Novotel Genova Ovest  

Хороший, недорогой отель. Останавливались на 1 ночь. Большая бесплатная парковка; хороший, чистый номер; хороший завтрак.

Room: The room is clean and modern, shampoo and bodywash are eco-friend Lobby:friendly and home like lobby Staff :friendly which they offer us a free breakfast while they knew that we came to genova for honeymoon. Location: near the port which take 10 mins by taxi Extremely recommend !

Location: Although it is only take 10mins to the port by taxi, however you cannot walk to the port; Others: there are not much reastaurants and shops around the hotel.

Very hot in the rooms, internet is charged. Parking 14.5€ per day.

Clean and neat. Closer to north american standards. The room was nicely furnished and the bathroom was large with a decent size shower.

Hotel staff was unbelivably rude. There was an error made where my reservation was doubled. The hotel charged me twice for the room. It took me 2 days and arguing with 3 different "managers" to get the mistake corrected and get a refund issued. Their lack of customer service and rudeness was unforgivable. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!

I booked the Novotel as it was the only hotel with an outdoor pool but unfortunately it closed the day before we got there, would have preferred to have been in the centre otherwise. Free internet in lobby.

Restaurant and bar were too expensive. Not v central, not much near the hotel have to get the bus all the time (maybe 10min to acquarium) but there are quite a few that pass the hotel and all are v regular. Beware the no 1 doesnt stop on the same street coming back!!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Reception is 24/7. Very quiet rooms despite being located near some busy roads. The hotel is very close to the ferry terminal. Perfect for an overnight stay when traveling.

Rooms are slightly outdated. Bathroom could be cleaner.

Car park was easy to access

Tatty looking inside, rooms and facilities past their sell by date, carpet in lift was dirty. Bathrooms look like run down hospital facilities.

Carpet, sofa, and bathroom were all yellowish. Room stank of stale smoke, despite being on a non-smoking corridor. Bed was only about 2 feet off the floor. Bathroom was grimy and there was some sort of leak somewhere. The carpet outside the bathroom had a tide-mark. Restaurant staff seemed put out when we turned up for lunch.

rooms were great

the room had every thing that we needed it was lovely from the lovely hot shower while you could listen to the tv. to the comfortable bed the parking was under cover and very secure tea and coffee nice.

- Great and gentle staff - The swimming pool and the internet service (in the hall, there are two Macs and one PS3 for the guests !)

The parking is too expensive (14.50 euro for one night)

The breakfast was great. The service was good as well.
