We found the staff very helpful and nice, especially for a 3-star hotel. And the turn-down service was a nice surprise. |

the just and only thing I liked was the bike they lend me to visit the town. Happily because the center was really too far to walk The main horrible thing, and there were plenty, was there was no heating in the bathroom when outside was 4º C. It was as cold that I didn't dare to undress me to have a shower. Internet was 3 euros, half an hour!, or 9/3hours, while in every hotel of its price was free. Breakfast was poor and hotel staff was nice but couldn't help. A smile doesn't worth wherever it's cold within your room. Worst hotel I was in Italy. You better choose another |

Receptionist was very helpful. The room was small, but neat and well cleaned. No in house restaurant was operating for supper....reception suggested we try Mac Donalds, what a joke! Part of the reason for our trip was to experience italian cuisine not junk food. We had a good laugh. |

Hotel was modern & clean and staff helpful and friendly. Private secure parking. Location was just a little too far from the town center. Mosquitos in the room when we checked in. |

The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast room was comfortable and well organised. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the railway station and a fifteen minute walk from the town centre. |

Absolutely everything: very friendly and helpful staff, very nice and clean room with magnolias and pines looking into the window, a very nice choice of cheeses and ham and sausages for breakfast (not just cereals and jams), air-conditioning functioned very well (it was +33 outside, but the room was cool when we returned in the evening after our excursions and stayed so till the morning though we always switched the air-conditioner off as soon as we came) and so did the shower |

OK compared to high hotel-prices in Verona at all. Close to railwaystation (Porto Nova): 8 mins walk opposite the city Rather far to walk to the Arena (about half an hour), but good and cheap busconnections from the railwaystation. |

This is close to the station but ignore reviews that harp on about how far it is from verona old town- we walked it in 20 minutes and there are loads of buses. Everything is pretty standard in this hotel- rooms, breakfast etc. This isn't a pretty hotel in a pretty area and that is relected in the price- but it does exactly what it says on the tin. |

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The room itself was comfortable and very clean. Free parking was a bonus and it was handy to the train station and a pleasant walk to the arena. A very pleasant experience which added to our wonderful weekend in Verona. The shower was a little unpredictable and water got a bit everywhere but a pretty minor point really. |
