Score from 487 reviews Very good
Clean and comfortable room for a single person.
Bedroom was a small, although bathroom was comfortably large.
extra charge for internet
very good hotel i strongly recommend for travellers to milan
Nice, clean hotel with great facillities at a great price! Very convenient to metro!
Rooms next to street can be a bit noisy. Rumble from metro
the neighbourhood is good, right infront you have spontini pizza. Also mr Ciro was a great receptionist and excellent helper.
Nice small and cosy Hotel. Location is excellent, next to an underground station, easy accessible from the center of Milan. Access from the airport (Bergamo) wasnt a problem even that it was a rather large distance. Shuttle busses and underground trains do the trick. It's clear that the ownership tries to do a good job with limmited resources and in an old building. They deserve a good overall evaluation as politness and courtesey are not missing. Small and smart ideas in the rooms like the single use toothbrush.
Low rates for the Hotel. Very small rooms which are easy to get used to them. the WiFi service should be for free and not to be charged at a rather high price. (from 3 Euros per hour to 15 Euros per 24 hours)
The subway noise in the early morning. No wi-fi.
Good location just near underground, close to Last Supper, nice staff, good breakfest, sufficient room.
No special remarks. Maybe one - shower should be renewed.
Restaurant next to the hotel
Fee applies to wi fi
Stayed here 5 nights on business. The hotel is 20-30 minutes walking distance to the Congress center. The Wi-Fi signal is very powerful and consistent, making Voip calls (Viber) possible in good quality. The city center can also be reached by foot in about 30-40 minutes, otherwise the subway station is around the corner. The room and bathroom were clean.
The single room and bathroom were quite small , the furniture looked a bit old and the wallpaper was moldy. The breakfast buffet was very simple, no eggs or sausages or warm food. The Wi-Fi cost 15 Euros for 24 hours of actual usage (can be fractioned), 3 Euros for 1 hour, or 10 Euros for about 5 hours.
convenient covered car park next door with discounted fee locaed nearby the Wagner metro station, the red line takes you straigh to the Duomo
Excellent location, Metro station across the road. Lots of bars, shops and restaurants. Hotel functional and clean. Breakfast good.
It's all ok.
Location to Metro most beneficial. Breakfast and coffee were very good, waitress lady was friendly. Room very clean and quiet
Check in person was ok when we checked in. Never acknowledged us again as we came and went after that.
The room was clean. Breakfast was good.
No free wifi in the room AND
1.Clean room and well-equipped 2.located just next to the metro station 3.Value for money
Good location, friendly staff, clean room
Room had a connecting door to another room and I could hear a lot of noise from the room. Couldn't sleep that well due to noise. Walls thin also.
Literally on the M1 line, nice few trattoria around the area, area is safe. Hotel is functional and clean but a perfect base to explore Milan.
Breakfast was ok, some parts of the hotel were clearly refurbished and some still in the process of completion
The hotel is situated in an excellent location, almost directly opposite a Metro station within minutes from the main attractions and centrale station of Milan. The staff were most helpful and accomodation, particularly one male receptionist (I didn't catch his name) but he was vey obliging and helped my father and I get specific directions to Casa Lambretta in nearby town Rodano (one of the main reasons for our stay). It was clean and there is a nice selection of food at breakfast. There is an abundance of restaurants, bars, geletarias and shops within the nearby district and even a little market on certain days.
If I was being a little picky I would have to say the room we stayed in and the corridors/decor could maybe do with decorating slightly, was a little tired but did not affect out stay in any way. Oh and one minor thing but may be a major for some travellers, the wifi was not free and also the European plug did not seem to to fit in our room for some reason, but as I say nothing major for a short stay.
Great location Nice breakfast Front desk staff was friendly Rooms are clean
No free wifi Breakfast closes at 930am which is quite early compared to standard timing of 10am. The lady was grumpy and was so eager to close of the food even though there was still eating patrons and some was just arriving
Friendy Staff with good knowlegde in English language, ideally located for public transport, rooms are clean and quiet, vending machine for (soft-)drinks and snacks on the corridors
Payable WiFi, the in the night you can only fairly dimm-out lights exterior into your room as the courtain is very thin
This was probably the biggest surprise. For the price we were paying I expected average accommodation. This has been fabulously restored. The best thing was to finally get a REAL DOUBLE BED and normal mattress and not two twin beds pushed together with narrow mattresses. One of the best sleeps of the holiday. The reception staff were so helpful with everything. We will definitely stay there again
The room was a little small for all our luggage but we managed and will ask next time for a bigger room
Really close to a metro station which makes it a great place to stay. Staff very friendly - we used storage room for luggage for free because we had a late flight, and also was allowed to have breakfast even when we got there really late.
Clean and very comfortable room with excellent facilities
The money were taken from my card as a deposit before my arrival and when I checked out money were taken again form my card. As a manager said the deposit will be returned. But from my experience it usually takes much time
