good, caring staff. Excellent breakfast. clean room. Charging for Internet access! In 2010 this is akin to charging to use the shower. It would prevent me from staying here again. A very short sited policy by the hotel. |

Shuttle arrived at the airport T1 Gate 7 as we got there. Very pleasant staff. A forest to walk in close by (a luxury for an airport oriented hotel). Good breakfast and well appointed rooms. |

Splendid hotel for those travelers who need one night stand and than have a flight. Nice room, good staff. Thanks for free shuttle bus. I recommend it for all! I had a flight early morning but first shuttle is at 5a.m. It will be better to drive shuttle till 4a.m. |

The design of the features in my room - the desk, washbasin - it was easy to see that the Novotel company was a French creation..The availability of sensibly priced meals in the evenings. Genuinely non-smooking rooms The telephone by the bedside ninb my room was on thr opposite side fronm the light switches - now surely that simple error should have been spotted months ago? |

The hotel is very clean, the staff is courteous and efficient, the access to a computer, Internet and printer (to print your boarding pass) is very useful. The shuttle to the Aiport is also very convenient. |
