とにかく、狭かったです。 廊下の電気が、センサーが、ついていて、人が動けば電気がつくのですが、直ぐに消えて、常にドアーを開ける時、動いていなければ、暗くなる点が、ありました。 |

オーナーの態度が傲慢。ブッキングドットコムでは家族の情報を入れられず、4名いるところを３名として、３人部屋を取った。チェックインの際、こちらが入力した情報の不備にオーナーが不満を示したが、その言い方が非常に尊大で腹が立った。 |

フロントの人達はとても感じがよく、親切だった。船の停留所やサンマルコ寺院も近く、観光に便利な場所で満足した。部屋は（ヴェネツィアだから当然）狭いけれど、写真と変わらず清潔で快適だった。 バスタオルの交換が3日に1回しかなかった。毎日交換すると、別料金10ユーロがかかる。大きな問題ではないが、事前に知らなかったので驚いた。 |

The staff was very helpful and friendly, when we wanted to go out and it started to pour down they even gave us an umbrella!! The hotel is in a great location, just near the main sites. The room was much smaller than expected, but it was clean and tidy. We were disappointed with the shower as it seemed almost impossible to have a shower, it was so tiny!! The hotel was a bit difficult to find as it was off the main road, but with help from the locals we found it! |

The stuff was friendly and trying to make my stay pleasant.The bath room was good enough for a 2 stars hotel It would be nice to have better air-conditioning.Also,I would be glad to have a hair-dryer in the room.And possibly the breakfast could include more different fruits of season and juices. |

the staff were very helpful and pleasant, breakfast was also very nice - cereals, bread roll, croissant, cake, fruit, yoghurt, cheese, juice, hot drinks the room had 2 fans going, but it was absolutely boiling in our room! At night it was cooler outside than in! |
