Very nice hotel. Very good value for money. Extremely friendly & helfpful staff. Too soft beds in single-rooms, but put me in double-room for no extra charge. Very useful & detailed tourist advice. Nice breakfast. Gave bottles of mineral water when i asked for water. Post-box & stamps in hotel. Location very good, take any bus from train-station to city centre in 5 minutes, or 20 minutes on foot. Will stay there for sure on next trip to Verona & would strongly recommend this lovely hotel. Nothing I didn't like about this lovely hotel. |

Extremely helpful and friendly reception staff, in particular the young lady who gave us directions and was very helpful with regard to car parking .....Good breakfast too, and efficient and friendly service in the restaurant. As it was a 'value for money' option we cannot complain - we had a room towards the road and it was a bit noisy in the morning but bearable. |

As it was near the station it was very convenient for catching trains to Vicenza, Venice etc. and the 'shuttle' bus to the airport. Buffet breakfast very good. Very few decent restaurants near the hotel asnd it was quite a long walk to the centre - but good access to busses. Worth getting a 'Verona Card' which gives free bus travel as well as entry to most of the sights. |

Hotel is near to Verona train station. All staff are friendly and helpful. Suggest the hotel has a pantry so that we can help ourselves with warm water, which we badly needed during the cold winter. |

The hotel was very conveniently located just 5 minutes walk from the railway station in Verona (but far enough away so that it was quiet) and just twenty minutes walk to the centre of town - the old city centre. The hotel was beautiful and sparkling clean, and breakfast was freesh and abundant. It was a very comfortable place to stay. |

This hotel does not worth the price I paid. The room was the smaller I have ever been, certainly less than 9m²! And looking at the evacuation plan my room wasn't the smallest one!. |

The friendiness of the people on the front desk. And it was also close to the train station. The breakfast buffet was quite lovely. I wish there had been an eating place closer to the restaurant---we didn't have a car, but even a ten minute walk to the closest pizza place seemed like a long walk on a cool winter's night. But we had a nice glass of wine at the bar and that helped! |

We found the staff very helpful and nice, especially for a 3-star hotel. And the turn-down service was a nice surprise. |

the just and only thing I liked was the bike they lend me to visit the town. Happily because the center was really too far to walk The main horrible thing, and there were plenty, was there was no heating in the bathroom when outside was 4º C. It was as cold that I didn't dare to undress me to have a shower. Internet was 3 euros, half an hour!, or 9/3hours, while in every hotel of its price was free. Breakfast was poor and hotel staff was nice but couldn't help. A smile doesn't worth wherever it's cold within your room. Worst hotel I was in Italy. You better choose another |

Receptionist was very helpful. The room was small, but neat and well cleaned. No in house restaurant was operating for supper....reception suggested we try Mac Donalds, what a joke! Part of the reason for our trip was to experience italian cuisine not junk food. We had a good laugh. |

The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast room was comfortable and well organised. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the railway station and a fifteen minute walk from the town centre. |
