Good bed, quiet neighborhood, location, nice restaurant in forest nearby.

Pool was not open on June 8: "too cold". We had booked the hotel for the pool.

Everything. We stayed in your hotel 5 years ago on a trip to see family and Milan and we were totally satisfied. We came back and were again thoroughly satisfied with the staff, room, breakfast, rate and location. Keep up the good work!

I booked a double room superior: French bed, needed to push back the bed to open the bathroom door, spring mattress very uncomfortable because you could feel the springs!!! Breakfast buffet very basic. Free Wifi but signal very unstable making very difficult to work with continuity. Next time I will choose another hotel.

Nice clean design. Nespresso machine in room. Shuttle service to airport. Size of room was good.

Bed was uncomfortable, pillows were super flat. No soap dish. Heat only in Winter so room was super hot. Shower was tiny.

Very clean, nice, and dinner was available late. Great complimentary breakfast in the morning. Quiet and comfortable. I wish I had had more time to enjoy it.

I wish I had been told where the shuttle bus stopped, before I called. I called in the morning, and wasn't sure of which terminal I would fly into that evening, so they told me to call when I got in. Not a big deal, except if they had simply asked if it was EasyJet or not, they could have told me which terminal. Another problem for me was that my phone doesn't work there, and I had a lot of trouble with the pay phone. By the time I got it all figured out, I missed the shuttle, and had to wait another 30 minutes or so. Again, not a huge deal, except that it was late, and my flight the next morning left early. I am not sure why they don't just tell you where to meet the shuttle based on each terminal. Also, I had trouble getting the tv to work, and they said they would come up to check on it, but they never did. Eventually I got it to work myself.

Price, comfort, location

This Hotel is near the airport.

Internet was out of order. They would not fix it until the next day. did not clearly say at the time of booking that my rate did not include breakfast.

The location is very good, is it is very close to the highway and also very close to the airport terminal 2. The restaurant and the bar is nice.

It is a bit outside the town. So no shops or restaurants in walking distance.

Always stay at the Novotel Malpensa for easy access, good service and availability of Wifi. Price is very good too.

Close to the international airport but not in the middle of the city. Transportation to the airport, easy and convenient.

Breakfast was too expensive. Also, there was a tour group and big families rushing for the fresh breakfast and ran out fast of the basics.

We really appreciated the jug to make a cup of tea. The bathroom was well designed - enjoyed the shower.

Paper cups for hot cups of tea is dangerous. Need proper mugs or holders for the paper cups.
