure that we would have supper on Christmas when most restaurants were closed. The whole staff spoke English incredibly well. They were always ready to provide us with whatever information we needed or to extend help when a service was required. Highly recommend!

Staff very friendly and helpful indeed. Room and bathroom were very clean and cosy. Location near the railway station perfect for us. Quiet neighbourhood suited us well because not far from the center. Breakfast also very good and versatile.

Hotel is close to train station but a bit far from historic centre. You can catch a bus from the station though which helps. The toilet was in a ridiculously small area and made using it very uncomfortable. Also the cost of wifi is very expensive.

There was a bit of a mix up over our booking but if was sorted straight away and we were given a free upgrade on our rooms. The staff were really helpful. The hotel was spotless and the breakfast was fab.Train station just down the road which was great for us, we will be staying there again when we go back to Verona.

The location close to the train station was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The general area around the hotel is a bit dodgy so be careful if travelling alone. Also the hotel is probably a bit on the pricey side for the fact that you are still out of the city and need to get a bus in.

Welcomed by very friendly staff who spoke good english, and who we able to sort out our booking mistake with out any difficulties. The room was comfortable and the breakfast excellent. The walk into the centre took about half an hour. The city is well worth exploring and we found an alternative way to walk in along the old city wall.

This is a 3 star hotel at the best. The newly refurbished rooms are a slight exageration though the design is very "Italian". The bathroom is a marvel of compact engineering which has allowed room for almost everything you need in a bathroom except space for you. It is loacted in a very shabby end of town and the footpath from the railway station to the hotel is "4 wheel drive territory", making it hard work if your towing a bag on wheels. Its a good 20 minute walk to the tourist end of town. If you are after something convenient to the railway station at a not too outrageous price then this hotel will suit.
