Nice comfortable hotel for an airport hotel, at a reasonable price. Didn't realize Malpensa was so far out of Milan. Take the shuttle bus from the train station or you're in for a very expensive taxi ride! |

Complimentary airport shuttle. Convenient and close to MXP airport. Room was nicely furnished and clean. The soap dish was missing in the shower. The weather-stripping under the "front" door was falling off and causing the door not to close easily. |

Met all my needs for a one night transit stop close to the airport. I was initially put in to a room which was not the type I booked but on querying this was immediatley changed to the correct room - not sure if this was a simple error. Room was smaller than I expected but still very adequate for a quick stop. |

This hotel is very near to malpensa airport, and only takes 5/10 minutes in a car. The hotel is clean and tidy ,the staff are effecient. There is a lovely swimming pool, table tennis,computer games etc. Rooms are nice with bath and shower. This hotel acts as a good base for exploring milan but the actual hotel lacks atmosphere. |

The hotel was very nice--modern and comfortable. The staff recommended a nearby restaurant. A car was sent and we were delivered to the door of the restaurant and returned to the hotel after dinner. A really nice touch. The menu was extensive--something for everyone and every budget. The location was rather drab. We often walk after dinner and there was really no place to walk for more than 5 minutes. |

Spacious and very clean room, friendly staff, free shuttle bus from/to the Malpensa airport, free internet in the hall, nice swimming pool. Food in the restaurant was a bit expensive but really tasty. Good value for the money. It's not any disadvantage, just a general information: the hotel is close to the airport, so is not good for a longer stay - however it's easy to get downtown (free shuttle bus to the airport, and from there train/bus). |

Enjoyed the visit very much. The hotel is relatively new and has nice amenities. Really like the format of the room and the fact that they have in-room coffee and tea. Location relative to restaurants and shops. Not within walking distance of either. But that is a minor thing since the hotel is geared to take care of it's travelers. |

our room on the fourth floor was very quiet,comfortable, and spacious. the bathroom was very up-to-date, clean, and well-lit. The breakfast foods selection was excellent. The staff was helpful and courteous. the bathroom doors could barely close because the bed was too close to them. it would have been convenient to have a shower cap and lotion provided. |

Better than the average hotel restaurant, better by far, really, w/ a remarkable wine list. Fine pool, tiny exercise area. Excellent wi-fi, decent TV connection, nice book selection. Airport connections are easy & multiple. I wish they had a jacuzzi. |

We stayed at the hotel to be close to the airport. We were only there overnight at the end of a European cruise,but we were very impressed with the hotel and its staff. A free shuttle was supplied to and from the airport which worked for us. |

The staff were very attentive and it was a spacious, well designed (loved the decor/furniture), modern hotel. The pool was great also but slightly too cold. The food was slightly expensive. |
