I liked the budget price!! It created a good base for exploring the City, within easy walking distance to the old town centre and Castle. The breakfast buffet included in the price was very good value. |

The welcome , courtesy, staff were all gracious and willing to please were all genuine. Very clean ,food delicious had lovely time. |

The staff are very helpful and agreed to give us a breakfast box as we were checking out early. Nice pool with a lifeguard. Free internet access at the lobby. About a 20 minute walk to the train station and shops however it’s cheap enough to catch a taxi. |

Extremely helpful man at the front desk when we checked out. He got us a driver with a Mercedes to take us to the airport in Verona at a fraction of the cost of a taxi. |

Posizione interessante rispetto alle vie di uscita in autostrada, personale gentile ed efficente, camere spaziose assolutamente pulite, anche il piano fumatori e' realmente privo di odore di sigaretta, sala fitness piccola ma aperta 24 h per cui molto comoda, buona onoltre la prima colazione abbastanza completa.Ho inoltre cenato nell'albergo era gia' tardi oltre le 11 pm il personale e' stato molto cordiale e ci hanno saputo consigliare bene. pay tv troppo cara ed internet con wi fi in hot spot by vodafone troppo lento per cui sarebbe meglio una connessione gratuita per tutti, consiglierei qualche cibaria oltre che il bere nel frigo bar , snack vari ecc ecc, il bar dopo la mezzanotte e' troppo caro. |

La gentillezza dello staff, il regalino alla ns. bambina quando siamo arrivati. Il fatto che avevamo prenotato una camera con un letto King Size e che ci è stato dato una camera tripla. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la piscina ! |
