Cleanliness. Facilities in the toilet. Simple and nice design. Food and service in the restaurant. During my stay in the hotel, I found that I've brought the wrong plug for charging my phone and notebook. I asked the staff in the counter if I could borrow one but the answer was surprisingly 'no'. For the price I paid for the room and as an international hotel welcoming guests from all over the world, I would expect this is a very basic service for the guests. Very disappointing.

Nice and clean rooms. Large bathroom with bathtub and shower. Staff very kind and efficient. 2 minutes walking distance from Bologna Fiera. Suggested for all those businessman going to the exhibition or just needing a rest (1 minute from highway exit Bologna Fiera).

Het hotel zelf , de kamers , talenkennis aan receptie , heel goed. Ontbijt heel goed heeft eigen zwembad Parking te duur, te weinig niet betalende parking restaurant, veel te traag en voor die prijs kan je in stad veeel beter en veeel meer eten

Vicinanza al quartiere fieristico Il parcheggio è a pagamento (sono solo 10 I posti gratuiti), e costa 1 euro all'ora...... Quindi se arrivi alle 17 e parti alle 8 paghi 15 euro in + sulla camera. Il minibar contiene solo liquidi. Il costo del ristorante è alto e il menù è quasi obbligato, con poca scelta. La colazione a buffet è insufficiente: molte cose confezionate e disposte male; ci si ammucchia tutti e si perde tempo. Il numero degli operatori è insufficiente: sui tavoli rimangono a lungo gli avanzi di chi ha già fatto colazione e non a tutti viene chiesto se si gradisce un cappuccio oppure un espresso...

La tranquillità l'ottima posizione rispetto alla fiera e il confort eccellente. Camere ampie e spaziose. Molto negativo il costo a parte della prima colazione, eccessivi 12,00€. visto il costo della camera.

Ottima posizione per la fiera, ottimo cibo, ottima climatizzazione. Ho pagato 12 euro per la colazione, dopo I 150 dellacamera, mi sembra un po esagerato, la tv si vede malissimo apparte sky (3 canali).

Ottimo design e comfort Attenzione al personale che si occupa della pulizia camere: entrano in camera nonostante la scheda magnetica inserita nell'apposita fessura indichi loro dall'esterno che in stanza ci sono i clienti: ben due volte mi sono ritrovato in camera la cameriera e soprattutto un tipo molto maleducato che, nonostante avessi detto che la camera era occupata, è entrato dicendo che doveva solo controllare il minibar... che professionalità... Inoltre, nonostante nel plico che si trova in camera per la spiegazione dei servizi offerti ci sia scritto che alla reception è possibile all'occorrenza avere un ferro da stiro, nel momento in cui lo chiedi, ti dicono che non possono dartelo perchè tutte le loro camere hanno la moquette per terra...allora non elencatelo tra i servizi, no?! L'hotel è molto bello, ma la poca professionalità del personale lo fa cadere molto in basso.

Cortesia ed assistenza da parte del personale. Non sei abbandonato a te stesso. Non vi sono molte illustrazioni e spiegazioni per l'utilizzo immediato e corretto delle camere. Ad esempio non vi è nulla che spiega come utilizzare il televisore. Di solito vi è un elenco dei canali con il numero corrispettivo. Stessa cosa per il telefono. Comunque come aspetto non è poi così negativo.

Estremamente comodo per l'accesso in fiera. Camera comoda e grande, ben insonorizzata e possibilità di regolare (veramente) la temperatura. Bagno sia con Doccia che con vasca. Spazi comuni ottimi La colazione, quando non è compresa nel prezzo, è troppo cara. Anche se con carta elettronica, non c'è un sistema di "presenza ospite", quindi se non si mette il cartellino fuori, il servizio in camera entra senza problemi.
