Gentle staff, clean room, nice breakfast and a tv with many channels
It would be better having a "Do not disturb paper in the door". wifi connection was not very well, and the don't bring every day new bathroom equipments (shampoo etc)
The room was very clean. Especially the bathroom was recently renovated.
10 minutes from metro, but the route is very nice, with lights at night. A little bit difficult communication with the staff, since we didnt speak italian.
Very good location, just near to the bus and metro station. Very friendly and helpful people. Room is clean, comfort and with WiFi. Excellent.
breakfasts were too sweet for us ;)
Night stuff doesn't speak English. Tiny shower place. Bad sound isolation (we get up early, because outside of the room become noisy at 8 at morning). WiFi router supported only one device connected from room.
all was everything...
Good serviece. There are cheap supermarket and restaurant near the hotel.
value for money is ok and the staff is really fine!
The noise in the night made by other guests arriving after midnight should be avoided.
Great location (less than 10 minutes walk to the closest metro station), room and bathroom perfectly clean. Good breakfast with great coffee :). Nice, English-speaking reception staff.
Couldn't use the free WiFi provided by the hotel, due to it being encrypted with WEP algorithm - my smartphone doesn't work well with WEP, it breaks connection every 30seconds, what makes using the WiFi impossible.
Nice hotel, good location, meet expectation
everything - the staff was very helpful, the room was clean, the bedroom was nice. and very good price, of course. they changed our towels, even we stayed just 2 nights! and we liked the bar oposite the hotel :) try it!
quite far from the centre (4-5 metro stops), and cca 15 minutes walk from the nearest metro station - for us it was ok, but for somebody this can be a problem...
The room is a little old
Located within less than 30 minutes from the stadium.close to metro. Nice breakfast
Everything was as I expected from the information online. Simple hotel but clean facilities, friendly staff, quiet neighborhood, great wifi in the room and good location close enough to the congress center. Also very good restaurants and public transportations nearby. Overall, I recommend it!
One employee who did not speak english or knew how to call a taxi using the fantastic machine they have. The language was not a problem for me because I can understand and speak Italian but I had to translate for another guest who didn´t understand anything. The taxi was a problem because I waited 50min over busy phone lines. I could have waited only 4 min as it happened several times before and when I finally convinced him to let me try to use the machine. So easy and practical! Now I think he knows how to use it: Problem solved!
The location's pretty good. I was only 8 minutes away from Il Cenacolo Vinciano.
The staff are not particularly patient at all and can get pretty rude.
The staff were all very helpful and nice, and the location was quite convenient for getting to the metro (Amendola station). Room was basic but comfortable.
There are no elevators. I was on the first floor so it wasn't too bad (and a staff kindly helped me carry the luggage up, but I carried it down when I left). However for other people on higher floors it may be a bit hard.
Nice rooms with air conditioning. Friendly staff there to help 24/7.
A walk about 5-8 minutes to the metro station. There is not a lift there. Some staff don't speak good English.
It was good value for money. The room was clean and had all necessary basic facilities. It is a good option for staying one night in Milan. The staff was helpful and friendly.
From my point of view the room was dark and because of this specific of illumination it looked gloomy.
Good accommodation. A little bit far from city centre, but with quite good connection by Tram or Metro. Route to Duomo: 10min. to red metro station (M1) by foot. Then about 10-15 min. by metro. Hotel with no luxury but good enough for undiscriminating tourists. Breakfast is quite rich with respect to italy standards ;) Great local restaurant Trattoria Toscana la Primula, placed nearby.
Location for us was great. Walking distance to San Siro. Near the metro to the center and busline goes directly to the trainstation. Lot of cafes and restaurants nearby.
In the first floor you could hear the traffic really well.
Qualified staff Reasonable price
For 40 euros per night, in one of the major cities of Europe, this hotel is much better than you would expect. If there were an item "friendliness" in question 2, they would get another excellent from me!
Close from the Fiera conference center. Good breakfast is you like it sweet.
Many prostitutes in the surrounding street, even during the day. Slow Wi-Fi.
Even if it looks like a major road on the map, the hotel is actually in a rather quiet area. Room was small, but functional. Room and bath room clean and tidy. Small pizza place and cafe/bars are close by. Day shift spoke fluent english.
Night shift limited english, wifi not allways accessible.
Not very expensive, good value for money. Staff was always nice, room was cleaned every day. The location was a bit of centre but that wasn't a problem since the public transportation in Milan is very good. A tram station and metrostations were close by and so were ticket vendors.
The hotel was quite noisy. Not that the guests or the surroundings were extremely loud but the walls were very thin. Being able to hear our neighbours talk and cleaning staff in the hall interfeared with our sleeping and was therefore not very pleasant.
A nice hotel for a short city break. There were loads of towels and plenty of breakfast. The shower was really nice.
The corridor could do with painting.
