Front desk staff good. The lady who looks after the room cleanliness was good and very helpful.

The carpet inside the room,wall paper inside the room and the carpet outside the room was filthy and fifty years old and very dirty. There werelots of mosquitoes in this room. Must have not been cleaned hyginicaly. It must be changed. It was suppose to be superior room.

The timing of the breakfast - the service ends at 9.30am, which on Sunday is too early.

Friendly and attentive staff. Very clean and big rooms (standart DBL). Good breakfast. Excellent location - metro stacion, a lot of kafe, restourant and shops are near the hotel. Not fare from sity center, only two metro stops to Cadorna ctacion.

We stayed in a Twin Room for two nights and found the staff okay. The hotel is situated in a convenient location with quite a number of local designers shops and gourmet restaurants around. It is also right next to a metro station which is very convenient for reaching those scenic spots around town. The breakfast (included) provided some variety to choose from. The carpark (at cost) which is about 400m away from the hotel.

You have to pay for the 'WiFi' connection and the room needs some touch up especially the floor and carpet.

Hotel has a very good location, it is just 5 minutes by metro from Duomo! Also the breakfast was quite good and the rooms looked like newly renovated.

When made reservation, I booked a room with double bed, but when we arrived we had a twin room with no other options.

1- Breakfast room very very crammed this Saturday. Should not close down at 9.45 on Sunday am !!! 2- Please change the carpet on floor to rooms 102-109 3- Fix the floor of the staircase.

The hotel was located nicely, just 20 meters from metro Wagner entrance, taking about 10 minutes (6 metro stops) to Duomo. The location was good also regarding shopping, the nearby streets of Via Belfiore and Corso Vercelli were full of nice shops. The staff at the reception as helpful and also helped us with trying to silence the Italian guys watching football in the neighbouring room at midnight and making a lot of noice. Breakfast was of basic ingredients but still ok (croissants, buns, marmelade, cheese, yoghurt, juice and cereals). Overall a nice, small mid-range hotel.

Due to unfortunate cancellation with another hotel we had to book really late and therefore had a room in the first floor room (one of 7 or 8 that have not yet been renovated). The aisle floor mat was very dirty and the rooms were not by far as nice as the other ones on the 1st floor or on the other floors. Those rooms were definitely of 3 star quality whereas our room was maybe somewhere around 1-2 stars. The cleanliness of linen and bathroom was good, but the floormat seemed stained, the floor was skreaking and the room looked really old. The sound isolation was also very bad, we could hear everything from the next room. So if you need to book from this hotel, try to get a room from 2nd floor. Then you will get value for your money.
