Novotel is a very nice Hotel modern and clean The only thing that I didn't like was that the ac's wasn't working and when I asked at the reception they told me that will switch them on only in Summer. I had to open the windows to sleep since it was to hot in the room without ac's.

The room was large and comfortable and the food and breakfast at the restaurant was great. Too hot in the rooms and a/c is controlled by the hotel. The hotel is out of nowhere. Personal transport is a must. The limited number of staff have to cope with the restaurant and bar at the same time. I waited 25minutes at the bar until someone came to serve me, then another 10 minutes to get my drink.

Clean, efficient chain hotel with family friendly facilities. Edge of city, so you need to use car or public transport to get to city centre (15-20mins by tram). All staff wear badges indicating language skills - so very good for non-Italian speakers. Service efficient but not very friendly. Given that many customers are visiting as part of holiday more tourist information would be helpful.

Ristorazione molto curata Ascensori insufficenti per numero piani e stanze, chiavi elettroniche stanze ripetutamente non funzionanti, riscaldamento insopportabile e non regolabile dalla camera, molto disturbato da ragazzi in probabile gita scolastica, tubi acqua emettevano fischio insopportabile, parcheggio insufficiente

Rispecchia I canoni della catena novotel. Nel prezzo della prenotazione occorre aggiungere la colazione (14€), l'eventuale parcheggio custodito costa 12€. c'è comunque spazio per un parcheggio esterno.

La gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff, velocità nel rispondere a richieste via mail e ripeto, disponibilità alle esigenze del cliente. Nulla di rilevante, forse solo un po' trascurato l'esterno zona piscina, ma comprensibile nella stagione invernale.

Questa volta devo segnalare che la moquette della camera era sporca macchiata per un hotel del genere bisogna che rinnovano, ed ho trovato 2 animaletti dentro la camera( cimice e quello del legno non ricordo il nome)

La surprise de la présence de places de parc gratuites autour de l'hôtel, pensant que nous devrions débourser 3 fois 12€ de parking par jour. La compréhension du personnel lorsque nous avons demandé à changer de chambre. Cet hôtel n'a rien d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. Arrivés à la réception, nous avons été facturés que pour une seule nuit au lieu de deux. Jusque là, aucun problème, si ce n'est que le débit de la carte de crédit se fera en 2 fois.. Arrivés dans la chambre, 2 mouches et 2 gros insectes verts sur les rideaux.. Nous demandons donc à changer de chambre, ce qui se fait sans problème. La nouvelle chambre sera une chambre équipée pour handicapé.. Le personnel est en grande majorité désagréable (sauf la responsable). L'équipement de la chambre standard n'est pas très accueillant et le lit et les oreillers très inconfortables. Les sanitaires laissent à désirer. On croit se faire asperger d'eau par le lavabo lorsque l'on utilise la douche et vice-versa. La situation géographique de l'hôtel n'est pas idéale pour un séjour à Turin, à moins d'être, à la limite, équipé d'une voiture. Le centre-ville est assez loin, 10-15 minutes de voiture.

Ho prenotato una camera per una sola notte tramite il vostro servizio fornendo I dati della carta di credito, al momento dell'assegnazione della camera, prenotata per € 129.00, ho dovuto dare la carta di credito sulla quale è stata bloccata la somma di € 179.00 fino al mattino seguente quando ho saldato il conto. E' la prima volta che mi capita una cosa del genere in un hotel, sinceramente mi sono sentito trattato come il peggiore dei truffatori, è stata una cosa molto spiacevole. Se a tutto questo aggiungiamo che il personale è stato molto scortese, il giudizio globale è nettamente negativo.
