Location - close to the airport

Hotel would require renovation and maintenance. Poor airconditioning, lot of noise coming from outside when window open.

Pasta in restaurant was excellent.

Was disappointed in their shuttle service. Said in it didn't start till 8:00 but didn't explain that they wouldn't pick up at train station till 6:00 at night. Cost 2 taxi trips. 1 to hotel and 1 to airport. Should have stayed in town and they would have had only 1 taxi ride.

staff and convenience to airport

Bathtub--you need to make available rubber mats for people to stand on when they shower. Restaurant--I think your prices are loftier than they should be, especially since there is nowhere else to dine located near the hotel.

very clean, pretty, comfortable, close to airport. Friendly staff. Food is excellent (breakfast, lunch, diner). I recommend it to anybody, either for business or pleasure. Internet works very well. Perfect for business due to plently of meeting rooms.

overall good accomodations, good access to airport for early departure

Shuttle service from and to city is excellent.Breakfast was good.Game consoles and internet access in lobby is a big plus. Children enjoy them a lot.Front office staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant is good and had desent menu selection.There was tea/coffee maker in the room. McDonalds and a few shopping outlets are nearby hotel.

Carpet in the room and bed linen were stained.The free wi-fi in the room did not work for 2 out 3 days, but access in the lobby continued.

food very poor and WAY overpriced.................13 euros for a bowl of pasta with a hint of sausage and a very boring sauce!

The hotel have free shuttle bus to the center of the city. Nice rooms, good services and staff.

24 hour staff and closeness to airport made it ideal fo an early departure.

The restaruant was overlit and and overpriced. Advertised airport shuttle, but it only ran at a few specific times.

The staff. Marco was one of the best and most professional managers we have ever worked with at any hotel. The Hotel Excel in Rome should take notes from him as he is personable, knowledgable, and a gentleman to work with. The pricing was excellent as was the breakfast buffet. We stayed here as it had free parking for our rented vehicle and the shuttle took us to and from the center of Florence each day.

The only thing is the shuttle as it only had an 8pm return and most restaurants open at 7:30 so we needed a taxi to get back to the hotel. They need a late taxi such as 11pm.

The room was very comfortable and well-appointed. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The location is convenient to the Florence airport, which is why we chose to stay there. The food in the restaurant was very good.

They only had two computers for the customers and one was down. No shuttle service for early flights.

Staff was really excellent, everything we asked for they did-help with boarding ticket, early wake up call, early taxi. Also a good dinner at their restaurant.

Convenience to the airport

Airport travellers are often not on "italian" meal time schedule and the lack of any alternative was a major drawback

Garage very dusty and not clean. No elevator from garage to reception. Very very used hotel. Urgent renovation needed

Excellent for traveling with kids, the hotel has very good amenities for kids( Pool, free X-box, computers, etc) my kids were very happy. A little far away from the city but there is a free shuttle to the city. Staff were friendly.

since is far from the city I would like to have more rides schedule, specially around nono time.

The hotel was comfortable and very kid-friendly. The staff went above and beyond in their service to customers. We would most definitely stay there again!

close to airport

Cab ride to airport cost 23 euros for a 5 min. ride. Cost of cab from the train station to hotel was also 23 euros but was 20 mins. and 15+miles away. The airport cabbie got us but he got no tip!

We only stayed for 1 night, while in Firenze. The buffet breakfast was terrible, very highly priced for not much at all. Coffee was terrible, coffee machine broken, food not good at all. For $14 euros, it was a joke. The room was clean, newer modern furniture, however very plain. The only bad thing about the room was that the carpets were so dirty, we never took our shoes off. I wouldn't stay there again for sure.
