Comfortable, secure free parking and a good breakfast
The staff is very nice and helpful.
good stay and value for money, the staff are helpful, good breakfast
It's near the railway station but far away from restaurant and the dinning areas or supermarket, and the hotel do not have a restaurant. So it's not convenient when you are hungry.
clean and modern room, location near the train and bus station
this hotel was a well located for an easy walk from train station. Would recommend getting visit Verona card from hotel to give transport and entry to museums that are so interesting.
The hotel is older and fairly basic but is clean and tidy.
Poor breakfast Stuffy rooms, difficult to ventilate
The location is good,a ten minute walk to the station. The staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and plentiful.
A bit far at from the centre, the closest restaurant a ten minute walk, not good at night. The hotel would be perfect with a restaurant open for dinner.
Room was good and clean. Staff was very helpful and the location was great.
Room was way too hot even though it was freezing outside.
Amazing staff, polite and attentive. Nice rooms, though a bit dated. Wonderful breakfast. No hot options, but plenty of fresh and high quality produce. Coffee made to order on a cafe-quality machine, extremely good. Walking distance to the train station and airport buses, but a bit far from everything else.
Close to railway station. Clean. Helpful and friendly personal, english speaking
Helpful staff Super - clean rooms Comfortable beds Perfect location
Poor wifi connection
everything was good
Good breakfast, nice room, elevator, no real complaints, WiFi worked without problems
This is not really a compplaint about the hotel, but to find the old centre of Verona can be tricky when walking, since local authorities have spent zero euro on information for walkers/cyclists about directions. So, check the map carefully. Also the hotel map of the city is a bit crude, so take care.
I loved my whole experience at Novo Hotel Rossi. The staff were all fantastic. Their command of English superb especially as my Italian consists of a few words. We were there for my son's wedding. He lost the rings on the way to the venue. Staff put an alert out to taxi firm and they were found. What more can i say!!
This hotel is convenient for the station, which is what we needed. All the staff we encountered were welcoming. Breakfasts was a standard continental but with more options than normal including fruits and numerous fresh treats which was great. The morning coffee was also fabulous.
It was a 20 min walk to the centre which we knew on booking. Normally this is no issue for us but being along main roads it is not a "pleasant stroll". We got taxis later that night (our only one in 2mths travelling) to avoid this walk. We uncovered a few issues with the room, based on maintenance that we raised before leaving. If we had stayed more than one night we would have required a room change. However well managed by staff and did not cause discomfort to our one day.
Location near the train station,
Too far from City center, Poor wifi,
It was an easy walk from the train station, but at least a 20 minute hike into the town center. Staff was very helpful.
The hotel is completely overheated. It must have been 30 degrees in our room and there was no way to turn it down. The offered us a fan. In late November.
I was travelling Milan - Trento but too late for trains to Trento. This hotel was very handy, comfortable and had friendly efficient staff. I'd use again.
The rooms are really good. Small but very comfortable. The guys in the reception desk were awesome and provide all the information that we needed to walk to the Arena. We only stayed 1 night but it was fine. If you travel by train, the hotel is around 200 mts away from the station, and by car is also really easy to reach with private parking.
Friendly staff Good breakfast Clean room
Bathroom bit cramped

The staffs are curtious and helpful, Eexcellent! The morning breakfast is superb, and you even get frosty milk made fresh by expresso machine, free of charge. The price is good also.
The elevator is old fashioned, but OK.
Easy to find location, comfortable rooms, very helpful staff that spoke excellent English, lovely breakfast. Close walk to train and bus station. About 15-20 minute walk into Verona City Centre
Could only get wi-fi in lobby most of the time. Would be great if they had their own restaurant or if there was one near by especially when you are a solo traveler
Very helpful and welcoming staff. Excellent location minutes from the station. Free bicycles for guests. Very good breakfast. Excellent value for money.
The location near the train station was brilliant. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and my room was both a good decent size and clean. Wi-fi was free and excellent reception.
Breakfast was fine but I would have liked a bit more of a choice. Although the location to the train station is great it is a good 20-30 minute walk to the main historical sights. These are only minor things I didn't like but I would definitely stay in the hotel again.
