Novotel Milano Linate Aeroporto features an outdoor swimming pool, a modern restaurant, and an elegant bar. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to/from the airport, a 10-minute drive away. Rooms at this Novotel come with plasma-screen TV with satellite channels, and soft carpeted floors. An abundant breakfast is served buffet-style. The hotel is just off the Tangenziale Est highway. It is close to the airport. Our room was run-down and not very clean. The shower drain bubbled whenever the toilet flushed (gross) and the shower was awkward in general. There was also a small, weird bug crawling on the sofa.

Free airport pick up has been arranged in time on call base. Good wi fi connection. Room is not very clean, stuff are not very gentle, breakfast is not included in price.

Very handy shuttle (managed to request it at 22h45 on Dec 31st!), excellent breakfast, competent staff. A very good choice for a one-night stay in Milan with a flight early the day after. Called one taxi at the Hotel and the meter started at 14 euro! And it goes fast!

Good position closed to Linate Airport, clean and well maintained. Payment parking (15€ per day) is not acceptable! This hotel is not in city centre, should be free.

Proximity to Linate airport. - Poor service (for example, free shuttle to the airport was canceled without prior notice and wake-up call did not work) - Poor condition of the rooms - dead bolt on the door did not work, no top sheet on the bed, toilet made terrible noises - Disappointing menu at the hotel restaurant - very few choices, mediocre food, not a good value

Quiet, comfortable. Restaurant service. Not a destination, but good for flight layover. Location. No services/stores within walking distance (2 miles). Advertise airport shuttle service, but not available earlier that 6:00 am when many international flights take off.

Not a lot really! Middle of two motorways! Too far out of Milan, Poor tram/bus options when i stayed (2nd walk to Milan), rooms were not as advertised and the breakfast 'cooked' food was always cold.

International staff, pool & garden, newly build No on demand film system (which I find very unusual for a hotel like this), one side of the hotel is facing the highway, which gives some noice in the rooms, despite thick isolation windows.

Very clean, everything was good. Staff was professional. Hotel is calm. Paying for a hotel's parking is a bit strange. Also, the hotel is quite far from the center, so if not by car, as we were, its probably difficult to reach the center.

The free airport shuttle was very helpful. Modern amenities & rooms were nice and we couldn't beat the price. We didn't leave the hotel and this was really a place for us to stay prior to an early flight the next morning. Maybe not ideal for travelers looking to really explore the city as it's not really central & we had to take a long cab ride from the train station. But the hotel is super nice.

Proximity to Linate Airport WiFi was not working. Food (in bar area) was poor--frozen pizza and sandwiches. Food was expensive. Airport shuttle is a nice service but we waited nearly one hour for it to arrive at Linate Airport after calling the hotel. The five minute taxi ride to the airport at 0430 was expensive at 18 Euros. Without a car there is little choice but to pay the high price for meals in the hotel.

It was clean and convienet shuttle I missed my flight and only way I could contact my family was through Internet and their internet was down for two weeks in the room. Also they charge 19 euore for breakfast whice almost every hotel is complementry.

Clean, convenient, quiet, quick service We needed internet access. Of the 3 computers available for guest use, 1 was broken and 2 were occupied for long periods by children surfing the internet for fun. We were unable to access our flight information for check in purposes, and unable to print our boarding passes.

The room and hotel were very clean. Everything worked. Staff were professional. Key staff were fluent in English. Service was good. The menu in the restaurant was not my favorite. Hard to find something for dinner that wasn't like squid, rabbit etc. A few more vegetarian , pasta options would be good. I did have a Cesar salad with grilled chicken, which was good.
