設備はきれいで快適である。空港からも近くて空港まで無料で迎えに来てくれた 出発当日の朝6時に空港までタクシーを頼んでいたがこなかった。その旨フロントに言ったら明らかにホテルの- 車でドライバーもホテルの従業員らしき人が送ってくれたが20ユーロも請求された。急いでいたので支払った- が領収書も出なかった。無料で空港まで迎えに来てくれたのでてっきり無料でおくってくれるのかと思っていた- 。確認しなかった私にも落ち度があるのかも知れないがホテル自体は快適だったでこのことが残念である。それ- にしても20ユーロは高すぎやしないか。 |

Cost of food was very high. Breakfast should be included in room cost. Shuttle should leave on time & not wait for stragglers. |

The design of the features in my room - the desk, washbasin - it was easy to see that the Novotel company was a French creation..The availability of sensibly priced meals in the evenings. Genuinely non-smooking rooms The telephone by the bedside ninb my room was on thr opposite side fronm the light switches - now surely that simple error should have been spotted months ago? |

The hotel is very clean, the staff is courteous and efficient, the access to a computer, Internet and printer (to print your boarding pass) is very useful. The shuttle to the Aiport is also very convenient. |

i loved the placement in the room and the cleanliness was impecable. the design was very modern and welcoming. durring this season i think the room was too warm and hot. the AC could not bring cold air only warm. |

Very useful for overnight stay when arriving on a late flight, 5 mins by transfer bus away from airport. Slight delay (20mins) waiting for the transfer bus, but we couldn't manage to get a signal to ring them until we were outside airport, if we'd managed to get through in baggage hall then wouldn't have had to wait. Very warm welcome, helpful staff who gave our two daughters each a cuddly toy and colouring pencils, which they loved. Room small for 4, but ok as just for one night, amazing bathroom! Good breakfast. Excellant transfer back to the airport again in the morning for our onward journey into Milan and then the Riveria. |

This was our 1 day/night transit hotel out of Italy and it was given the price -outstanding value for money - with included breakfast. Quiet and exactly what we wanted before an 18 hour plane trip home. Price included a complimentary hotel pick up from Malpensa Airport shuttle bus out of Milan & drop off to Airport next day. Have experienced a few Novotel's before and this the best to date. Excellent. |

Proxomity to airport and availability of shuttle to airport. Staff (Stefano?) very helpful. Room too hot. Unable to adjust airconditioning to improve situation. Resorted to opening window. This meant unwanted noise in room. |

Very low price, but excellent amenity and upgraded feeling. Welcoming feeling. Large room with extra furniture. Clean and in-house restarurant open till very late in the night. Early breackfast service. Convinient location with shutle service and ample parking. |

We had a very nice, clean and spacious room that had both a bathtub and a shower. The hotel has a very nice and modern design with internet facilities and a restaurant. Recommended for people that want to stay near the airport the night before their flight. |
