The staff were very friendly. Location was excellent. The connection from airport was functional, vaporetto came near to hotel and luggage were easy to carry to hotel - also with the little children. The room was hot and sleeping was on occasion hard because of lack of proper air conditioning (we visited in July, outside was over 30 degrees). The fan helped little, but was not enough for 4 person. |

The location was superb. Close to the waterbus station Arsenale and within walking distance from San Marco. It would be nice if there was air conditioning in the summer. |

the staff were quite pleasant & nice to talk to. I didnot like the bed as after a day or so i suffered from back pain,instead of a double it was two singles joined together..i did mention this and they laer changed the mattress..the thing that annoyed me the most when i made the booking it stated on the website that it was in san marco but when i got there it was a different district totally & we had to walk quite a bit..& at night it is so nois |

Friendly and helpful staff, great location, clean and tidy rooms with nice character Noise from piazza below was loud and persisted through the night, but all part of the atmosphere of Venice so even this problem had it's own charm |

Friendly, helpful staff. Offered us bottled water upon arrival. The buffet breakfast was outstanding and included in the price of the room. The service was excellent.Wonderful location! We could easily walk to all of the top attractions. Room was small for 4 people. Shower was so small that it was difficult to wash without flooding the entire bathroom floor. The hotel was difficult to locate, but a quick call on the cell phone guided us to the hotel. |
