free wireless internet on the room, fast and good connection. Friendly staff, proper English. The hotel is only 10 minutes from both the station and Piazza Magiore by foot! |

The hotel was walking distance to the main street and center of Bologna, very convenient location. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. There was a decent size clean bathroom. The receptionist lady on duty the night we stayed was very far from being welcoming, friendly or helpful. The parking of the hotel was limited but we were lucky to find a parking place across from the hotel. The breakfast was nothing to write home about. |

Reasonable price.I stayed double room for single use was good value for money.Bathroom was clean but no bathtub. Light in the writing desk had been out of order.So I asked for repair,but staff said that was impposible.Maintenance of the room is poor. |

The hotel is very conveniently located between the station and the old centre of the city The WiFi connection was broken for the full 24 hours of our stay. However, the friendly staff let us use a hotel computer. |

I was very pleased with the staff there, very flexible, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, with a balcony, very clean, large bathroom. Very comfortable bed and air conditioning. Nice common area at the reception and good breakfast. Close to the railway station and the city center. Would recommend to everybody who goes to Bologna both for business and leisure purposes |

Very helpful staff. OK free WIFI for the computer. Quiet and central location. Nothing else but burning hot water in the shower (must be a mistake in the specific bathroom where I stayed) |

Pleasant staff; helpful. Comfortable room and beds. I appreciated the hotel's flexibility when my daughter got sick; we left a day early and were not charged for the extra reserved night we had booked. |

La vicinanza con il centro e il luogo dove dovevo recarmi, pulizia delle camere, discrezione e cordialita del personale La colazione, rispetto ad altri hotel dove sono stato a Bologna è stata scarsa ( Michelino, 3 Vecchi ), mi aspettavo qualcosa di più completo, e l' orario per farla troppo rigido e ristretto. |

L'hôtel est assez proche du centre de Bologne, le service est de bonne qualité y compris le petit déjeûner très correct, le lieu est tranquille, le personnel aimable et accueillant. Les cloisons des chambres sont fines et on entend très facilement les voisins, ce qui peut être gênant ... le quartier de l'hôtel n'est pas très vivant mais cela ne pose pas de problème particulier. |

No me gusto nada. Muy lejos del centro, muy pequeña la habitacion y no cuenta con maletos y el closet es superpequeño, no cabe nada, tenía uno que poner la maleta en el piso. el Baño muy chico. La zona donde se encuentra no muy confiable para llegar de noche. No me gusto, no lo recomiendo. |
