efficient check-in/near airport/quiet Nescafe + kettle on trolley nowhere near a point to plug in for pre-6am breakfast start - and rudeness of staff when this was questioned. |

The breakfast was very good and plenty of it and choice. The bed was very hard, no give. Hotel shuttle bus stops running before plane from uk lands at 23.00hrs so you have to get a taxi costs 20e you cannot walk there due to main road |

Desk service and food service employees were good but the lady at the bar was very pleasant and would give her an excellent rating. The taxi fare from the hotel to the airport is over priced. We paid for bed and breakfast but because our plan left so early we were not able to have a breakfast. Did appreciate the coffee and tea in the room all that much more. Also enjoyed the internet. It was a very pleasant stay. |

We came here because its very close to the airport of Florence. Hotel is spacious with a swimming pool and game spot for kids. Breakfast is very good. receptionist was a nice guy. Waiter was a bit irritated. Lifeguard was friendly. Great hotel for last night. I found a myriapod in my bed. Waiter was not so nice to us and a bit irritated.Diner is quite expensive. |

Proximity to the airport was the main reason for booking at this hotel. Beds were incredibly hard. Early AM flight - there was only instant coffee available. Asked for 2 glasses of wine, waiter brought a bottle and, once opened, informed us the wine was only sold by the bottle. Internet did not work. A/C was not working at full speed. We were offered a different room but were tired from our journey and did not want to move. |

Spacious room with sofa. There was a bath not just a shower. The room seemed stuffy even with air conditioning. The restaurant was not good value. |

It was close to the airport and had a free courtesy transportation service to the city centre The rooms were very warm and we could not open the windows because of very loud music somewhere outside or inside the hotel. This went on until deep in the night. We missed the 12:00 courtesy bus and the next only went after 3 hours, so we ended up paying for a taxi.... |

Nothing really. It was adquate but not for tourist. The distance from central florence was not clear on the website, so too far from city. There fore having to work around the shuttle bus times. Also the atmosphere on entering the hotel was poor. Poor information available for tourists. |

朝早い飛行機便(7時10分発)のため、空港の近くのホテルで泊まる目的で予約しました。清潔でシティーホ- テルなのでよかったのですが、空港へのシャトルバスが8時からしかなく、この様な場所にわざわざ泊まる客は- 我々のような、早朝の人が多いと思うので、せっかくのサービスが生かされていないと思う |

Proximité immédiate de l'aéroport même si il faut un taxi pour s'y rendre Personnel à l'accueil indigent. Equipements (piscine notamment) fermée 1h avant l'horaire annoncée pour passer le robot-nettoyeur avec des grands "excouse". Impossible de l'utiliser après une journée de boulot. |
