Hotel Nuovo Teson  

Young couple We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, fabulous location, room just what you need, breakfast was fresh fruit, warm breads and usual Italian breakfast items. Nothing to complain about at all. If you are looking cor somewhere reasonably priced in a fabulous location, you can go wrong. A short walk to st marks square where you are paying 9euros for quarter litre of beer so staying over night for £100 a night is a fair deal for what you get. Tips: get the water taxi from Venice Airport to arsenel port (a return ticket is 25euro).. When off the water boat its left over a small bridge and your first right turn between the restaurants. Take comfy fashionable shoes You can never be over dressed in venice- its the most beautiful place I've ever been!

Room was a little warm, bathroom was small, I was fine but im 5"1.

Location was excellent - within a few minutes walking distance from the vaporetto stop and within 10 minutes walk to Piazza San Marco.

The buffet breakfast lacked fresh coffee - it was dispensed from a vending machine - totally unacceptable when Italy is known for its espresso bars! There was no safe in our room & the shower was small and cramped and made the whole bathroom wet after use - needs a better enclosed shower.

I stayed in this hote along with my wife.lThe hotel was location is very good.It is very close from the vapereetto stop of San Marco and not too deep in the alleys of Venice. The recetion was very warm and good.Special compliments to Mr. Marco & Mr. Matteo Poletti.Both of them were very good & helpful. If I visit Vanice, I would like to stay here again.

The only downer is that the breakfast lacked variety.

Straightforward small hotel in a fabulous location near Arsenale vaparetto. Ideal for all types of travellers, breakfast (till 11) was better than the "American breakfast" in a 4 star hotel. Our second stay in 7 months, I'd be happy to go back again.

It's the best hotel for you money, excellent location, very pleasant.. A little noise at night but not bad after 12 pm. The beds are confortable, bathroom is extreamily small as well as the rooms. However, the location and the price makes up for the uncomfortable size. We had an incredible time. The staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are very clean. In general great!!! I will definitely recommend it to all of my friends that are traveling on small budget and want the best location and the best hotel for their money. Breakfast was fine buffet stile and was included in the price, which saves you a lot of money in a city where everything is very expensive.

Nice staff! Very good value for money. Nice clean rooms - clean linen etc. Wifi available for 1€/H. Excellent breakfast with coffee, juices, ham, cheese etc. Good eating places around as well. Easy to access all over Venice. Just target to stop Arsenale with Vaporetto and hotel is only 1min walking away.

Room was small but ok for city break - walls quite thin could hear people clearly in corridor but quiet residents on whole so no problem x

Extremely beneficial location (2 min walk from St Marco square and next to water bus stop) and good "money/comfort" ratio. Old furniture gives right accents to the room, breakfast is ok.
