The room was large and comfortable and the food and breakfast at the restaurant was great. Too hot in the rooms and a/c is controlled by the hotel. The hotel is out of nowhere. Personal transport is a must. The limited number of staff have to cope with the restaurant and bar at the same time. I waited 25minutes at the bar until someone came to serve me, then another 10 minutes to get my drink.

Clean, efficient chain hotel with family friendly facilities. Edge of city, so you need to use car or public transport to get to city centre (15-20mins by tram). All staff wear badges indicating language skills - so very good for non-Italian speakers. Service efficient but not very friendly. Given that many customers are visiting as part of holiday more tourist information would be helpful.

Tranquillità Quando a Torino soggiorno quì, ho notato in generale un peggioramento rispetto alle altre volte. Riscaldamento molto rumoroso e non particolarmente efficacie. Il mattino per il pag solo una ragazza con 6 persone che aspettavamo e questo in un orario di partenza ( ore 9.00).

La cortesia dei collaboratori alla reception, mi ha sorpreso la forma di garanzia di pagamento con la carta di credito, che trovo fastidiosa! L'utilizzo della carta magnetica in ascensore

Lentezza nell'assegnazione della stanza (albergo praticamente vuoto). Bagno vecchio (silicone nero, secco e con muffa). Poche salviette, nessun accappatoio, niente ciabattine per doccia. Riscaldamento (ventola) rumorosa. Arredamento rovinato. Frigo-bar miserino ( nessuno snack). Manca la radio (nonostante sia indicata tra le caratteristica della stanza). Hotel da 2-3 stelle max (un motel sarebbe stato meglio!). Foto fuorvianti. Non torneró

La gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff, velocità nel rispondere a richieste via mail e ripeto, disponibilità alle esigenze del cliente. Nulla di rilevante, forse solo un po' trascurato l'esterno zona piscina, ma comprensibile nella stagione invernale.

Questa volta devo segnalare che la moquette della camera era sporca macchiata per un hotel del genere bisogna che rinnovano, ed ho trovato 2 animaletti dentro la camera( cimice e quello del legno non ricordo il nome)

Fuori dal centro ma in buona posizione, vicinissimo all' autostrada, tram e bus comodi. Buon soggiorno, personale gentile, ambiente pulito, colazione varia e abbondante. Ci tornerei e lo consiglio sicuramente.

A recepção foi muito bem feita e rápida. Nada de negativo a apontar. Como sou desportista, gosto, ao final do dia, de dar um salto ao gym. Considero o gym do hotel muito fraco atendendo à classificação do hotel. Foi mesmo do pior que já vi ... não se admite apenas 1 bicicleta, 1 passadeira e uma máquina de pesos ...

l'albergo e' pulito, confortevole, camera comoda, bagno in ordine. Reception molto cordiale e soddisfacente dal punto di vista delle informazioni riguardanti la citta' di Torino. la posizione dell'hotel non e' delle piu' comode, pero' ci sono i mezzi pubblici vicino. La colazione e' piuttosto cara anche se soddisfacente, La ristorazione e' un po' cara ma non possiamo dire della qualita' perche' non abbiamo cenato in albergo.

“The restaurant at this hotel is somewhat of a gourmet restaurant at reasonable prices. Upon being seated, I was served an appetizer and an aperitif (prosecco). The menu had very good choices, although for both lunch and dinner I chose the special of the day. The meals were delicious and the service impeccable. The hotel and my room were very clean. There were no issues with noise; it was very quiet. The internet is free. The front desk arranged for my 4:30am taxi, which was waiting for me when I arrived in the lobby. The ride to the airport was 5-10 minutes and cost 20E. As of this date, this is a good choice for a hotel, especially if you need to be near the airport.” James, Lemont |
