Hotel Rossi- perfect for a stop over on a train ride from Milan-Venice. Such a good location near train and busses and just drop your bad and walk into the arena and juilet balcony etc. It's very clean and safe for solo traveller.

I was pleasantly surprised. This is one of the best budget hotels I have stayed in in Italy. Perfect location just around the corner from the railway station and a comfortable stroll to the centre. Spotlessly clear and a nice enclosed terrace for breakfast. Friendly staff.

We decided to stay at the Novo Rossi because it was cheaper than hotels closer to the city centre. That said, it was perfect for what we wanted. It was within walking distance to the city, with the most friendly and helpful staff that we have ever encountered on our travels. From giving us tips on where to eat to helping with train schedules for Venice they were second to none. If you don't mind a 20 minute walk to the centre of town then the Novo Rossi is a perfect choice.

Room is quite comfortable compared to the price, out of expectation. Free bike, which is the perfect way of touring in Verona. The reception ladies are very kind, helpful and beautiful! No free internet or wifi is provided

Staff very kind, great breakfast The location is close to the train station, but almost 10 min walking. There was no restaurants near the hotel. A few strange girls were standing at the parking lot during all day and at night they put a loud music and looked like a prostitution place.

I enjoyed the room: decoration, light, comfort. I liked the staff. The breakfast is varied and very tasty. I didn't like the fact that the Internet Wi-Fi is paid. In my opinion, nowadays that is not a necessity, and would be a pretty good service to be provided to customers.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They recommended some wonderful restaurants to us and gave us step by step directions with a map to help us find our way around the city. The breakfast buffet in the morning is good. It is close to the train station and has great bus connections, although we walked everywhere with no problems.

The staff were incredibly helpful in making restaurant recommendations and reservations. We stayed over the Christmas holidays and they made sure that we would have supper on Christmas when most restaurants were closed. The whole staff spoke English incredibly well. They were always ready to provide us with whatever information we needed or to extend help when a service was required. Highly recommend!

Staff very friendly and helpful indeed. Room and bathroom were very clean and cosy. Location near the railway station perfect for us. Quiet neighbourhood suited us well because not far from the center. Breakfast also very good and versatile.

Hotel is close to train station but a bit far from historic centre. You can catch a bus from the station though which helps. The toilet was in a ridiculously small area and made using it very uncomfortable. Also the cost of wifi is very expensive.

There was a bit of a mix up over our booking but if was sorted straight away and we were given a free upgrade on our rooms. The staff were really helpful. The hotel was spotless and the breakfast was fab.Train station just down the road which was great for us, we will be staying there again when we go back to Verona.
