Kids friendly, with the corner in lobby for kids: bookshelf and kapla (woden blocks), outside playground, table tennis and playstation 3. Free WiFi, internet corner in the lobby. Wonderful hi-tech toilete in the lobby. Spacy elevators and free parking. Nice swimmingpool. Our breakfast was included in the total price, nice, but not worth 12 eur, how much is the regular price. The hotel is situated in the calm part of the city, bordering with large park. Swimming pool stuff is not keen to worn you on automatic douche at the entrance, otherwise your cell phone can be destroyed with water. Stuff is not ready to offer any kind of medical assistence, even to call a doctor. You can smoke only outside.

Nice, modern hotel, clean room, very friendly employees, free internet access. Prices in the restaurant, for breakfast, and of the drinks of the minibar on the limit.

As usual, the staff are excellent - friendly and helpful in every regard, and accommodating to our eclectic schedule. The rooms are well- furnished and kept to a high standard. Since we previously visited this hotel, they've made the on-site WiFi internet access free and even started leaving a kettle with tea and coffee in the rooms, which we weren't used to in Italian hotels! I think the only thing I could complain about was that the kettle is accompanied only by paper cups, which wear out after a couple of drinks. Porcelain mugs would be preferred! It's a small thing, of course.

An excellent hotel, very friendly staff, great accommodation for childeren.The rooms are cleaned to perfection every day, breakfast and diner is very good, also great for childeren. Staff is always very friendly and eager to please. It was a very nice stay and we will certainly come back next year. Kind regards.

La gentilezza dello staff, principalmente a colazione e a cena. Il ristorante dell'hotel è un pò caro, ma molto buono. La tv con qualche canale sky. Il silenzio e la tranquillità della zona. La possibilità di fare una corsetta la mattina La camera non rispetta gli standard di un 4 stelle da circa 100/110 € a notte. Il bagno è piccolo, I teli da doccia sono piccoli e non di qualità, c'è la vasca con la tenda (non pensavo ne esistessero ancora)!!!! Il materasso è sottile...i 4 stelle normalmente hanno materassi di altro livello.

trattasi di classico albergone moderno, di standard qualità novotel posizione periferica, parcheggio pericoloso con rischio di danni e furti alle vetture (a me è capitato), vergognoso il supplemento di 16 euro per la colazione, nel pomeriggio ho consumato al bar un tramezzino: congelato! e pagato 11 euro!
