Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Das Frühstück ist gut.Die Zimmer sind sauber.Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut.

Das Hotel ist schwierig zu finden.Ohne Auto nicht zu empfehlen.11 km ausserhalb von Neapel.Die Einrichtung der Zimmer (Badezimmer) ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen.

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel, sehr komfortable Zimmer. Bestens zu empfehlen.

WE stayed there overnight and found it as a very good value for money, the room was clean wide and well equipped, front desk was very helpful, the let us to keep our car in the parking for extra 3 days while we left to the islands, the breakfast was good!

Location is not the best in town

Excellent hotel when visiting Naples. Offers Everything you need: friendly staff, spacious clean room, free parking, trainstop around the corner, silent night sleep and as a surprise the next morning a wonderfull breakfast, all for a nice price. Also business wise interesting

Staff really nice an welcoming hotel very nice and clean rooms good.Cafe next door sold soft drinks,beers snacks really cheap.Train station just behind hotel never paid for a ticket to or from Naples city centre.

Naples is a horrible place shame this hotel was not in Capri or Sorrento.Check in not until 3pm.

very poor location

Very good all around hotel with a nice restaurant 250m away.

The location is hard to find and the neighborhood might be a little scary, although access to the city center via subway is excellent. Problems arise if you want to go somewhere at night.

We were afraid about location of hotel but we´ll nice suprised. Railway station is really near and the way to the city is short (10- 15minutes). Staff was very kindly and they got to us many advices. Hotel room was comfortable with balcony and breakfeast was rich, cllasical swedish table.

This was my fourth time staying at this hotel. It is always clean, and the front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are a good size and there is free internet. It is across from the Cumana station so it is easy access into the center of the city.

The hotel was very clean and very nice, the price was good and I felt safe and there was even great parking for our car. The staff was friendly and good to give directions.

The neighborhood the hotel is in is very run down but you walk in the hotel and you are in a different world.

Attention to detail on Christmas decorations. Friendly, helpful staff. Good restaurant next door.

Nice clean new hotel

Location, poor area. Rediculous, small shower for 4 star hotel.

The room was very clean, good sized, a good value with free parking. The typically italian breakfast was ample and the staff friendly and informative. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a lovely hotel, but pretty far from the center of the city. It may say only two Metro stops on their website, but that is deceiving as then you must take the Cumana (Local railway) for quite a while before you get to the hotel. It was a 25 Euro taxi ride from the Cental Train station.

Very nice hotel, nice and helpful people. We arrived on Saturday night and the area was very agitated with people and a lot of traffic around but in the hotel was just fine. Breakfast was fair. The train station is in the near so you can reach the center of Napoli in 10 min. Overall good for one night.

The view was strange in the morning when we saw one big yard with one tall pipe and some facilities, this was not shown on the hotel pictures we saw before we booked :))
