The airconditioning system was turned off in the whole hotel... without further explaination, so it was uncomfortably warm in the room. |

spot, convenience, efficiency the elevator. each time you want to use it to go to your room, you have to slip your room card into and it's not working very well and it is slow. |

Internet in the room by LAN cable works well and is free of charge. The hotel restaurant food was not particular good but particular expensive. The restaurant relais on the fact that the hotel is in relative remote location with other few choices in a walkable distance. |

La persona al ricevimento si è adoperata per raccogliere informazioni. L'Hotel è silenzioso. il bagno è fatto con preformati di plastica e non è di confort. Il materasso del letto è sottile. La televisione non ha i programmi ben sintonizzati. |

La facilità di raggiungere l'hotel ed il suo posizionamento La cosa che critico (ma ciò vale per l'intera catena dei Novotel) che nella tariffa non comprendono quasi mai la colazione. Specialmente in Italia dove praticamente tutti la prevedono questo è significativo |
