Puizia delle camere superficiale: capelli sulle federe del cuscino e piatto doccia con peli, odore di fumo da sigaretta nei corridoi e caposala del ristorante poco attento al cliente: riserva trattamenti diversi a seconda se conosce o non conosce Il cliente che ha di fronte.

la posizione. la camera che mi E’ stata assegnata... la prima camera al 1°piano orribile poi chiesto di sostituita con I piani superiori in quanto dal terzo piano in poi tutte le camere sono nuove (ristrutturate) ma non mi E’ stata data E abbiamo trovato 1° camera al 2° piano sempre la tipologia camera vecchia con mochet sul pavimento sporca E con mobili vecchi!!! il rapporto qualita' prezzo troppo alto!!!!!!

Ottimo albergo, in linea con lo standard Novotel. Buona la colazione. Si sentiva la mancanza durante il periodo di chiusura per il cambio gestione. Forse i materassi andrebbero rinnovati
