Small hotel (3 storeys) with very comfortable room which included a wonderful breakfast served by the hotel staff. Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. The rooms are only accessible by stairs - this wasn't a problem for me, but worth pointing out as this may not be for everyone. Parking a car with the hotel's parking service was also unexpectedly expensive at 22 euros a day. |

Affordable, in the heart of Florence, convenient to public transportation, nice & friendly staff, very close to shopping district you can sometimes hear the street cleaners between 12 AM - 1AM (but I think that's the time they clean the city when all tourists are gone) |

Excellent location. Nice clean comfortable rooms. Friendly english speaking staff let us store baggage before check in. No elevator. Low shower water pressure on second floor. Could have had a juice dispenser instead of serving one glass? Meager continental breakfast but good cappuchino. |

This is a pleasant 2 star hotel; conveniently located for the sights and also close to the rail and bus station with restaurants, market and shops close to hand. The street is virtually traffic free. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was continental style; but there was enough to keep you full until lunch and the coffees were very good. We had no issues ourselves and very much enjoyed our stay. There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms. The hotel is on three floors and there is no lift to the upper floors and quite a lot of stairs. The triple-glazing kept out most sounds but there is some noise in the evening and early morning as street-market carts are moved to and from storage past the hotel - this may disturb light-sleepers. |

Good location, near trainstation and only a short walk to major sites.Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful The street below was very noisy, even with the window shut. The curtains on the window were sheer, so it was quite light in the room all night and the room was very hot and stuffy. The bathroom was in need of a makeover and the shower temperature shifted rapidly between hot and cold |

In this very pleasant family hotel. I enjoyed their extreme hospitality. The room was very nice and very comfortable; they offer normal rooms also for single occupancy. |

Excellent location. We had a very spacious room with a high ceiling. Major sights within walking distance and bus routes also no problem. Close to markets and train station. No lift. Airconditioning gets operated from reception but you can phone any time of day to get it adjusted. The hotel had no baby bed available for us but we got a bedroom with an extra bed instead. |

Sorprendente ubicación: 2 cuadras a la estación de trenes y bus panorámico, a 1 cuadra de un gran mercado, restaurantes muy próximos, 1 cuadra hasta tiendas de artìculos de cuero, pocos metros de centros de internet y teléfonos, cortisima distancia al centro histórico y bus panorámico. |

the hotel was very close to the city centre and to the SMN train station. It is situated in a tiny little street where you can easily find shops (for example: a supermarket!) and restaurants. It had an excellent atmosphere. The bathroom was a little bit shocking. |
