Staff was good and helpfull Wi-fi in 4 star hotel should be included. You get 20 minutes free internet in the lobby and wi-fi is handled by vodafone, over credit cards. Comfort, quality of the room could be better. AC did not work, so we had window opened every morning by room steward; Parking system is a pain as well. Every time you want to leave hotel you have to validate the ticket, and after midnight parking is closed, so you need to get out of the car, walk to reception just to get it opened...and then you get charged 14 euros a night |

The ventilation inside the room was quite poor. With non-functioning window and poor air conditioning, it can make summer air during the winter time. |

The hotel was comfortable and the rooms were clean and spacious. The service at the reception and the bar were up to standard.... but that's all There were many negative points about this hotel. First, the location is bad. There are no alternative restaurants within walking distance and there's nothing nearby to see except traffic. The quality of the breakfast (not included in the exorbitant $300/night price) was terrible. The restaurant service was extremely slow. The internet (at a $22 surcharge) was a ripoff and worked at a snail's pace. All in all, I chose this restaurant from internet information so I am partly to blame. I would never go there again. |

Very helpful and friendly receptionist - a young male with a good sense of humour and plenty of good advice about where to go in Genoa. |

free internet access (although limited to one 20 minute session per day) some of the room finish/fixtures and fittings look a bit "economical" |

The facilities were good and the hotel was good in its location for the ship cruises as it was within close proximity to the shipping docks. |

The hotel was very close to the port, ideal for a short stopover before or after a cruise. It was also close to the town for shopping and sightseeing. The buffet breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. |

The room had a nice view over the harbour. It was in a good location and was a reasonable price. The parking fee was totally unreasonable forcing me to find an alternative. |

Breakfast was good, outdoor swimming pool was great, but water very cold, and it was open from 12-8pm. Room very simple. We booked superior room, but it looked like standard double room, nothing special. Location not very good, about 0,5 hour to city centre. |

Internet was free the tooms were properly built Loads the hotel was poorly air conditioned They made excuses as to why a bad air conditioner didnt cool the room properly excuses that they themselves were all too familar of. Italy is a hot country and as such if you live in a cool country going to this hotel is a waste of time as you just cant sleep its way too hot I was lucky it was raining at the time of my trip otherwise I would have asked for a full refund. Its a Good Hotel but the small things seem to not register to this hotels owners. Air conditioning is important having a faulty unit and opening the windows is not fair to people that search the internet for an air conditioned hotel Charging Double the cost any other hotel charges for food is also not fair Food was cold also |

The hotel normal, but not 4 stars, a bath demands repair, huge not convenient pillows, in a room is stuffy. Bad area for hotel . |

The hotel is really modern and it gives you options for fun and for eating. You can use two iMac for entering in the Internet (although, when I was there, one of them was not functioning). |

It was situated near to the center of the city.Good access to the center. The breakfast was poor in a rather narrow room for the size of the hotel . The bed was very hard and there was not enough air in the room because the windows didn't open at all , so we didn't have a good sleep. |

We were highly dissapointed! The location of the hotel is terrible, in noisy, industrial neighbourhood, the hotel itself is maybe ok, but if you book a king size superior room and what you get is barely queen size bed in a tiny room, with extra fold out sofa, you really can't give it high ratings. The view we had was owful... Breakfast buffet choice and service poor... Swimming pool? Simply grose! Bathroom stunk, had big ring of mold around bathtub, someones hair on the floor, towels, on pillow case. When we arrived, there was a plastic cup full of rubbish on the bedside table and a pretzel under the bad! Overall very bad, we (us and our friends) cancelled the rest of our stay and left. |

Parking is expensive and parking spaces are small; swimming pool works only from 12:00 to 20:00 making it useless as there are better things to do in the city. Elevators are too slow and too small. |
