NTB Roma  

L'hôtel est idéalement situé en centre ville, proche de tout à pied en quelques minutes (colisée, vatican). La chambre est relativement petite mais confortable. Accueil agréable avec explication, choses à visiter, possibilité de réserver des restaurant pour nous. Petit déjeuner bon mais sans plus, avec le stricte minimum.

Nous avons eu la malchance de tomber avec des voisins de chambre qui rentraient à 3h du matin, sans faire attention au bruit, et qui prenait une douche...on se croyait sous la douche avec eux, tant le bruit était présent. Les murs sont très mal isolés.

Accueil excellent, bonne prestation, hôtel à proximité des commerces , à 5 min de la plaza de spagna

ntb roma béneficie d'un bon emplacement géographique, proche de toutes visites du centre historique,le personnel est très avenant,toujours prêt à rendre service. Les chambres sont bien équipées,la clim est bien agréable quand on visite Rome au mois d'août,la déco contemporaine du mobilier donne un plus à l'hôtel. Un coin bureau est mis à la disposition des clients avec un poste internet en libre service. Bon rapport qualité prix à recommander .

La petite note négative serait les viennoiseries et le pain de mie du petit déjeuner à notre goût trop industriel,mais cela ne gâche en rien le séjour.

Très bon accueil, attentionné, bon conseilleur et à l'écoute.

Situation géographique parfaite, tout peut se faire à pieds car l'hôtel est au centre de la ville; Jolie chambre, personnel avenant ne parlant pas français mais très bien anglais; Seul petit bémol , le ptit déjeuner sans pain frais dommage; sinon très bonne adresse à recommander.

L'emplacement est parfait, très central pour les visites et pour le shopping ! L'hôtel se situe au 4ème étage d'un bel immeuble, ne comporte que 3 chambres mais elles sont parfaites, très claires, lumineuses, décorées avec goût. Les 2 personnes qui se relayent à l'accueil sont très avenantes. Bref, une excellente adresse pour un week-end en amoureux, de la simplicité et du charme.

I loved that the windows opened so high above the street! The large spa tub was wonderful after a day of walking. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was so yummy! I loved staying here. the staff was hospitable. I felt like i was safe and well cared for.

It is a actually a flat turned into 3 rooms, so you kind of have a feeling of a hostel, but a luxurious one..maybe they could put more secure doors and locks for each individual room...they could also provide fresh croissants for breakfast instead of the cheap ones from a plastic bag, warmed up...

Location is great. There are many restaurants around.

As it was in previous reviews - it's not a hotel. It's a huge flat with many rooms and kitchen. Poor breakfast - rotten fruits etc. very noisy - as ourside and also inside

Large, totally new prepare and extremely clean room. Perfect sound isolation from the street noises. And location - which is absolutely perfect.

First of all it is not hotel! It is large apartment in the 4 floor of the building with 3 large rooms. Each room serve as separate number. It is like to live in communal apartment. Front desk located 65 cm from your bed! Stuff there only in the morning between 7 to 11. You will be exposed to all and very inimical sound from other guests toilets and beds - and I mean it! Additionally there is absolutely no hotel services. You will got key from the main entrance, apartment entrance and your number entrance. If this could be nice and even fun for vacation in Rome but the price are extremely high for such facility. I paid 135 euro per night and by my opinion this is about 40-50 percent more that it suppose to be for such place.

The stuff is brilliant! Breakfast is fantastic. The location is absolutely perfect.

There are noise between rooms and you can hear anything hapened at the reception area no sausage and eggs at breakfast

Fantastic location and Rosemary The Manager was very nice amd more than helpful with a few tips on where to go and what to see. Accomadation was very clean and with plenty of room in the junior suite made our stay a truly memorable time.Perhaps a shower curtain and a higher hook for the shower handle would top off a perfect apartment.Well done..

We had 2 nights at this great b&b near the Spanish Steps. The location is perfect for walking to most of the major attractions and only a couple of minutes from the metro. Rosemarie and Gabriele are wonderful host - always there to help and they gave excellent advise on where to eat. We always felt at home in the apartment with a nice private bathroom. The place is new and clean! A great experience. We couldn't find anything better. Strongly recommended.

The toilet was bust. There was a problem with an alarm next door. The breakfast was basic. However, the room was lovely and the staff so amazing and friendly that despite these mishaps I would wholly recommend it to friends. Please tell people u have a hair dryer on the internet

Feels like at home.

Great location. We walked everywhere. Quiet as the double glazed windows were excellent. Air conditioning worked well and there was a heated clothes rack for washing. European shower over spa bath. Good breakfast. Well maintained. Only downside was a very hard bed but freindly staff tried to assist with a cover.

I enjoyed every minute of staying there: excellent location to the centre and the price for good, big, light room was a pleasant surprise, staff was also kind and gentle.

If you drive, don't choose this hotel. You won't find any paking around this hotel.

Rooms are very nice and clean. So do bathrooms. It has a special charme, very recommendable for those of you who are tired of big hotel chains and standard facilities. Its location is great but it is not noisy at all. Breaksfast is not endless, but it is good enough. Rosemary and Gabriele were great. What I really liked the most is that you feel like you really have your home in Rome for a few days, with total independence. Will come back soon!

The best location in Rome - minutes from Spanish steps, 10 mins from Trevi Fountain/Pantheon/Piaza Navona, 25 mins from Vatican, 20 mins to Colosseum. Amazingly walkable. Hotel Room was bright and airy, with lots of space (we were in the Junior Suite).

On 2 occassions we returned back to the hotel to find that the housekeeper had left our room unlocked after cleaning it and then left the building. As there isn't a safe available, this caused us concern. However, there are only 3 rooms and the security to get into the apartment is like Fort Knox! There is only 1 thin pillow per person, with no more available, so i=you may need to do what we did and bolster them with the sofa cushions - did the job!

Location, location, location. Once you find this little gem tucked away on a tiny sidestreet, it's near everything. Right off Via del Corso, we walked to all the important sites, even down to Trastevere. All kinds of shopping close by, found some great restaurants. Rose Mary was wonderful, helpful and took good care of us. Gabrielli was friendly and sent us to a terrific neighborhood bistro which we loved. Elevator and shower were each tiny, but functionional. Loved this place.
