The hotel is very close to tourist attractions, which makes it convenient. It is also very close to the water bus stop, which makes it accessible if you're travelling with luggage. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms, although very clean are tiny. The furniture could do with some rennovations too. Actually the bathroom looks as if just rennovated and was very clean, although again so TINY.The breakfast is quite modest and can be improved. |

The location was really handy for central Venice, but also "on the right side of town" for Lido and Murano. Although billed as suitable for families and a cot being provided, there was no high chair available at breakfast, which was a struggle. There is also no lift, but we were aware of this prior to booking. |

the cost, and the very comfortable bed, and the staff were very helpful the very very hard bread rolls - they shouldn't be left in the warming cabinet as they are drying out. they don't have to be warm. the noise from the restaurant down the lane (towards the boats) didn't stop until the early hours in the morning |

Staff was friendly and tried to help us even though they didn't speak English. They drew directions and were very kind. So close to the Ciampino Airport. Perfect for an early flight. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful giving us lots of information about Venice etc The room was small, (as all hotels in Venice are) but it was clean and comfortable and the ensuite bathroom was good. Overall very impressed- location, staff, cost were all excellent. Highly recommended. We had trouble finding the hotel but if we had done our research on the hotel's location first we wouldn't have had any problems. There wasn't anything we didn't like apart from breakfast could have been better, but it was free so we can't complain! |

Locality is good. Close to vaporetto station and easy walking to St Marks.A fair selection of continental breakfast, better than most of same price range. Staff is friendly and helpfull. Not a noisy location. Room is small and no place to put bags comfortably. Bathroom is small and shower is even smaller and a bigger than average person will have problems showering, however it is clean and water is hot. No lift so those with heavy bags should stick to lower floors. I would recommend only to those who are travelling light and has experience staying in small rooms |

The staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke several languages fluently. They had suggestions of where and when to go places in the city and what sites to see. The location was very close to major tourist sites and had easy access to the water buses/taxis. The room also accommodated 3 people adequately, which was a requirement for our family. There was a lot of noise from the streets that made it difficult to sleep, but we had anticipated that when choosing to stay in the city. |

The bathroom was nasty, and the room was not that clean. They said they were not turning the air on until June 1, and it was 84 degrees. The only hotel that said that as we stayed in many hotels across Italy. |

Wireless internet, bathroom in room. Continental breakfast was acceptable. Close to pier and city. It says that there is air-conditioning...there is not. There is a box and a dial setting but no air comes out of it and they don't have screens on the windows or an elevator! Don't bring lots of luggage or you'll have to drag your luggage up their stairs! No bellhop. Toilets don't flush completely and they don't seem to mind. Nightmare... |

Good location, only a few minutes walk from St Mark's Square and near to the water bus stop at Arsenale. Good breakfast. No English tv channels . En suite was a plus compared to many 2 star hotels with shared bathrooms but it was minute and I mean minute. |

Hotel is at the good location and the hotel room is fairly clean. The bathroom is extremely small, there is no bath tub, no shower stall so when you take a shower, the entire tiny bathroom floor is full of water. |

The Hotel was close to the water and only about 3 bridges from San Marco Square. Very quaint and nice size room. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was great - yogurts, coisants, cereal, oj, milk, coffee Shower was a bit small but it had a shower so it made us happy. Make sure you hang your towels (if left on the floor theyll restock but charge 10) |
