Everything was OK. Room was big and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was fair. Not very far from the center.
Located next to railway, but the sorrounding quiet. They had some problems with wi-fi access, but I was told it was exceptional.
Good and kind staff, free rental bike and free parking
A bit old furniture that could be refurbished for a better style.
Excellent service, good breakfast, but without hot dishes. Many thanks to Marina (reception) for high standard service. Free bike rental and close to train station. Quite area.
all was great!!!!
The staff were super friendly and very helpful, provided lots of information on the tourist sites, how to get to the train/bus station etc. The rooms were not big or particularly luxurious, however clean and good aircon. There is lots of free parking onsite.
Its a little out of the way from the main tourist areas, however very close to the train/bus station, and very easy to get into the old town. Not an overly scenic location, but fine if you're only sleeping there. Decor very dated and a bit old school.
good location if arriving by train or airport shuttle.Good breakfast.
bed not too comfortable
The friendly and very efficient staff. Nothing was too much trouble.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful, there were grapes in the room which I thought were a nice touch.
It was just a bit depressing- very dated. Way overpriced for 90 odd Euro a night in October, I dread to think what they charge in peak season. Though I should say that the price/quality ratio was not at all unusual for Italy. Location is handy for the station but nothing else in the vicinity at all.
+ breakfast was one of the better ones we've had in Italy. The coffee was actually good. + we didn't get the quiet room we asked for but the recently upgraded window shutters did the job well. Kept the sound out even though our room was facing the road and did a good light block out job. + staff was really pleasant, well spoken and helpful. + conveniently located near train station
- not much we didn't like, would recommend this hotel
Friendly staff ideal location for the city. you can either walk or a short bus ride to the centre with the bus station only 5 minute walk would stay again
Free bikes which are the best way to reach and explore the old city. Free parking.
The location made it super-convenient. Staff was absolutely superb.
The room was super-tiny and the wi-fi was terrible.
Complimentary bicycle use. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was also nice not to have to take a taxi from the train station (walking distance.)
Wi-Fi connection was spotty. Room was small, but I think that is typical in Europe.
Not close to restaurants. Needed a cab to get restaurant
Personnel was helpful, parking on-site, good value and fine accommodation.
Location is not great, especially at night, but OK for a quick stop in Verona.
We chose this hotel because we needed a hotel close to the city, but still manageable for a tourist with a rental car. We had no problem finding the hotel and was promptly directed to the private parking. A nice walk into town for those who want. The room was of enough size for us, with a very nice bowl of fruit and a full set of toiletries. A "little" sound-leak from the corridor, but nothing that bothered us.
Fantastic staff and facilities, amazed that prices for drinks was equivalent to a normal bar and not hiked to reflect the surroundings.
Absolutely nothing, would be back in a shot.
Very good breakfast. Facilities were good.
It is a bit far from city center if you are walking, but very close to railway stationv.
Location was great for us and a bit outside the centre, but the bus was easy to find so that was no issue. A good business hotel for a one or two night stay, breakfast adequate and tea tray in the room was great. Little personality but at the price that was fine.
Free wifi throughout ,.... Yes if you are prepared to stand in your room doorway even when exhausted!
5-minute walk from the train station.
Poor breakfast and wifi signal.
The staff were very smiley, welcoming and helpful; a great example of customer service. Room perfectly adequate for short stay. Good beds, very clean. We were at the rear of the hotel and it was very quiet. Good continental breakfast. Good location for those arriving by train and bus. Not too far to walk to centre.
Not exactly a dislike, but the bathroom was tiny.
This hotel was so close to the station which suited us for our early morning connection. The staff recommended a restaurant that served excellent food. Breakfast was beautifully presented and coffee freshly made. A great stay!
Their working attitude is very good!
Fantastic staff - made us feel really welcome and were a delight to deal with at all times. Off street secure parking and there is no need to use the car for visits to the historic centre of Verona. Desk staff helped with directions and bus tickets to city centre. We purchased an inclusive bus and attractions ticket giving unlimited local travel and free entry to a wide range of museums etc. including Juliet's balcony.
The hotel is located about a mile and a half (i.e a twenty/thirty minute walk) from Verona's historic centre. However, the bus station is only five minutes walk away but not particularly well signposted. It is advisable to obtain a map and seek directions from desk staff first. Whilst the rooms were a little small by modern standards we found them to be clean and, most importantly, equipped with a safe box.
Location Helpfull staff with good recommendations
